How can I move to the precedent component (like the yellow Line in the screenshot)Â
I am creating an IT checklist form that has a Choice control with three radio buttons to allow a Manager to ‘approve’, or ‘reject’ a checklist back to either Setup or Tester Tech.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------(*) Approve  (default)    ( ) Reject to Setup Tech    ( ) Reject to Tester Tech [Submit]---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------When the Manager clicks the [Submit] button, the checklist changes status from ‘Manager_Review’ to ‘Approve’, ‘Rejected_to_Setup’ or ‘Rejected_to_Tester’, based on choice selection. When the Tech re-sends the corrected checklist to the Manager, the form status changes back to ‘Manager_Review’, and the choice button should switch back to option ‘Approve’, but it always keeps the last ‘Rejected’ choice selected, regardless of the form status. Any idea on how to get it to work? I am trying to change the selected choice b
If Nintex workflow development license has expired, can we still deploy changes that we have already done on Dev, to Production environment?Or it won't work because import/export plus some other functionality will not work?
I need to update nintex licence on Production.Could you please tell me if it will cause a downtime or an interruption of the workflow?
I have a parallel action in my list workflow which will update a field (Log). I have 4 parallel actions which will run whenever an item is modified, check for different conditions and update a single field (Log). Now when the workflow enters parallel action and conditions are true in 3 of the parallel branches and update is to be done. On my workflow history the update item action looks green and workflow completes successfully but it wouldn't have updated the column in sharepoint. As i observe it will update the Log field in only one branch of the workflow in SP column. Is there anything i am missing here? ‌ ‌ ‌‌
I built a form that populates a master list. The master list has columns for promo, sign1, sign2, sign3, and sign4. On form submit, I'd like to run a workflow that creates a new item in the same or another list (doesn't matter) if sign2, sign3, or sign4 is populated with a value. Meaning that if only one sign is requested, it's not necessary to create a new item. If 2 are requested, I'll be creating 2 new items and so on. I'm able to created the new items and capture their id's but I can't get it to work in a single workflow. Any help?
We are trying to fix a previous install of Nintex 2016 where the SharePoint administration menus do not display in Central admin. I've uninstalled Nintex, retracted all the solutions, and ran all the powershell necessary to remove the broken install. Re-ran the wizard to re-install. The wizard ran fine but the issue is still re-occurring. No menus are appearing at all in Central admin. I've ran these commands https://community.nintex.com/community/support/blog/2015/01/13/problem-nintex-management-menus-are-not-visible-in-central-administration. But I'm getting a message that the features are already enabled. There could be a history with the previous install that is causing this, but I don't know what could have happened to cause the install to fail - different user.I appreciate any prompt response.. This is a scheduled/prod deployment and we're trying to get this fixed asap. I've contacted support, but I trust the awesome community might have a solution already for me..Addition: May
I'm trying to use the image control in a dynamic fashion. For example, if the user selects an item in a drop down box (which is contained within a repeating section), the image displays in an image control on the form.I should explain that in the above form, the list that it is associated doesn't contain the fields indicated in the repeating section. The "item", "cost" and the image fields are in a separate list that is being used to display data in the repeating section.Right now, the image URL that is associated with the selected item gets stored in a variable. I want to add that variable to the "Image URL" field in Image control settings. There doesn't seem to be any option to use a variable in this field. I've even tried assigning the value of the variable to a calculated field but that isn't accessible, either. Is there a solution to this particular problem? Please let me know. Thank you!
I have 3 different workflows for logging issues, risks and action items. They are all set up the same way to query a list>set the variable> build a string>set a field value>perform a math operation>update item>set variable>send notification. This is working for my issues and risks logs but not my action items. They are set up identically and I am not sure where this error is coming from.
I don't know if I'm "techie" qualified to manage our Nintex app service. Since our IT Mgr. is no longer with the company, I'm trying to do what I can. I am the only Nintex user in my company.
HiWhat I'm trying to do is to set up a Workflow which will check the date input when uploading a contract into a SharePoint Library called 'New Starter Process' then if the date is within a week an email is sent out to a Manager. From a previous question posted on here it's been suggested that I create a Date using the Calculate Date Action at 7 days in the future then query it against the relevant date field which makes sense. Here's the Workflow as it stands:The Calculate Date stores the date in the Variable in CheckDate.I've created the Variables: CheckDate (Date and Time) and CollectedHRDates. So in the first Query List I've configured it to check the Leave Date against the CheckDate Variable Great, but how should I configure the second Configure Action? Also when it comes to the Notification in the body of the email I can't put in any references to the Library fields? Any help gratefully received!
I have a workflow sending out notifications when a new issue has been logged and am returning a weird string of characters in the subject line of the email. Not sure where these are coming from and would like to remove them if possible as they have no meaning to us internally unless it has something to do with Lazy Approvals?
We have a purchasing form that uses Nintex Form and SharePoint Designer WF. The form submits ok, but after a user submits the form, the next step is for an associate to assign the task to themselves. Once they put their name into the "People Lookup" field, it throws this error:Â This is happening to myself and one other user (IE and Chrome) but a few others say they are able to access right away. If you want 5-10 minutes, then I can access the form with no issue. My question is: When you update a form field with a username from AD, does it take a bit to parse through that? It seems like it shows up on the list immediately, but we cannot access the form for a period of time.
Hi Everyone,I have this site workflow on sharepoint O365 that always being terminated. But when I run it manually it runs smoothly. It is just being terminated if it is scheduled. Please refer to the image below for the error.
Symptoms It may be necessary to set fixed width in pixels for column in "List View" and "Item Veiw" but seemingly there is no way of doing this in current version of K2 smartforms. Diagnoses Currently this is not possible and there is an existing feature request to implement this. Resolution Unfortunately there is no options which allow for configuring view column width in pixels. There is an existing feature request to implement this.Â
Hello everyone,I'm new to Nintex and SharePoint 2013, I've never been in touch with anything similar. My role is Nintex Designer, we are using Nintex Workflow and Form for SharePoint 2013. I would be very grateful for your help. I'm trying to make Workflow for hiring new employee... But I have difficulties, I tried in many ways to set reminders, but didnt work properly. (example) I need to send notification/task to IT, to order notebook for new employee and prepare it for him, if task is not executed, to send reminder 30days before the new employee starts to work, and then on 14days before / 7days before and than every day. With best regards,Milan Rosic

This is a brief guide on how to correctly use a drop-down control in an Editable List View column in SmartForms. For the sake of this tutorial, I am going to create a basic SmartBox SmartObject to hold our list column data, but you can use any pre-existing SmartObject for this. If you have your own List View ready to go, you can skip to the ‘Configuration’ section below. Set Up- Open K2 Designer- Right-click on an existing Category and select ‘New Category’.- Right-click on your Category and select ‘New SmartObject’.- In the SmartObject wizard, add a ‘Year’ field with ‘Number’ type. (This is where we will store the output of the drop-down)   - Save the SmartObject.- Right click on the SmartObject and select ‘Generate Views’.   - Select ‘Editable List’ and click ‘Okay’   ‘Change Control’ button.- Select ‘Drop-Down List’ and click ‘OK’.    - In the properties box in the bottom right corner, scroll down to the ‘Data Source’ section and click the ellipses next to ‘Type’.- Select ‘Use a
I'm trying to start the same Workflow on 10 different documents at the same time. I thought this would be a perfect use of the Parallel Action. I created a 10-branch action and in each I created For-Each loops. And each loop is processing a different collection of Document IDs.  Review the Parallel Action attached file. Each loop inside each branch is processing a different collection and each branch has its own set of variables. Nothing is being shared between the branches. Each loop is calling the workflow.asmx service and using the StartWorkflowOnListItem web method. See attached image for web service call. What appears to be happening is each document's workflow is being started in series (one-at-a-time), instead of in parallel (all 10 at the same time). And then due to the volume of documents it is trying to process, the WF times out and produces an Error Occurred.I consciously removed the option in the WF to auto-start when the document is uploaded to the library because th

I am building a form which will allow a user to request overtime hours. I have a need to email to different people based on the inputs from the requester. The requester will select the Global Resource Manager (GRM)Global Resource ManagerST ManagerCTO What I am trying to do is when the Global Resource Manager is input (this is a people picker) the form will fill in the ST Manager and the CTO (currently also set as People Pickers) I have a second list (STManagerandCTO) which has the relationships built, which GRM goes to which ST Manager to which CTO. These are a one to many relationship. The column headings are: Global Resource Manager                           ST Manager                                     CTOSteve                                                               Mark                                                  JohnTrent                                                                Mark                                                  JohnRalph               Â
