I have a repeating table in my form and a HTML table. Currently after the user updates the repeating table, the user needs to submit first so I can process it to extract the values to rebuild the HTML table. I resend the same task back to the user with the HTML table updated with the new values. Is there another way to update the HTML table without needing to submit the form?
Hi everyoneI have a SharePoint column which is created as currency with two decimal places. When I use this column in a Nintex Workflow Cloud workflow, the value returned only has one decimal place instead of two. How do I add another decimal to the number.Example: “Cost” created as currency in SharePoint OnlineThe output of “Cost” should look something like R200.00, but in e-mails from Nintex the output from “Cost” is R200.0. How do I add the extra zero so that is displays with two decimal places? Thanks
Hello, I have a O365 responsive form I am using alongside NAC and in my workflow I have 5 approval tasks which send 5 tasks out. In my workflow I have the ‘wait for event in list item’ action waiting for fields to update in my form as each task is approved. So when all tasks are approved and fields updated it stays on the ‘wait for event in list item’ action and doesn’t proceed...I’ve been fighting this for 2 weeks now and can’t get this to work.Your help is greatly appreciated!
Hi I have a task that goes to 3 people who all need to approve the task before a deadline. If the deadline is reached the task should auto approve. In this situation I would like to know who out of the 3 did actually approve the task and who didn’t but it seems like it sets all 3 the same e.g. task expired. Is there a way to achieve this? Thanks David
My Flexi Tasks use to send out reminders but stopped 3 months ago.
I am running into an issue where attachments sometimes do not open/download from the nintex form they are attached to. The issue does not occur on every form submitted, and there isn’t a particular file type that seems to be the cause. I’ve cleared my browser cache, but the issue persists. If I open the site in Incognito mode, the attachments do open. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this issue?
i tried to upload file on nintex app using an external connection so i added authentication provider of google then added external connection google drive but when authorization got this error

Hi all, when a user, not a promaster, requests a process be archived, where does the notification go? We don’t have document approval activated but we do have process approval activated. The request does not seem to be added to the archived list, as it’s not yet archived but we can’t tell which requests have been made. Thanks in advance. Rob M

Hi All!The Nintex Process Manager team is excited to annouce that French, German, and Spanish localization will soon be coming to Process Manager. We wanted to put out this FAQ to help answer some questions before it arrives! Q: What is “Localization” and what parts of Process Manager does it cover? A: With the release of “localization” Process Manager will officially start supporting languages other than English for the Process Manager user experience. Starting with French, German, and Spanish support, the localization efforts will enable Nintex to introduce additional language support in a rapid fashion in the future as customer demand necessitates it. The initial localization work by Nintex will cover the UI elements that are created / managed by Nintex, so this does not include actual user generated process content itself (this is something we will look to support in the future and can be facilitated through process variations today). Q: Is there an additional cost for the localiz
I'm working on a workflow in Nintex Automation Cloud, and I’ve stored a list of users in a Nintex Table Data. I need to fetch users from this table based on certain conditions (like role or department) and assign a task dynamically to one or more of those users.I’d appreciate some guidance on the following: How can I query a Nintex Table Data from within the workflow to filter users (e.g., by role or department)? What is the best way to loop through the results or select a specific user from the filtered list? Once I have the user(s), how do I assign the task to them dynamically using a "Assign a task to user(s)" action? Are there best practices for working with Nintex Table Data in these scenarios?
