On a visualforce page, I could paste the following to change the page title and the short cut icon: https://therapitas--c.na11.visual.force.com/resource/1418791105000/SquareLogoIcon"; /> Theranet by Therapitas When I insert this into a template field, it changes the title but the icon doesn’t change. Is there a way around this?

Each time I select a line item and then close the opened page, the included copyright statement at the bottom of the page duplicates itself.

I have a simple Queue that loads a Page Include.  That page then has a Field Editor in Edit mode, and the page has “Warn users if page has unsaved changes” set to Yes.If I click an item in the queue, and change the form, the proceed to click another item in the queue without saving the form, the changes are lost and there is no warning.I tried to create a multiple action flow for Queue, where I would use a snippet to check if the model was dirty, and if so warn the user.  But I don’t see a way for the snippet to abort the before running the next action nor stopping the queue from updating the page include.  I also don’t see any option to Update Page Include in the multiple actions on the queue (only in the main single action dropdown).Any ideas how to work around this?

How can I clone Row Actions?  I have 5 different versions of something that I need to create and they are just small modifications from each other.  I’ll then need to replicate that for 3 more tabs on other pages or within the same page but different tabs.  Am I going to have to do the step by step addition for each component?

I have alternating color table rows, but I’d like the first column to be gray.  Is this possible?

Even tried creating a formula field on the Pitch object for the display template of the field. It’ll display the Pitch formula field in the picklist but still sorts based on the Name. I resorted to adding “0” in front of each entry in the Pitch table so it sorted the way I’d like and kept the formula field to display the value of Name.

We have a client that has multiple apex controller classes linked to VF pages. The controllers use SOQL inner joins to create variable sets pulling data from multiple objects AND creates virtual fields for data not stored in salesforce objects. Does skuid allow the ability to access and display apex variables in a table? The code below is a simplified working VF page. It references an apex controller: PPL_Client_Account_Selection that does a join of a couple salesforce objects as well as defines a virtual field called: !account.selected that does not exist in any salesforce object. Goal is to use a skuid table that displays the controller variable data. Is there any way to “refresh” a model/screen after a drop-down box option has been changed?  I have a template box that holds an image of the item displayed in a drop-down.  I’d like the image to change when the drop-down is changed, but the user has to save the model before it will update.  Any JS options maybe?

Hey. For many pages we have, we need to let administrators have more control (edit, modify etc.) than others. We would like to do so in as maintainable, DRY way as possible.For a given page for which I want to apply variable permissions of what one can do (as administrator or normal user), the only way I’ve seen so far is to make two versions of the page, each assigned to different profiles. That will lead to inconsistencies in the future between the pages however, or we would have to copy paste new functionality between the two pages. That’s going to become a mess for sure.Is there a better way to go about this that someone knows about?Edit: Guessing one could use permission sets or somesuch in Salesforce? Don’t have much experience with that to tell.

I’m having a problem with users that don’t have admin rights being able to see a skuid page. The page is for an individual record.This is the error message I see:There is an implementation restriction on OpenActivities. When you query this relationship, security evaluation is implemented for users who don’t have administrator permissions, and only a single parent record may be evaluated. An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (skuid)I’m not sure what’s causing the problem.  We have one template field that counts the number of Open Activities related to custom object that has a detail to master relationship to the primary object on the page. However, when I remove that field from the page, we still get the same error.  Any advice is much appreciated.

We’re in the process of adding images to our pages using the file component tutorial outlined here.The other purpose of having these images is to merge them into a document a little further down the track, using one of the document generation apps.I’m just wondering whether the images stored on a field in an object (as a lookup to attachment) are stored with a public url? or are their security settings controlled by the object they are attached to?I’ve pulled up three related fields for an image using file component. I expect we would use the Url field to merge the given image into a document, but I just want to clarify whether this is stored as a public url or not, as I can’t seem to find that setting anywhere on the attachment.Any help appreciated. Trying to create a filter based on record owner (this is for the table of accounts on AccountsTab but should be similar for other objects). I have the filter set up like so: And I get output like so: As you can see each owner is listed multiple times. The weird thing is it does seem to work if I select a specific person, but the three problems are: 1) Obviously each name is repeated multiple times which looks very broken 2) There are many owners not represented at all3) Once I select an owner, none of the other owners are available for selecting. I have to go back to “Any owner” to make the other owners visible again. I guess because the rows in the model have been filtered so the entire list of owners is no longer available? So just wondering if there’s a way to get this working more neatly or if I have to create a manual source for each user which would be sucky to build and maintain. 

I have built a home page following the tutorial http://help.skuidify.com/m/supercharge-your-ui/l/117747-reclaim-the-salesforce-home-page. Everything is working perfectly - both when I view the page and when I navigate to the Home tab.I then added a Page Inlude (Company Calendar) to the page; which I have used on other pages and workes perfect. When I “preview” it everything comes in perfect. However, when I navigate to the home tab this is what I see: It doesn’t show my calendar at all. I have messed around with the query string but nothing I try seems to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m trying to make a mobile version of a series of Objects and (skuid) Pages that I refer to as the Portal. This portal uses Opportunities and 4-5 custom objects, and is used very often by our brokers and sales support reps. The first question I had, was do I develop this in Salesforce1 or Skuid mobile? I decided to do both! I love skuid’s ability to add custom actions, which Salesforce1 is lagging behind in. I can also reuse a lot of my Javascript from the desktop pages. I also love the way Salesforce1 looks, which (no offense) looks a lot prettier than skuid mobile. I am trying to use Salesforce1 for most of the look and feel, and use Skuid mobile for all of the custom actions that we use. My first question is, is this a good idea? Socondly I’m trying to add custom publisher actions as visualforce pages that redirect to my skuid mobile pages. I have a snippet which retrieves a DateTime field from multiple rows in a child model, converts each date to a string, and concatenates each date with a line break into a long text field on the parent model. When model.removeRowById or model.abandonRow is called, the row.deleted event is not fired.Not sure if there should be a separate event (row.abandoned) or if row.deleted (possibly with an abandon flag) is appropriate, but would like to see some event visibility to round out the possible row actions that can occur.Thanks!

I am using sforce.apex.execute to call a remote service endpoint (this is within a sf community).  If I access the skuid page as a full page (with headers), then the remote call works as expected.  However, when displaying this page in a a vf popup page which includes the skuid:page component, the remote call fails with a 500 error.  I notice that the service address being called when it fails is not correct.  This is the endpoint being called: https://dataclover.force.com/services/Soap/package/CampaignWizardIt should be …force.com/auto/services…  Now, if I enabled showHeader=‘true’ on the apex:page so the headers how up within the popup, then the remote call works.  However, this obviously isn’t desirable since I don’t want that visual aspect.I do have the latest version installed since that was needed to fix an issue with page includes from the community.  I also cloned the three pages required for properly using the skuid:page component.

Fairly certain that this is not by design and an unintended side-effect but marking it as a question for now… When a row is retrieved on page load, it contains the fields defined on the model for that page. If the row was cloned, two items of note on the resulting data.row The row contains relationship fields as fully qualified properties on the root row object (e.g. data.row[0][‘CustomField__r.Name’] and data.row[0][‘CustomField__r’][‘Name’]) After a search of that field via a Field editor, the fully qualified version of the field is not updated so the fully qualified relationship property (data.row[0][‘CustomField__r.Name’]) does not equal the relationship object property (data.row[0].[‘CustomField__r’][‘Name’]). Fortunately, since the “__r” field always appears to get added to the row object first, when accessing data.row[0].CustomField__r.Name you end up with the correct value even though there are two property keys that match. I need to reference a parameter submitted via a post request that in turn renders a skuid page. If I use the approach of calling a visualforce page that includes the skuid:page component, I can initialize a javascript variable like so: <apex:page docType=“html-5.0” readOnly=“true” Controller=“NewCampaignFromMapController” showheader=“false” sidebar=“false”> <skuid:page page=“ServiceCampaignWizard”/> </apex:page> However, I would prefer to bypass rendering the visualforce page, and just call the skuid page directly. However, I cannot seem to find a way to get the IdArray parameter and initialize it within a snippet. I’ve tried using skuid.page.parameters.IdArray, but it comes back undefined.

when using a page include in a skuid page from the salesforce community, I am getting a 503 error.  The problems seems to be a malformed URL: https://dataclover.force.com/autoapex/include?id=70180000000NkFXAA0&isinclude=true&page=Camp…You can see here that the base domain …force.com/auto is the community url, but no ‘/’ is being added before the apex.  We are doing the page include through a queue action, so as far as I see there’s no way to make any adjustments to account for this.  Please help.

Not a big deal at all.  I know how to defaut a datetime field to Today (that is awesome)!  Is there a way to default the date to blank like normal but the time to PM instead of AM.  It removes one click for our users.  Not huge, but thought I would ask.If not, I can say I tried.

I have a script that uses a custom popup with a page include. The page include shows on my windows PC as seen in the attachment.  However, the included page is missing when viewing on my ipad.  Also, how do I remove the “Done” button in the bottom right corner.
