Hi Team!We encourage our team members to share processes in broad communication using minimodes. However, if a process has subprocesses linked -the recipients won't be able to access them. Which is all good, but the pop up message is misleading -it states "Access Denied" due to user permissions. What the user should actually do is login to their Promapp account for fully visibility (for Promapp account holders) or contact the Process Expert (external users, with no access to our instance). We receive messages from our community asking what to do which is impacting their user experience.Changing the Access denied message would really expedite the communication. A simple rephrasing to "Access denied -please login to your Promapp account for full visibility (for Promapp account holders) or contact the Process Expert" could do the trick. Are you experiencing a similar issue? If yes, I just posted this as an idea for improvement under "Community Ideas" and would appreciate your vote!
How people manage adding users to roles in Promapp. We are using ADFS, so the user isn't created until they login the first time. So from that point, how do you identify that they are there, which roles they should be in Promapp and then get them added, and who should champion this?
A client has asked me what functionality Workday has to include Promapp. Do you know if you can add links or iframes within Workday?
We have a large organisation with many staff changes, how can we automate the allocation of people to roles, or do this via a report upload on a regular basis to ensure roles are always current?
I understand the ProMapp is to help make Process more simplify but not all business processes are in a linear fashion. With that being said, has anyone came up with a good solutions to portray business processes that would go back to a previous step or steps further back in the process based on an decision or if the process goes to another process that then needs to come back into the process that started it at a particular point. I understand yes you can make notes in the particular activity in the process to be if this happens go back and refer to activity 2.0, but if someone is looking at the process at a high level (map) they would not know this.
Hi,We have developed quite a large processes and have decided, to split it up into several processes. We have therefore copied the process several times and deleted the parts that are already mentioned in the other processes. But unfortunately the triggers/inputs and outputs are not displayed on the map any more although they can be seen and changed in the "Edit" mode. Is there any way of resolving this? Thank you for your help! Best wishes,Sally
Is there an easier way to run Organisational reporting? I currently have to run the process listing reporting team by team and add up the results

Does ProMapp support the ability to create a process that has non sequential activities in it? Currently, if I create a process, even if activities are unassigned, it creates a linkage between them. The activities in the process I want to construct can be actioned in any order so I don't need the sequencing.
I want to share my process to a non-user and specifically the process summary (tabs) below the process because I want to show the Cycle Costs on this process.I'd like to find out if this is possible, or not. I have not yet come across documentation for this. Thanks - Srinee
Hi,I've recently added process group objectives, just wondering if there's a report that I can run that will display each group and their objectives for sharing with others? Thanks, Mel
Is there a configuration option for Promapp to "autosave"? We have had cases when you are editing a process, and someone either leaves the page by accident or browser closes, they lose all their work
Use Case:We just went live with Promapp; All with the exception of the Promasters are set up as "User". Process Owners especially want reports that can give them status of the processes under their accountability. What specific reports can "Users" run? Thanks, Srinee

Hi Community - I'm setting up tagging for our company wide and have thought of the basics (lean, automation, CI, controls) but wondering if anyone has used tagging in different ways that I could consider? Love your ideas!!

We currently have an activity that many roles across the organisation complete however there seems to be limit of six roles that can be linked to the activity - is there a way around this?
Hi everyone, is the Nintex form designer that I download for SharePoint online, the same tool that can be used on an on prem SP 2019?
Hello everybody,We are only using Promapp since a few months and need some help. Is there any way of turning off or at least limiting the number of e-mail notifications from Promapp? I have checked the Help Centre, but I couldn't find an answer to this! Thanks a lot for helping me with this!Best wishes,Sally
Hi there, I am trying to create a process that, based on a decision, branches to 2 alternate activities. These 2 activities must then connect to a single subsequent activity, i.e. Step 3 and Step 4 should connect to Step 5.
I am looking for a reference client who has used Promapp do support the rollout/implementation of MSDynamics. It would be great to get your support. Thank you
Is it possible to assign a Role to a Group? I am looking for a bulk solution to assign all staff in a Business Unit to a few groups relevant. thanks
Has anyone encountered (or found a clever solution for) when a glossary tag can refer to two different things? For example: CSI can refer to "Center for Student Involvement" or "Center for Strategic Innovation" (or Crime Scene Investigation) The glossary tag is restricted to only one reference. Perhaps an opportunity for a future fix? Thank you!
Is it possible to check in Promapp if a user has downloaded/printed processes? If yes, how do we go about it?
In addition to "current state," we have started creating “system agnostic” and “future state” maps for process improvement evaluation. With most maps existing as current state maps, I am concerned about getting further down the road and having staff 1) incorrectly referring to a future state map in search of current state and/or 2) having to navigate and maintain additional folders. Please let us know if you have found a creative solution for this. We are considering a few options:Don’t add folders, simply add “future state” to the end of the title. Adding another item to the unique reference code. Creating folders at the “top level” of our tree that are intended only for future and system-agnostic maps Creating folders at the “top level” of our tree that are intended only for future and system-agnostic maps and restricting visibility to the folder.
