Nintex Automation K2

Hi All,I just want to know if there is way to revert back to previous Task/Activity.Details: Let’s assume i have a workflow running where it involves 2 Activities one after another. When the workflow is in Activity 2, is it possible to redirect it to Activity 1/Short Close it (Not via the Management Portal or SMO Tester Tool).Expectation: Like configuring the Activity 2 output using another form or view. I tried all the ways, so just double confirming whether this can be achievable or not.

How to shrink a two page nintex form to 1 page when print to pdf

We encountered an error message when upgrading to K2 5.2 to 5.6. Unable to validate encryption. Reconfigure K2 from the Start Menu, if the problem persists see https://community.nintex.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Commands-to-update-K2-Database:encryption/ta-p/123784 for more information. Even after reconfigure, the issue persists.Has anyone else encountered the same issue?  

We currently have K2 Five (5.3), no fix pack. We would like to upgrade to K2 Five (5.6).  Do we have to upgrade to 5.4, 5.5, then 5.6? or Can we go directly to K2 Five (5.6)? Thanks in advance, Kim

Hi,   Is there a way to rename the attachment in k2 smart form? I need to rename the file by adding a sequence number at the end of the file for the same filename so as not to overwrite the existing file and for history purposes. 1st File Name: SiteLocation.pdf 2nd: SiteLocation-01.pdf 3rd: SiteLocation-02.pdf   Thanks Dabuskol  

Good day, how to configure different URLs with different authentication issuers on the same environment? for instance, I need to configure https://k2W.denallix.com to use windows integrated authentication while https://k2F.denallix.com to use form based authenticationand https//k2AAD.denallix.com to use Azure active directory authentication and all of the above URLs are on the same environment

Good Day  So on my workflows i have always used smart forms and on each task they auto generate a view with ' Folio , Activity Name, Instructions and select action' as seen on my 'approver task' screenshot i provided. I would like to remove that whole view and use my own controls on my form to select an action on either Approve , Rework or Decline.  Approved: Takes it to another Task for approverDecline : Declines and sends emailRewok: id like it to ReOpen original sent form so user can resubmit Task. all without that auto generted view  How would i go about doing this?

I am trying to create a way to import excel row data into a K2 smartobject on K2 cloud. As I cannot create custom control features I am having a little trouble. Has anyone on Cloud been able to successfully import data from Excel into K2? Thank you,Alexandre

Is it possible to use the Page Viewer Form Control to show the list items attachment?In our environment, we are using an on premise Nintex 2013 version, (we haven’t moved to O365 yet). Our department does not have access to install any SharePoint Server side code, and our IT department doesn’t allow for niche code changes on the server. Also, I don’t write code but I do stumble through JavaScript enough to get by. To sum up, my options are limited.The project is a Purchasing Card Expense Report Form, where the receipt for the purchase is the list item attachment. One of the requirements is to have the form and attachment print to a single PDF. It doesn’t have to be pretty, it just needs to show the form data and the receipt (aka, attachment). I was thinking that if I could get the Page Viewer From Control to view the attachment, then I could use a Button Control to do a screen print of the form and attachment together.Is this possible? If so, could I get any code hints and where would

Hi there,I have a request by a client that uses the workspace app if it is possible to disable the refresh on scroll up. Users have too often scrolled by accident, leading to loss of data as they would not yet be ready with their task. This is leading to a lot of complaints and disgruntlement. I have done some research and it seems that there is a way to prohibit a scroll up refresh via a <style> tag in a literal datalabel. Whilst this works when using chrome, it doesn’t work within the workspace app. Clients need the workspace app due to the offline capabilities, so is there a way to force workspace to not refresh on scroll up?

Hello,I tried login to the nintex suport site (https://customer.nintex.com/) but kept getting error message“We're sorry, something went wrong when attempting to log in.” with a valid user account. I tried resetting my password as well but did not get any reset password email from Nintex. Is something wrong with the support site?

Hi ,We are trying to configure Oauth in K2 Five (5.4) to consume Rest API that is registered in Azure. We are always getting HTP RESPONSE as 0 when we execute the smart object.  The articles we referred to were : I have added the screen shots of the configuration in the attachment. It would be great if someone could assist us with our missing puzzle. Thanks,Lavi
