I have an attachment control on a responsive form that does not display when in Edit mode.
When in designer and previewing form I can see the attachment control, but when I publish and create a new item it is not displayed.
There are no rules on this form.
Also, if I delete the control and try to add it back in it is not listed in the Controls list.
Suggestions?
