upload license file show nothing

i try nintex trial, after install it in sharepoint 2016. I get nintexcommont.wsp, nintexexternalconnection.wsp, nintexforms2016core.wsp and nintexworkflow2016.wsp. when i try to import license, after clicked upload license file, the form shows nothing. is there any problem with my installation file or any other corupt in my install process.

please advice.

Hi Vinny,

that sounds strange indeed. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? In general even without any license you should see something on the page.

Did all solutions deploy without any errors?

after installing, i only get this four solutions

in nintex administrator, only appears this

and after clicked upload license file, i got this

How did you perform the installation? Did you use the installer file or did you extract it and used the powershell routine? In my installation it looks like this:

So I have 7 instead of 4 solutions.

Did you get any errors while installing Nintex? Could you try reinstalling Nintex and check the installation log if something looks odd?

Apologies if this sounds silly, but I want to double check that before clicking on "Upload license file", you actually clicked on the Browse and found your NLF file and selected it, then clicked on Upload license file?
