Office 365 Deprecation
Microsoft is retiring the SharePoint Add‑In app model as part of a global rollout. The official retirement date is April 2, 2026, but tenants will experience the change at different times depending on Microsoft’s deployment schedule. When your tenant is affected, clicking the Nintex Workflow or Nintex Forms Add‑In will show a generic Microsoft message indicating that the service is no longer available. This is expected behavior and is not specific to Nintex.
