Skuid NLX, SFX, & EXP

Hi,Is there any documentation on skuid docs to expose a salesforce Canvas App onto a Skuid page. I am trying to embed a Salesforce Canvas App into Nintex Skuid page but receiving an errorFraming https://acme--test.sandbox.lightning.force.com violates the following content security policy directive: “frame-ancestors ‘self’”. The request has been blocked.

I am displaying a Salesforce multi-select field as read only. In my Skuid page, the chosen values are being displayed twice, once as a comma delineated list, then immediately again as a semi-colon delineated list: In Salesforce, the data does not appear this way: There are no interactions, display logic, formulas etc on this field in my Skuid page. Has anyone encountered this before? Thank you!!

I’m currently trying to display a text area, however words are being split midword instead of word wrapping. I’ve set the word-break css property to normal to no avail. Has anyone had this problem recently? Thanks!

I have a text area field that is being displayed incorrectly. The text in this field is not wrapping properly based on the textbox size, making reading it difficult. Attached is a screenshot. I wasn’t experiencing this before, so I suspect it may have to do with the recent updates. Any advice on this would be appreciated, thanks in advance! Eulogio

Hey all,I have a table in SFX (Edinburgh Update 3 (16.4.5.0) V2) with a drawer on the rows. The drawer contains a calendar component with a number of sources. The before load action on the drawer sets and query’s all the models used as sources and then opens the drawer. In the console I can see that all the data query’s and loads correctly, however the calendar component simply doesn't render. the drawer icon turns and I get a little sliver of space where the drawer should be, but no calendar. Any help would be great, thanks!

Skuid/Nintex Friends, We’re upgrading from skuid 10.0.27 (I know!) to 15.3.26.In our existing production environment we have a force.com site with a guest user using stored credentials on a salesforce “external” data source. Using this method to connect back to the same instance of salesforce that the pages are running on, allowing the guest user to edit records and upload files. It’s working great in 10.0, but in our dev-ed where we upgraded to 15.3.26, we’re getting errors.“Insufficient access rights on cross-reference id: [a salesforce id]”It seems like the guest user cannot edit an existing record.I imagine I’m missing some settings somewhere… and ideas?As far as I can tell the guest user permissions, sharing rules, and the data source are all set up identically in both environments.

Hey Team!Matt Sones, back again. ;) We’re developing a custom component that requires a models on two different REST data sources. It looks like those dynamic models will not work unless there’s a dummy model on the same data source created declaratively on each page that uses the custom component.This seems like a similar issue surfaced years ago here: And the only option was declarative dummy models. We’re currently running the latest of version 15 with V1 components.

We are Skuid users and are researching backup solutions.  We will probably go third party since the solutions from Salesforce are pricey.  Is there a provider that you recommend or know that works well with Skuid?  Are there any questions we should be asking to ensure compatibility with Skuid? Thanks

We have a skuid page that uses a Field Editor component. There are two columns in the component. Each column contains about 18 fields to display. We are having an issue where some of the fields in the data model that have been added to the columns do not display in the Salesforce record. In Skuid Preview mode they display, and in the lightning record page editor they display. But in the actual Salesforce record they are not visible (not the field label or the field value) even though I have refreshed/reloaded the skuid page in the record multiple times. What am I missing?

We have a Skuid page in a Lighting App and for some reason some of our picklists are not displaying values when they are clicked on. We’ve verified that users have permissions to the fields, field level security is good, and have upgraded to the latest release. It’s happening when we go to create a new record in a table (but only on some tables) and in a sidebar component we’re using for the log a call functionality. If we override the field metadata, we can get the values to appear but the field renders tied to those values aren’t being respected…Anyone have any idea as to what’s happening?

I currently save images in a field defined as a Skuid_image and then use the image component to show image (portrait) on a page.  Can I use the upload component to store an image on a google drive in a specific folder on the google drive?Can I then use the image component to retrieve the image from the google drive?I believe the answer is yes.If so, are there screen shots on how the google drive should be defined in the data source?  How are the image properties defined in Image Properties?How are the file properties defined in the File Properties?

I have updated our sandbox to the latest release, but I am not seeing the new Page Designer as listed in the release notes, nor the migration instructions from the linked Page Designer on moving the composer pages out.  Just wondering if I am missing a step in the upgrade. Thanks!

One of my orgs has an outdated version of the Skuid managed package. I found Skuid on the appexchange, and it took me through (way too many) pages asking for names and logins, After finally choosing to install in a production system, I was redirected to this page: https://sites.secure.force.com/partners/PP2PartnerLoginPage?startURL=%2Fpackaging%2FinstallPackage.apexp%3Fp0%3D04tG00000007JdhIAE . I’m not sure what to do here, though. Why am I on a partnerforce page? This won’t install Skuid in my client’s production org, will it? In any case, I do happen to have a partnerforce login, but when I used it the next page simply said I don’t have the correct permissions to get to the next step. I suspect something is wrong here? So, to get around this, I had to do some serious hunting around to find your page with the latest package install links. I am using an object having Time field and when i use that time field in Skuid it’s coming with UI. Hello,Is it possible to generate multiple Conga documents at one go by using a Global or Mass action from a Table component?Lets assume there are 5 rows in the Table retruned from the Model pointed to the Table. User will select 3 rows and click on the Global / Mass action button. Assuming, i am using a Template component where the Conga Doc generation URL’s for each of the rows are defined, is it possible to generate all the selected rows’ documents by a single button click?Thank you.Regards.

When selecting a record type value, the user is able to select the value but it immediately disappears.In the attached example, the value marked with the red arrow was selected. Then, the record type id field immediately shows a blank value until the record is saved. After the record is save, the value is visible.The desired result is for the new record type value to remain visible after being selected.Any idea what is causing this behavior and how I can fix it?

Did you know that you can use Javascript to create your own custom formula fields in Skuid? My favorite are the custom aggregation formulas originally submitted by @matt.davis. You can use them to aggregate data from any model and do calculation like SUMIF or COUNTIF. Question for you advanced Skuid builders out there.  When using search in a filter set I want to be able to show a message when search starts, and change the message if no results have been found.  The problem is that I’m not sure how to tell if the search has started to be executed/ been executed.  I know I can do this with a form and a button set, but I want to take advantage of “Apply search as you type” feature in filter sets.Is there a way, assuming via Javascript, to test if someone has entered something into search and if so,  results have been returned?  There are 2 tests in particular that I want to performSomeone has typed something into the search box (I need the same trigger that enables the Reset button, but cannot figure out what it is).  My attempt at a simple event listener isn’t working, but that may be my error.
