Nintex DocGen for Salesforce

I am updating the names of the template documents in the package editor but when I go to generate the package off of my opportunity, each template's name has not changed. Is there a delay in the editing or do I need to update? Ex. in the package editor in Nintex Drawloop template title = Agreement and Disclosure MAILBut when I go to generate the documents, it still says the old name = Agreement/DISC, MAILED- RESI

Hi,   I have a nintex package where i send two Salesforce reports into excel as middleware and then create a Word document with calculations from this. The package is stalling on some runs it gets to 40% acquiring data and does not move any further.    Any ideas why this is? Only happens when there is 1000 rows going into the excel sheet.   Thanks 

I am using conditional groups to insert images dynamically into a Word document template. I am having trouble, however, figuring out how to insert a dynamic image from a conditional group that will have advanced text wrapping image formatting applied within the Word document. For example, having a "Through" or "Tight" text wrapping applied to the image when the document is generated. Is this possible, or will I have to plan a different way of displaying dynamic images? Thanks!

The PDF being generated currently is very editable. By which I mean that even opening it in Chrome, allows me to edit. Is there a way to make it uneditable? Even if I have to get creative by blocking access to actually-editable fields?

My DocGen Package has an Insert-Update that creates a Task. I'd like that Task's Description field to list data from multiple records related to the main object. Can row replication work for populating Fields, or will it only work for Word/Excel/PPT/PDF? Thanks!

I am using a custom button to create DDPs with this URL:/apex/loop__looplus?eid={!Opportunity.Id}&accountId={!Opportunity.AccountId}&sessionId={!$Api.Session_ID}&filter={!Opportunity.Type} The filter refers to the Opportunity Type picklist field. Can I convert this filter so that it works with more than 1 value? Currently, I put 1 value into the Filter field on the DDP (see screenshot) and this works. However, I would like this custom button to work with 2 of the values of the Opportunity Type field.  Example: Type = Existing Business OR Value2

Hello All,How to Replicate "Two Row" for multiple records in Microsoft Excel for Salesforce Document ?I have an excel file where there many records are coming when i am doing replicate row.but i want to iterate(replicate) two row for one record, like that for all records it will two two row for each records iterate. Please Help me out. Thanks Advaced. 

On click on button to generate content, we have option to get packages based on some filters. I want to apply multiple filters there but with OR condition. Filter type I am using is of type contains. Right now I am using passing only one value in filter. I want to pass multiple value and with OR condition. Means if any of the value passed in parameter is matching then package should get selected. &filtertype=contains&filter={!objectname.field}  Let me know if anybody has achieved this.

I have created a Docgen template and have mapped Quote fields on it. There are 2 fields on Quote which have data type of Currency (10,4). I want these 2 fields on document to show 4 decimal places while it shows only 2.  What is the way to do it? Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,  Is it possible to edit the spacing inside a component?  I've got a component group with a few components in it and I need the spacing to be different for a piece of text inside one of the components.

Hi , I am using SF report to create an output which is fine but I am not sure how to use pivots and excel slicers to display in an out put file in excel format. Do I use the formatted excel spreadsheet as a template? Any guidance greatly appreciated.

      Hi, We created a group copy type, group by a picklist value, this picklist label has French translation values, however when user's language is set to French, the picklist always show English.  I tried use Excel as middleware and custom metadata type to translate, it is working for non grouped type, but not working for grouped. Is there a way to do this translation? Thank you,

A deactivated scheduled report keeps running and being sent for email delivery.  I have activated/deactivated multiple times without success.  I have resorted to removing all recipients from the DocGen package as I do not want to delete the overall package, just in case we need to reinstate it later on.  Any idea why it keeps running on its own?

We are trying to create a letter that pulls fields from an Opportunity as well as the Account record of the Contact of the Opportunity Contact Role.Got that? So...Opportunity (need fields here) > OCR > Contact > Account (need fields here as well) I can get from Opportunity to the OCR Contact record, but not to that Contact's Account record. I got to the Contact record by starting with Opportunity and adding OCR as a Child relationship (Lookup is not an option). But I can't get from the OCR's Contact record to that Contact's Account.Any ideas? Thanks!

i am generating document with attachment when i select an attachment when i select the delivery method and click on run i get the follwing error One or more of the input documents is password-protected Now the other document which I am selecting as attachment is not password protected then why I am getting this error, just to give you info on this attachment I am generating this attachment from getting bas64 data out of our different service and then creating file with that base64 data.now i am able to preview this file in salesforce only when i select it as attachment during  docgen document geneartion process i get the error. Also if i generate document without this attachment it works fine. My question. 1-why i am getting this error even though there is no lock on file.2-if the pdf which i am using as attachment is too complicated will i get this error3- is there a way to resolve this Thanks 

Hello, I have a document created in DrawLoop through Salesforce. I am also using OneSpan as a delivery option, and have a signature text tag. I am wondering how I would also add a text tag that allows me to add a text box? Essentially I want the recipient to be able to enter text and not just sign the document. Is this something I need to customize in OneSpan, or is there a tag I am missing that I can add to my document? Any insight would be appreciated.   Thanks!

I'm having the 2 salesforce objects, 1. Property (parent obj) and 2. Tax (child obj). they are linked with lookup relationship. I have created the drawloop package on Property object and fetching the data of Tax object, for that I have created the SOQL query. We have a use case to send a document to an account that has no contacts.    Document is being sent to docgen queue, but we cannot attach an account id to the flow.  The flow includes creating a completed task to indicate the document was sent to the queue.  How can we relate the document request pdf file to the account? (and attach a link to the document in the task)

 Hello, I created a DocGen Package Letter Template, during the testing of the PDF, all of the field tags appear, but when I am running a Mass DDP via Report, the tags below do not work. Hi,In creating my document template I've added Account Billing Street, City, State and they work fine, however PostalCode simply shows the field name as inserted in word - it doesn't populate the data.  We are using version 17.1 (trial),  and Salesforce with NPSP. Thanks for any help! 

Hi, I'm trying to generate a document in Salesforce to print onto mailing labels. The labels come on standard size paper with 3 columns and 10 rows.  We send a letter to the Primary Contact of every Opportunity that's Closed Won. I can generate the letters just fine, but generating the labels is another story. I have 2 hurdles:Combining address fields from multiple unrelated Primary Contacts onto one document. Replication horizontally across columns. Can section replication work for this?I appreciate any help you could offer. Thanks,Keegan

Hi,   I have setup a custom button for a custom object list view to mass generate documents for email delivery. I have setup a relationship between the custom object and the contact object but when i go to create the documents it is not finding the relationship and wont let me create the mass generation. Hi All,I am trying to pull data into my DDP (word template) conditionally based on Account number from an excel sheet. If an Account number (column A) in the spreadsheet matches with the one on Opportunity record then it should pull that row only.
