Hi, In K2 Management , I have a process which has an AD Group (A) assigned to it. -This AD Group (A) contains All Staff and has Start and View rights set on it. I then have another AD Group (B) assigned to the Process, which contains a set of Users which should not have View rights, so its set to Start Rights only. However, the Users in B are still able to View Processes. How can i prevent those users in Group B from seeing that Process? Thanks

Hi, I am testing offline functionality within the K2 Workspace app. I have an Test Form with three drop down lists.Clicking the 1st drop down list populates the 2nd drop down list Clicking the 2nd drop down list populates the 3rd drop down listAll three drop down lists have been set to cache data. When viewing the Form offline, once the Form has been initialised an attempt is made to connect to the server (?) If I remove the filtering options against the drop down lists there is no issue. However this approach is not feasible for our solution. Has anyone come across this issue? Do cascading drop down lists actually working work offline? I cannot see any reason why it needs to connect to the server, all of the generated logic behind the scenes refer to loading cached data?

Where I can change the K2 Designer Testing and Runtime URL? I changed every url in K2 Management - Environment Library (Dev and Prod) and K2 Management - Workflow server - String Table (Default and Development). The Runtime URL changed but the Testing URL does not! Thanks in advance

Hi, I'm using K2 5.2 Studio to design the workflow. I have a requirement to send reminder emails every two days on a Smartforms client event, until the task is actioned by the task owner. When I looked at the "to be repeated" option it doesn't give such an option. Is there a way to achieve this?

Hello all,  I just heard that google is updating Chrome and is changing the way websites and cookies work by default.I was just wondering if any one has tested this and come up with any problems. I understand there will be differences in every environment, but just wanted to get some information upfront on things to look at. 

We have clustered Windows 2012 R2 servers. We need to upgrade K2 blackpearl 4.6.11 to K2 Five 5.2. Are there any precautionary steps we need to go through before we upgrade this cluster to K2 Five 5.2?

Hello, Is there any way we can load the k2 form when we create a document set into the Sharepoint library? I tried checking k2 app setting and saw new form selection is disabled.  PFA of screen form k2 app setting.   

We have a form for SharePoint in which one of the people picker fields we would like to lock down to a group of people from a SharePoint group.  Essentially we want only this group of managers can use that people picker but nobody else who fills out the form can use it. One of my thoughts was to duplicate the form and only give that group the link to that duplicated form. My other thought was to use some of the conditional format rules to only show for certain people. Is there any documentation that would solve this scenario? Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have a worflow that sends an email, but I want to send it "as" or "on behalf"  of someone other than K2 service. How do I configure it to do so? I do not want to set the up for all email functions just want to set it up for a workflow activity. I also need to inlude attachements.

Is it possible to initialize an item view from scratch after a selection within a control of another view? I have following situation: I have a form which contains 2 views.The second view is shown depending on the selection within a drop down within the first view.The second view initially has all controls hidden.Depending on the selection within the first view, the second view is shown and specific controls are shown.When chaning the selection within the first view again, the second view is shown and specific controls are shown.The problem now ist, that the controls which were shown by the first selection are still shown and now too many controls are shown.I would like to "reinitialize" the second view on selection within the first view from scratch so that the hidden states of the controls are reset. I would like that the second view is always initializing "fresh" with all the initial hidden states. Is that possible?I do not want to hide every control manually, because there are a lo

When printing the smarform from Internet Explorer, I see that some data does not appear in the print preview when Scaling is set to "Shrink to Fit". When I change it to 80%, all of the info is shown, much smaller print font. The Smartform consists of 5 views.The first 2 views are short nd fit on the same page.The thrid view is supposed to print on 2 pages, it is quite long. Then then view 4 and 5 go on the separate pages 4 and 5, correspondigly.The problem is the view 3.Half is printed on the page , what ever fits on it, but the rest is not going to the next page, it just disappears. If I reduce the scale to 80%, the whole view 3 is visible on 1 page and all the data is there. But the font is too small.I need to keep the scaling to 100% and have the View 3 flowing on two pages, not cut off the dataHow do I fix it? UPD: 2/13/2020After raising a ticket with K2 support, it was determined that it lookslike a bug and K2 will work with us to fix it.The issue happens only in Explorer browser.

Can I deploy a K2 5.2 Package to a separate K2 5.3 Environment?My organization spun up a new Windows Server 2016 Server, we want to install K2 5.3 onto this server. We then want to migrate the K2 5.2 Workflows on the previous server to this new K2 5.3 Server. Does this functionality exist or will I run into a version issue?

Hello, we have a SharePoint 2013 Library with (main) versions enabled and there are documents that gets modified during the workflow and I need the possibility to get a special version. Example:The WF starts with the document in version "2.0" and during the workflow it gets modified 4 times. But after the workflow I need to open the intial version (in this case 2.0) and the final released version (in this case 6.0) is it possible to tell the Smartobject to get the document in version 2.0? regards,Johann
