How can I clone Row Actions? I have 5 different versions of something that I need to create and they are just small modifications from each other. I’ll then need to replicate that for 3 more tabs on other pages or within the same page but different tabs. Am I going to have to do the step by step addition for each component?

This qualifes as a hack, but its all I have for you.
You can go into the XML and copy the particular row action and then paste it into the other places where you want it. Be careful to copy the full action (including the closeing tag).
Look for the Edit XML link at the bottom of the builder page, which is only active if the page has been saved.
