Experience Nintex at ESPC24
I am getting an error message while deploying a package from Nintex K2 Five 5.6 server to Nintex Automation 5.8 server.The error message appears for all service instances either it is SQL Server, Endpoint Assembly or OData.The error message is “Missing Referenced Service” .Any help will be much appreciated.
I’ve fiddled around with this and don’t think it’s possible, but here goes:I’m creating a form that includes a multiple-choice field, with a maximum of four options. The options represent modules, or “playlists,” that new employees are supposed to complete within a certain period of time. As the employee completes a playlist, or playlists, they use this form to indicate which one(s) they’ve completed and upload a copy of their completion certificate(s).Each time the form is submitted, an entry is created (or updated, as the case may be) in a SharePoint list. For each of the four playlists, there is a Boolean field in the SharePoint list that is changed to “Yes” (checkmark) for those completed.What I was trying to do is have the initial form read the list and, in the multiple-choice field, present only those playlists that have not been completed.I can use an external data variable to get the data from the list and I can use a condition to narrow it down to the employee in question. Bit of a bizarre one this, but we are seeing a few cases where a person tries to launch a new form, and they are greeted by a broken page as below.I can see that the URL is trying to contact https://formso365.nintex.com to fetch some runtime components. It looks like it cannot reach that location. I, for example, can load a new form without issue. This seems to affect random individuals around the organisation, and there is no discernible pattern or trend and no other related issues are being reported by the user base. Has anyone seen this sort of thing happening on their site?
Hello! I'm working with this plugin, but for some reason, it doesn't display the data https://gallery.nintex.com/t/_column_grid. I am trying to create a process with 2 separate pathways based off a decision. It’s a process to show people which documents to use when managing a project. I want to have it reach a Decision Point where if it is over $75K, it will diverge and take a path. And if it is below $75K it will diverge and take a different path. I just cannot see anything like that in all of my settings. I feel like this is a very simple thing and should be possible in theory?Also my Promapp looks very different to a lot of the tutorial videos and instructions I have found. In a form I have multiple currency controls with a non-USD currency set (as I am South Africa, I have set these to the South African Rand (ZAR)). However, when pulling these controls in read-only mode into subsequent forms as part of a workflow, the controls are set to USD and appear to have no way to adjust this.

I’ve got a very simple workflow that sets a couple of values and sends an email or 2. While working on a modification, i’ve disabled the send email steps to avoid confusion. WF is saved and published but the emails continue to be sent. I’ve even changed the WF so that it can only launch manually yet it’s still firing. Any ideas ? I’m baffled at this behavior.

The platform is configured to the Colombia time zone (GMT-5), but it’s used by people in various countries.I’ve identified an issue related to time zone differences. For example, an employee in Europe requests the dates of November 4 and 5, but when the request is processed in the workflow, the dates show up as November 5 and 6.Upon reviewing the workflow, I found that the dates are currently formatted using UTC+12:00 (Asia/Kamchatka). This could be causing the date shift when handling requests from different time zones. Question:Which UTC time zone should I use in the workflow to avoid this kind of error when users from different regions submit dates? I have built a site workflow that is taking rows from a list (it's an overtime claim list) and building a CSV file for the payroll team to process onwards for reporting. I tackled this by querying the list and passing each of the fields needed into collection variables. Then it pauses for 1 minute to dehydrate the job to the SharePoint timer service. Next, it passes into a for-each loop, where each of the collections are cycled through in turn to produce the variables. This is done with parallel actions (12). Some of the parallel actions need some regex on the output variables to remove commas (we are saving to a CSV at the end). Within the loop, I am building a string value to collect all the row item data into a chunk.Once exited from the loop, another build string is used to produce headers and then adds the chunk with the appropriate commas to separate. Finally an email goes off to the payroll team with the CSV attached.This worked for test, when I only had a few hundred items in t
The settings for date and time are causing us (our organisation), problems when we transition between UTC (Zulu) and Daylight Savings Time (DST). Workflows that are time dependent go from working normally, to being one hour out - transitioning either way around.Our NAC regional settings are set to this: (UTC/UTC+01:00) Europe/LondonWorkflows are set to use the tenant default, is that correct, or should it be just plain UTC coordinated universal time?My understanding of (UTC/UTC+01:00) Europe/London is both UTC + 00:00 winter and UTC + 01:00 summer. I also regard that as meaning that the time with change in accordance with DST.What I need to understand is how to make the NAC and any workflows running in it, follow time changes throughout the year. I want to adjust the width of columns in ListView to fix their title header length and create a horizontal scroll for the ListView. I want to create a SPFx ListView Command Set Extension and provide a button which allows the users to start a specific NAC component workflow of a selected SharePoint-Online List-Item.I will use the OpenAPI of NAC to do so. My question is: If the Token of the component workflow will expire (and you know, we get not a warning!), the Token itself will not change. - Is that correct? - Otherwise, I would need to update my Code… - Just to make sure, I am on the right track.
HelloMy requirement is to send an email to the user by reading the user’s email address from list column. And this column is optional, it is not necessary to have a value. The Send an email action fails when this field is blank in Nintex Automation Cloud. But there was no error with Nintex for Office 365 workflow. I may have to use RunIf action to check if this column has a value before sending an email. Apart from this solution, is there any other solution? Thank you.

The process involves task approvals where approvers have three response options: Approve, Reject, and Request Clarification.I want to implement a Commentary feature using a multi-line text column in the SharePoint list to track interactions. Specifically, I need:Approvers to log their comments in the Commentary field along with a timestamp when responding to a task. If Request Clarification is selected, the Submitter (Responder) should be able to respond to the approver's comments in the same Commentary field, also with a timestamp. Using Skuid NLX (17.5.0.0) I have a wizard that create a new row on a model and then guides a user through filling out a form. On the final page of the wizard is a review of what they have entered and I have the form set to Read Only, however it displays in edit mode when it navigates to that step. To troubleshoot I had the record save before it got to that step and it displayed correctly Read Only mode. Is it possible to have a form of an unsaved new record display in read only mode?

This is my first post on the forum and I am still a novice/rookie at NINTEX for Sharepoint.At my work I am building a Sharepoint site which has 2 lists: List_courses: It contains the names, startdate, end date and a date on which to subscribing students should be informed via email (inform_date) List_students: This list contains the name, contact details of the students and to which course they subscribed. The course of this list is connected to list_courses.For the list_students I created a NINTEX form and a NINTEX form workflow. In the NINTEX form workflow I want to put in a pause for duration. The workflow has to be paused until the inform_date from the List_Courses is reached. Somehow I doing it wrong and the action of Pause for duration is not working how it should be.Could you advice me what I should fill in below at A, B, C, D and E? We use NINTEX in the Dutch language so I put a translations next to the letters. A big thank you in return for your advice! :-)
Hi I’m using the K2 5.7 and use the Microsoft Graph API to get the list of group/user. My problem is, I want to see the group name nested in another group. When executed the SMO name User with method Get User in Group, result will be the list of user in that group and all users in the nested group but no nested group name. Is there anyway to get the group name nested in those group?
