Our form features a multiple choice field(radio buttons). Is it possible to implement programming that dynamically disables certain options based on the selection of others? For instance, if a user selects 'eggs,' is there a way to automatically gray out the option for 'juice' to prevent its selection?

K2 user take action but k2 not execute this action.

Here is the makeup of my workflow, but I am having issues retrieving the email from a user's list, based a username pulled from the XML file. EX: username JaneD to go lookup that username in the list which has these fields. There is a Collection variable at User Defined variables.At form I want to get nth Index values of that collection.It seems Form Functions does not have Get Item from collection nor similar functions. Is there a way to get Collection value at form variables without using Get Item from Collection everytime?

Nintex workflow for Office 365 - How to create a page from a template?Hello all, after several days I am with a problem and at this moment I am blocked, I need to create a new page from a template with a Nintex workflow. I can create the page and also I can set the metadata and the content type, "with the create item action", but the page is empty, I don't know how to make the new page copy the format of the model page(template). So if anyone has any information I would appreciate some help. Thank you.

At the moment I am working on a concept version of a sharepoint site for my company. In the endstate it will have dozens of libraries. Trying tot prevent it in becoming too confusing, all the libraries start with the first 4 letters of the departement they belong to. So far so good… but the adminstrators still have alot of scrolling to do to select the right library.Is it possible to make a module on a sharepoint page or a list which filters the names of the libraries on a sharepoint site? If I can put the first 4 letters in a filter then the administrator of the department only sees the libraries which he or she should moderate. Our IT department does not allow us to make subsites so we have to stick to the 'main' sharepoint site.Any ideas on how to achieve this? :-)

Hello!Is it possible in a published workflow with an already running instance to assign a task when multiple people are supposed to complete it, or to remove a task assignment from a person so that the task is marked as complete and the flow continues?I know that there is an option in settings to complete the task after a certain amount of time, and other options, but none of them are suitable for my case, and I can't find any other useful information. Any insight into whether this is possible or not would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Hi community,Since the Process Attributes were moved from the bottom of the screen to a button in the top right, the Systems now shows a count of every time a system is used, instead of a summary list of all systems used.  Eg. my process uses 5 systems in total, but the Process Attributes > Systems shows 35 which now represents the total amount of times any system is used. Is this a bug?  Where do I go now to show the summary of systems for the process, and to highlight which activities use which systems?Thank you

I’m at a loss. Trying to wrap up our NAC Onboarding Process and I cannot figure out how to take a previous multiple-choice field that was completed by a user and pass it back through to the same ML choice field on the same task.  I’m looping back through the same question and want to preserve the answers if they got it right and lock the control. I managed to make it work with the single choice fields.  User answers 30 questions on a quiz (task) and if they make below an 80 it let’s them attempt 2 more times.  What I need is the answers to be defaulted for what they previously entered so i passed the ML choice field through a loop for each and added each answer to a collection called “collQ7”. I passed that into my default value and it’s not recognizing selections. These questions are all ML choice fields and are outputted as text from my collections as followed:  Now, I have commas for some of the answers so to make the logic/rules easier for me, I did the the line thing at the end of

I checked a number of posts but could not find quite what I am after.I want to execute a different “Send notification” if the new item is a reply vs. a new post.I’d like to be able to have different subjects with different references, as well as different URLs in the email body.I see there are a couple of Logic and Flow options that would probably serve me well (i.e. Set a condition) for the decision making as to which to send, but I can’t seem to find/figure out what options to use to route the workflow.This seems to me as though it would be something that has been done before. Has anyone got some pointers for me? Or a link to an existing tutorial/solution?TIA

I have a choice field on my start form that I’d like to make required based on whether or not an attachment has been added to the attachments field. I don’t need to be able to read the attached files or have any data other than an indicator if something is there or not. I have not been able to figure this out.Is it even possible? Help!

I have several graphs on an Excel spreadsheet that I need to add to an email in a Botflow. It doesn’t look like I can copy/paste and I don’t see how to take a screen shot of only 1 graph so is there another solution?

So here is my current set up thus far.I plan on setting up a scheduled Task on our SharePoint server to run every minute and go out to a shared network drive to see if there are any new XML files (in email format”) and transfer them to a SharePoint library that has a workflow on new, that will create a new list item.One of the fields in the XML (userName) file comes across as a text field in this format “LastnameFirstInital” eg: JohnD , we would like the workflow to translate that to the following format in th elist item “LastName FirstInitial” eg: John D; how can I make that happen? Lastly, we have a Scanner gun that we want to be able to scan a barcode and it append data to the list, is there a tutorial to make a barcode scanner work within a SharePoint list/workflow/form? Thank you in advance

I have a library that houses XML files. These files are retrieved from a Network Drive and through PowerShell and a Scheduled Task will deposit any new files located in this Network Drive and dump a copy into the SharePoint Library. Once any new files it will trigger the workflow to render the XML file content into a SharePoint list item. I have almost everything working, but right now I have the Set Variables at the start of the workflow with  but it is hardcoded in the value to a specified file for testing purposes EX: https://local/XMLFilesFromFactoryLogix/20241015114157.xml. How should I have it set to that it processes any new XML files into the library? Can I use a wildcard? (*)

I’m wondering what is the best way these days to connect K2 to Microsoft Graph to create a meeting.  I have tried many different options I found online and none have worked out.The default K2 Outlook meeting does not work because when we add an attendee the notification goes out to all the other registered people instead of only the person being added.Thank you,Scott

With a NINTEX workflow you can create alot of things in Sharepoint. Things like:Sites Pages Lists List items Files Appointments Tasks Folders Etc…Actually I want to create a library by using a workflow. The last time this question was asked in this community is 7 years ago so hopefully today there will be a more user friendly solution available. :-)Does anyone has an idea how to make it possible?
