Issue Description
When you use the standard Worklist Control and add a filter for any date type (such as Task Start Date, Activity Start Date, or Workflow Start Date) using either a Relative Date or a Specific Date, an error occurs.
Error Message:
The following error occurs:
“Unable to connect to server View Details.”
After clicking on View Details:
“Type: System.DateTime is not allowed for deserialization. trying to filter on any date”
Resolution
The fix is available in:
- Nintex Automation K2 (5.8) Fix Pack 25.
- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
