Obtain and conver data from Multi Line Text Box

Hello,

I have a Form in which I have a Multi Line Textbox which has several URL's (in plain text form). I need to get each link and convert it to URL inside the form so the users can clic on them and access to each URL. 

I've looked up, but I can't find a way to do this, and since I'm a newbie, I don't know if what I need can be done at all.

I hope you can help me with this.
