Nintex for SharePoint

Hello all, new nintex user here; I am trying to use the formula bar to create rules however I can't seem to save a formula or scroll to the bottom of the page to click insert. It appears that the bottom of the window is cut off. I've tried zooming out, making the window bigger etc. Was wondering if anyone else had similar issues and how'd they solve.  Is there a keyboard shortcut to save a formula? 

Hi I'm really hoping someone can solve this one - I'm trying to retrieve a PDF document from a REST API service - is this possible using Nintex Workflow? I have some data stored on a web service, I can successfully use the Web Request function to collect text and numerical data via various GET/POST requests to a REST API with no issues. I need to retrieve a PDF from this same service, using cURL or PostMan I can successfully request the PDF and store the output as a file however all I get using the Web Request is a successful response and something that looks like PDF source code (maybe?), I've attached an image of the response - is there any way to retrieve a PDF using a Web Request and store in a document library on SharePoint Any help would be very much appreciated!!

Has anyone successfully been able to implement Repeating section item reordering/sorting?  I can get it to work in the UI pretty easy using JQuery UI Sortable e.g.  The DOM does get reordered however it always saves in the order it was added.  Anyone played around with re-ordering Repeating items or even programatically adding/removing items? Vadim Tabakman‌ and Eric Harris‌ I'm hoping you might be able to help  Regards,Eric Halsey

Hello, I am trying to hide fields based on user group. I have been trying to embed a Nintex 2016 Form in an iframe on a non-SharePoint web-page and receiving the following error in console.Uncaught DOMException: Blocked a frame with origin "server.com" from accessing a cross-origin frame.Complete error in console attached.This only occurs in Chrome and Firefox, IE works fine.Nintex 2013 Forms works fine in all browsers.I have tried numerous master-page edits, Nintex javascript edits but it still won't load in an iframe.After some more testing, it seems to be anything from SP2016 trying to load in an iframe, is blocked by Chrome and FireFox.Has anyone seen this or has used a fix for this security block?   

Hi,  I have created a responsive Nintex Form and now would like to link to this from a page in SharePoint. I tried copying the link from when I clicked on +New for the list but this works once and then stops working.  Where can I get a link that always works?KRSandy

I installed the latest upgrades for Workflow and Forms and cannot locate Document Generator in the workflow actions on libraries or lists. Our licensing is through 3/29/17 and we have Enterprise on a 2013 SharePoint server. I have tried deactivating and reactivating all of the Site Features related to Nintex and also all the requirements in the upgrade document online. is there something I am missing?

Hi All,I want to send an alert  when the Due Date is reached, i.e. Due Date = Today Date.I do not have any task assign here. In sharepoint i will have column called due date and it will be filled with some future date. so when that date is equals to todays date and email notofication should go to the person.How to achive this? Thanks in advanceHema

Hi all, I have an Date/Time field (see Screenshot) with given times in the dropdown, but I need to enter the time tailored (for example 02.33). Is that possible in Nintex or do I need to change something on the Sahrepoint list?

I know we can export a list into excel, but does anyone know a way to automate this? Or maybe something similar? My end goal is to archive the items from a list into a document of some kind, every month to a library.

We have a list that has a Nintex form that only replaces the DispForm.aspx and EditForm.aspx but not the NewForm.aspx.  We want it to replace all three as is normal.  We first thought the problem was the fact that the list is missing the original-from-SharePoint NewForm.aspx form but creating a new NewForm.aspx and making that the default didn't solve the problem.  How can we get the published Nintex form to replace the SharePoint NewForm.aspx?

I have an issue with send email notification. the action send email works well without any errors, but the email wasn't send.here the action  and I have just after this a request data action which provide an error [failed to run ] and I receive the standard error email. and here is the error mail . I have 2 front end server and one webapp, i activate all action on the webApplication. Any one has any explanation why the send email doesnot send the mail even no error was showed?any why the Workflow stops on request data and paus actions ?thank you.  Workflow for SharePoint 2013 

Hi all, I am currently building a check in sheet for staff returning to the office. The idea is to send a scheduled workflow contrasting an email notification, within the email will be a link to a shared point list. The leftist is very simple, I have a choice field with a populated choice "Yes" and a date field. One the employee clicks the link all they have to do is save the list entry. My question is, is the a way to autosave so when they click the link it will save without them having to? Thanks in advance

For a long time now, after applying monthly Microsoft patches, the psconfig command goes very quickly on the web and app Sharepoint 2016 servers. However, on the cache and search servers it hangs for nearly an hour, and during that time a lot of errors such as this are generated in ULS: TypeLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'Nintex.Workflow, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=913f6bae0ca5ae12' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. It just keeps cycling through scanning for a bunch of Nintex related files and failing to find them. Remember, we are not licensed for Nintex on these servers and have not installed it on them. However, I see there are two services on those servers, Nintex Connector Workflow Queue Service and Nintex Workflow Start service, both of which are Automatic but not running when I check them after issuing the psconfig command. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a workaround for a workflow to start when a system process upload a document to a SharePoint library? I have see a number of posts in the past but no answer. Would a site workflow work? Can I create a WF that triggers another workflow to start regardless of how the document landed in the library?   Regards  

I have a list that has email addresses stored in a single line of text field in a SharePoint list. I created a new column which is a people picker  and the display is set to show  email addresses. Is it possible to create a work flow that for each item copy the email address from the SLT email column and put it  into the people picker column    thank you in advance

I have a SharePoint list field which is numerical with 2 decimal places.In my Nintex form I have a Single Line Text Field which is tied this SharePoint list.The String format on the control is set to 0.00The validation is Regex ^[0-9]*.[0-9]{2}$This regex seems to work just fine elsewhere (i.e. not in Nintex), but this regex does not match an entry of say 10.00, or 100.00.  My guess is Nintex is stripping off the .00 but why? 

Hello, I have a Form in which I have a Multi Line Textbox which has several URL's (in plain text form). I need to get each link and convert it to URL inside the form so the users can clic on them and access to each URL. I've looked up, but I can't find a way to do this, and since I'm a newbie, I don't know if what I need can be done at all. I hope you can help me with this. Thanks! Best regards

From 2 weeks our workflows are failing on start intermittently. Our build version of sharepoint is 15.0.5315.1000we tried rescheduling timer recycle job from 6 AM start to 4 am start - but it did not fix the issue. Please advice.

I am hoping someone can help me, new to workflows so my apologies.  I have a workflow that triggers on the creation of an item in a list.  However, I only want it to trigger IF one of the checkboxes is checked.  I did the conditional start but it isn't working.   Any suggestions?Mia
