Hello, I want to implement a custom "workflow view" but I need to get access to:the current task name ("activity name")the current foliothe curent task instruction that are defined in the workflowthe possible task outcomes ("actions") Is it possible to get those information? regards,Johann 

I am attempting to create an email that gives a daily summary to users who have active lists in K2. This would collect all of the worklist items in their list and email them to them every morning but it would only email those who have active tasks. I have attempting to create a reference to the task smartobject in the system folder but when I attempt to loop through it I end up getting everything in one giant group. Anyone have some ideas on how to accomplish this. I am trying to avoid people getting 40 email notifications when they have 40 tasks. Thanks, Ben

I am exploring the OData API to query system Smartobjects.  For example /api/odata/v3/com_K2_System_Workflow_SmartObject_ProcSetPermissions needs a query parameter to indicate the ProcessSetID.  What is the syntax to construct the URL for this? I tried a few things from the OData documentation but they all throw a HTTP 404 in the browser indicating that the URL is malformed. Help? Thanks

Community, I'm attempting to query against a SharePoint list to see if a person has submitted an item already between two dates.  And existing line item example: smith, bob 2/10/20*personal details removed*/14/2020 SharePoint list: User (Person) / Start Date (Date) / End Date (Date) I want this to fire on a calendar is changed.  When I fire the Get List I am attempting to allow for the input of the User and a Filter to check for Dates.  When I put more than one date in this filter fails. When the workflow is opened in K2 Designer, it starts to load correctly but the loading indicator will hang at 80 percent and not able to work on that.

As part of a workflow, I need to assign multiple tasks/email notifications to seperate teams depending on the value of a dropdown (17 entries). I am trying to avoid replicating the logic multiple times, I was therefore wondering if it is somehow possible to store a membership/role as a variable and then use this variable to assign tasks.  Thanks for your help

So I am trying to delete a workflow in K2 five and it will not go away. I have deleted all references to it and I have deleted all instances in workspace. I delete the workflow from designer nd it does not go away. When I click on it I can still edit it. It says I created it and it says I was the last person to modify. I CANNOT DELETE THIS FREAKING WORKFLOW. Anyone having trouble with this????? Thanks,Bryan Peters

Hi, is anyone aware of how to show the email Display Name when sending emails from K2 Five.Currently the emails just show the email address i.e. *personal details removed*We would like the email Display Name to show up in outlook instead i.e. 'K2 Live' looks much neater and friendlier.  Many thanks,

Hello, In my application, I use "UMUser" SMO to use properties of users from Azure Active Directory, however it can't detect users who haven't logged in to K2 with AAD credentials.I believe UMUser takes data from group "Everyone" in K2, but the problem is, that even after new user will log in to K2, he isn't being automatically added to the group - all new users are added to tabel [Identity.Identity] in K2 database, but they aren't attached to Container "Everyone" in [Identity][IdentityMember] table. How can I force K2 to update group "Everyone" to include every new AAD user instantly in the database, so I can receive all the data with UMUser SMO?

Hi, In K2 Management , I have a process which has an AD Group (A) assigned to it. -This AD Group (A) contains All Staff and has Start and View rights set on it. I then have another AD Group (B) assigned to the Process, which contains a set of Users which should not have View rights, so its set to Start Rights only. However, the Users in B are still able to View Processes. How can i prevent those users in Group B from seeing that Process? Thanks

Hi, I am testing offline functionality within the K2 Workspace app. I have an Test Form with three drop down lists.Clicking the 1st drop down list populates the 2nd drop down list Clicking the 2nd drop down list populates the 3rd drop down listAll three drop down lists have been set to cache data. When viewing the Form offline, once the Form has been initialised an attempt is made to connect to the server (?) If I remove the filtering options against the drop down lists there is no issue. However this approach is not feasible for our solution. Has anyone come across this issue? Do cascading drop down lists actually working work offline? I cannot see any reason why it needs to connect to the server, all of the generated logic behind the scenes refer to loading cached data?

Where I can change the K2 Designer Testing and Runtime URL? I changed every url in K2 Management - Environment Library (Dev and Prod) and K2 Management - Workflow server - String Table (Default and Development). The Runtime URL changed but the Testing URL does not! Thanks in advance

Hi, I'm using K2 5.2 Studio to design the workflow. I have a requirement to send reminder emails every two days on a Smartforms client event, until the task is actioned by the task owner. When I looked at the "to be repeated" option it doesn't give such an option. Is there a way to achieve this?

Hello all,  I just heard that google is updating Chrome and is changing the way websites and cookies work by default.I was just wondering if any one has tested this and come up with any problems. I understand there will be differences in every environment, but just wanted to get some information upfront on things to look at. 

We have clustered Windows 2012 R2 servers. We need to upgrade K2 blackpearl 4.6.11 to K2 Five 5.2. Are there any precautionary steps we need to go through before we upgrade this cluster to K2 Five 5.2?

Hello, Is there any way we can load the k2 form when we create a document set into the Sharepoint library? I tried checking k2 app setting and saw new form selection is disabled.  PFA of screen form k2 app setting.   

We have a form for SharePoint in which one of the people picker fields we would like to lock down to a group of people from a SharePoint group.  Essentially we want only this group of managers can use that people picker but nobody else who fills out the form can use it. One of my thoughts was to duplicate the form and only give that group the link to that duplicated form. My other thought was to use some of the conditional format rules to only show for certain people. Is there any documentation that would solve this scenario? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
