Check Box List Tooltips

I dont have much experience with this but from the research I did I found that It may not be possible.

Thanks for the replies, much appreciated.

I already checked those links and posts, doesn't seem possible, unless perhaps a jquery/javascript legend like Mustafa can come up with a script we can apply to it somehow?
