I am using K2 Five 5.8 and have implemented the SmartActions feature.
Is it possible to capture additional comment from the approver when completing a task via email?
For example, approver respond the email:
Approve
Please proceed.
The expectation is I can get “Please proceed” as the approver comment.
This is similar feature with Nintex Lazy Approval feature.
