I receive the following message when I access one of the important SharePoints: I don’t know who owns this SharePoint and I do not have access to the owners list to ask if this SharePoint will continue to be accessible to me and all other IOL and third party users. Is there something each user needs to do to be able to access this SharePoint during the migration process?
Why does the Nintex Workflow Schedular timer job keep getting removed from my SharePoint SE farm? It seems that after evey install of the monthly SharePoint SE CU, the Nintex Workflow Schedular timer job is no longer in the list of farm timer jobs. I have to run the command “NWAdmin.exe -o InstallTimerJob -job ScheduledWorkflows -url https://someurl.com” for each web app for it to appear in the timer job list. Why am I having to add it back to the environment every month or every so often? When is this job initially created by Nintex? Why does it keep dissappearing?
After installing Nintex Workflow for SharePoint SE, The Nintex workflow and forms timers jobs are not displayed in the Job Definitions page in Central Admin. The only timer job displayed is the Nintex Forms Purge Job. The Nintex dbs are connected, web applications activated, action settings are set, Nintex forms feature activated on all web applications, Nintex workflow is enabled on the sites. I initially installed version 6.0.7.10 and then upgraded to 6.0.9.0 with the same results. The workflows do run but timer jobs are missing. Any assistance/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All,I’m encountering the below error when attempting to publish a workflow on Nintex Workflow Cloud: Anyone have any ideas on where to begin troubleshooting? I’ve tried the basics; logging out/in, clearing cache, trying different browsers. Thanks!
Lately we received email regardingMicrosoft SharePoint Server Support Ending- Nintex Migration Action Recommended I need clarification on several key points to help us plan our migration strategy:1. Nintex Workflow for SharePoint Support Timeline:Will Nintex continue to provide support for Nintex Workflow for SharePoint after July 14, 2026? If yes, for how long will this support continue? What level of support will be available (bug fixes, security patches, technical support)?2. Migration Requirements:Is migration to either Nintex Automation CE or K2 mandatory, or is it simply recommended? What are the consequences of staying on the current platform beyond 2026?3. Migration Process and Timeline:What is the recommended timeline for completing migration? Are there any migration tools or services available to assist with the transition? What are the licensing implications when migrating from our current Nintex Workflow for SharePoint to K2 or CE?4. Cost and Licensing:How does the pricing
I wanted to make a quick post today to highlight how I solved a use case with one of the new AI runtime actions in Nintex Workflow Cloud. This blog is going to focus on the Extract information from document or image action but be sure to check out the other new AI actions. The use case I was presented by a client was that they wanted to be able to scan or take a picture of a driver’s license as they were entering the dump. This would be used to determine what to charge the driver based on whether they lived in the city or outside city limits where the cost would be different. I built this POC using a sample driver’s license from Arizona. I created a Nintex Data Table to store the extracted data in, but it could be stored in another line of business system such as SQL, SharePoint, that’s one of the advantages of Nintex Workflow Cloud is the ability to easily connect to multiple line of business system out of the box. Now that we have our table, we need to create a form that the drive
If I want numbering to restart for each table I have in a template, how would I achieve that? Ideally, I’d like to avoid creating new custom fields + automation in Salesforce to achieve this. So in the below image, instead of the second table resuming numbering where the previous table left off, it would restart at 1.
Hi everyoneI am looking to send one e-mail based on when multiple items in a Sharepoint Online list are updated. ie I don’t want an e-mail for every item, just one e-mail saying that these items have been updated. What is the logic to achieve this?RegardsKirk
I have a SQL instance with the collation Latin1_General_CI_AS_KS_WS for SharePoint Server SE. Is it possible to install K2 on the same instance by manually creating the K2 databases with the required collation (Latin1_General_CI_AS)? When I try this, I get the following warning message .And when I click 'Continue', I get another message: 'K2 is the wrong type of database'."
We have recently upgraded from Nintex Forms 2013 (2.9.0.0 ) to Nintex Forms for SharePoint 2016 - International version: 4.6.11.10.In the older 2013 version, fields that are form based only, and not connected to a Sharepoint list column, had validation rules that fired on submission. However the validation rules no longer trigger after we upgraded to latest Nintex Forms 2013 version 2.12.9.0, then to Nintex Forms for SharePoint 2016 - International version: 4.6.11.10.Has anyone had this validation issue with Nintex Forms and unconnected controls, and if so, did you find a way to rectify? We need some controls ie controls in Repeating Section, to be unconnected AND also have validation.

Skuid/Nintex Friends, We’re upgrading from skuid 10.0.27 (I know!) to 15.3.26.In our existing production environment we have a force.com site with a guest user using stored credentials on a salesforce “external” data source. Using this method to connect back to the same instance of salesforce that the pages are running on, allowing the guest user to edit records and upload files. It’s working great in 10.0, but in our dev-ed where we upgraded to 15.3.26, we’re getting errors.“Insufficient access rights on cross-reference id: [a salesforce id]”It seems like the guest user cannot edit an existing record.I imagine I’m missing some settings somewhere… and ideas? As far as I can tell the guest user permissions, sharing rules, and the data source are all set up identically in both environments.
