This shows to be a corrupted installation. You can troubleshoot the issue using the techniques below:


 


-Uninstall K2 completely from the Server , re-install the same Version and simply point it to the existing K2 DB .


 


-Manually redeploying the 'Reports.kspx' and 'Reports_update1.kspx' resolves the issue.


 


-Running the 'Repair' option using the K2 setup manager
