Diverging and converging activities

Hi there,

I am trying to create a process that, based on a decision, branches to 2 alternate activities. These 2 activities must then connect to a single subsequent activity, i.e. Step 3 and Step 4 should connect to Step 5.

You can't have a decision that loops back, decisions are effectively a stop or new process.

One way around this is to use parallel activities which allows you to have two activities next to each other. If you name them clearly, it's obvious that it's a choice of one or the other.

Hope that helps!
