Newly Published process notification to all users

Hello everyone,We are exploring the idea of notifying all users within our organisation each time a process is published for the first time.When checking the configuration of Process Manager, it seems to be only two options:However, these options will only notify either the employees involved in the process or when the ALL STAFF role has been used in the process map.Can you please confirm whether there is a way to achieve our objective? This is particularly needed by our Safety Team who is suggesting that the publishing of all new processes in that space, should be automatically notified to all our personnel.Of course, I could run a report in a monthly basis with all these new published processes and share it with all my colleagues. However, I am after an ‘automatic notification’ solution.Can you please provide your insights?Thanks,Carlos

Sum not working real time.

Nintex responsive form on SharePoint 2019 I’ve got a sum field that totals 10-14 fields depending on how many are chosen. Even using named controls the sum field is not working in real time.  WhenFIELD_A==”Yes” && FIELD_B==”No”ThenSet Valuesum([_1a Score A,_1b Score A,_1c Score A,_2a Score A,_2b Score A,_2c Score A,_3a Score A,_3b Score A,_3c Score A,_4a Score A,_4b Score A]) By default FIELD_A and FIELD_B are set to Yes and No. What am I missing here?

TopicWhen you try to uninstall the system manager from the Control Panel, you may encounter the following error:"System Manager cannot be uninstalled while Nintex products are installed on this machine". If the error persists after removing  other Nintex products (e.g. RPA, Studio, Robot, etc.), please follow the instructions below.Instructions1. Open the Registry Editor2. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Nintex 3. You should see a folder 'SystemManager'. Delete the complete 'SystemManager' key folder. 4. Remove 1 Permission Group without removing all Permission Groups

I am using NAC on SharePoint O365 lists.  A SharePoint group called “Visitors” has permissions to all of my lists.  I need to remove the “Visitors” group from the item, but do not want to remove any other group or people permissions.  I see I can remove all permissions, but I only want to remove 1 group.   I can’t remove all permissions and then add some back in because this workflow is a component workflow and each list it runs on will have different groups.  Is there a way to remove permissions of 1 group without removing all permissions?Thanks!

Adding Nintex Apps to sites after Microsoft removes access to SharePoint Store

I was updating our Nintex Forms for Office 365 app license after our renewal and noticed a message from Microsoft about the retirement of Add-ins from SharePoint Online.  There was a banner in the SharePoint store that indicated:Starting April 2, 2026, SharePoint add-ins will be retired for SharePoint in Microsoft 365 and users will no longer be able to use SharePoint add-ins. Installing SharePoint add-ins from the SharePoint Store will not be possible as of July 1, 2024. Learn more about the retirement of add-insHas Nintex posted any information on how this will be resolved for adding the necessary apps to new sites that need Forms or Nintex Automation Cloud workflows?  Any details anyone has would be helpful.Thanks.

Sharepoint Modern library Details Pane allows users to bypass Nintex Form rules to update values. Solution ?

Because of the Details Pane, users now have the ability to update fields which are disabled in nintex form via rules. We have set the library to use Classic experience for now. But once Microsoft removes classic experience completely, we will have the problem again. Is anybody else thinking about this ?

I am trying to create a wizard to log in to a site but when I try to set up the command ‘insert username into active field’ I get an error message.  Do you know what I could be doing wrong?For Step 1, the process of launching the website is working.  The cursor is positioned in the User ID field.For Step 2, I try to drop the insert username command and choose the specific user for the site, but I get an error message:The following commands are not supported at this position and will be removed:  Insert username into active field.

Finding the correct result for a % sum

Hi All I have an order form using Nintex forms.  It shows a list price in one field (currency), then there is the partner discount % in another field (decimal) and I want to show the partner price in a different field (Currency). But i cant seem to find the right formula to build to work this out, anyone got any ideas please?

Error on click to save form - cannot insert duplicate key row

K2 5.6 - IssueWhen i click on save (i just added message in the form) the form it giving me below error:- Error %d, State %d, Procedure %s, Line %d Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'Form.ConditionItem_Design' with unique index 'UX_Form_ConditionItem_Design_ID'. Same form i am able to save on Production but not on QA.I deployed form from Prod to QA, it deployed successfully. but same error on click to save the form.I checked in K2 table Form.ConditionItem_Design but there is only 1 row available as i checked out the form. Please help me, if any one have idea about this error.

Nintex Automation Cloud - SharePoint Online Connector: missing start variable

Hello,when creating a SharePoint Online connection to our test tenant in SharePoint and creating a workflow with the SharePoint Online list start event, then the start event does not return a start variable.I created the connection using the correct user for the test tenant and in the start event I can select the correct list without any error.The connector is of type SharePoint Online: List and libraries.I cant figure out, what I am missing in the configuration.Thanks in advance!Niklas

Updating List After Assign Multiple Assignee Task

I have a workflow in NWC.  There is a "Assign Task to Multiple Users" which uses a form.  Once that form is filled out by whoever first gets to it, I want to update a Sharepoint List with the new information.  I've done this in the past but what was used in the past and works, isn't the same as it is today and I can't figure out how to make it work.  Can someone please help.  Let me  know if you need more information.  Thank you in advance.

API Reporting - Process star rating

Hello community,As you know, Process Manager has available a report called ‘Process View’ which is very straightforward in purpose.However, I would like to understand who within my organisation actually ‘rates’ processes (and not just view them). An image has been attached for clarity.Similar to the ‘process view’ report, the intend of this one would be to measure engagement. I could not find this report available in the platform. Open Excel Workbook that is Password Protected with Read OnlyKnowledge Base

TopicHow to open an Excel Workbook that is password-protected and read-only. When saving an Excel workbook, if Saved As is used, then the user clicks the Tools menu near the Save button and selects General Options..., and read-only protection is checked.When using the Open Workbook action, it doesn’t seem to be working as intended. Because of the read-only protection, Excel prompts for a password twice, asking for the password for the protected file and also for the Read-Only protection. RPA LE is working as expected but only unlocking the first prompt.InstructionsWe are investigating whether this is a feature they need to add. Still, since we do not hear of a workbook being protected both ways, they may be able to add an option to send the password for Read Only as well, but until then, the workaround to bypass this second password prompt is:Deactivate the Open Workbook action and use the Open File action.
