When I execute the following Custom JavaScript in Nintex Forms I get an unexpected result...     NWF.FormFiller.Events.RegisterAfterReady( function() { console.log( 'Current User' ); } );I would expect the result to be something like...    i:0#.w|myDomainmyUserIdBut instead I get back...    i:0#.w|myDomainM77What is "M77" and how can I translate this into an identifiable user value?  Thanks.

Hi forum users!   I am looking for some guidance to help me configure a Nintex form. Here is my scenario:   - I have a choice column named Control ID - I have a calculated column named Control Description, which utilises the lookup formula against a separate list to return the Description of the Control selected within the Control ID column above   This works fine when a single selection is chosen in the Control ID column. However, I require the user to be able to select multiple Control IDs and the Description for each to be returned via the lookup function.   I hope I have explained this adequately and any suggestions on the approach to take would be very welcome. I have the requirement to pre-fill values on a form when creating a new item(document/form).  The values will be pulled in from a repeating section template based on a key topic/title exisitng in the template.  Workflow runs when the form is saved but this is too late.  User need the specified fields to be pre-filled in.  It is a long form with many repeating sections.  Any help/ideas will be greatly appreciated.  system is onPrem 2013

Hello Forum,   i'm trying to build a budget approval workflow which shall loop till a specifc management level is reached. I try it with the flexis task. Unfortunately i cannot find a way to loop to the manager of the manager or to the approval manager. Does anybody knows a way to build the worklfow with this different management levels?   thanks in advance Carsten

Hi all,   I am trying to figure out a workflow to divide tasks evenly and keep them as close to even as possible.   I have a list that is updated with new items daily. I have five people that need to have these items assigned to them. The number of items created daily varies. Some days there may be two other days as many as 20. Is there a way to ensure that any new additions are equally distributed among the five people?   I have tried to use the math function divide on the collection but I get an error is the number can’t be divided by 5.    Any help would be appreciated.    Thanks in advance! 

Hello,   I am attempting to create a form that when being filled out, displays images from a SharePoint Library, when the corresponding option from a dropdown list is selected. THe dropdown list is set up and show all of the items in the library, but when selected the calculated value returns #Value!. Is the capability an option or does it need to be in a list?

I have a SharePoint-Site with many Workflows. When i try to edit the Workflows, some are not opened in editor, only a white page appears. The workflows that are not opened were last published in January/February of this year.There were no Updates during this time. The current nintex version is: 3.2.0.0How can i edit this workflows again?

Hello all,We are building an online workflow with multiple tasks.Because on of our requirments is to evaluate all processed/finished tasks I would like to know what the standard time-out time is for a workflow task.What is the max time that a workflow can be active? (30days?) Can we extend/change this time period?I found mulitple anwers but I need to know for sure.This workflow will be very important for our company.Hope someone can help me with the correct answers.Thanks in Advance!

Hello all - Is it possible to leverage our Azure AD to grant access to Nintex Workflow Cloud?The idea would be to create a group within our Azure AD to control who has access, when they are removed, etc. but allow users to use their existing credentials across all environments. As it stand right now, we currently have our internal credentials, as well as ones for Hawkeye, NWC, and the App Studio.I know you can login using your NWC account for the App Studio, but we want everything to the same across the board as well as give us the power to easily remove user access via our Azure AD.I feel that I already know the answers, but looking for better, more eloquent, explanations.Thanks

Hello,   I have two date time picker. They should represent the travel time. The 'ArrivalDate' starts (minDate) with the current date. The 'LeaveDate' starts (minDate) with the 'ArrivalDate', so the user can't select any date before the arrival date.   Additionally I got tow more date time picker: 'OutwardFlightDate', 'ReturnFlightDate'. The 'OutwardFlightDate' starts (minDate) with the 'ArrivalDate' and ends (maxDate) with the 'LeaveDate'. The 'ReturnFlightDate' starts (minDate) with the 'ArrivalDate' and ends (maxDate) with the 'LeaveDate'.   Now I only can set the value for all the date time picker (minDate = new Date ()):   NWF$(document).ready(function(){NWF$.datepicker.setDefaults({minDate: new Date()});});   Thank you for your help, Ronja

One nintex form (2013) with Client Choice ( School/External), if select School, then School Name(single line of text) is available from a selection list (List Lookup with source list); if select External, then Company Name (single line of text) can be filled in. The customer wants to combine "Company Name" and "School Name" fields into a new field (School_Name) and then shows it into Sharepoint list (either Company Name or School Name based on Client Choice- School/External. Anyone has idea to do it? I tried a calcualted valve control as new field (School_Name) , but does not work. below pictures shows requirements

I have documents in the middle of a workflow, waiting on an approval for example. If I go in and modify the workflow and publish a new version to add steps or change logic what happens to those documents?  Do they run through the workflow as it was published when they entered the workflow?  Or do they use the new modified workflow from the step they are currently on forward?  What if I change the step they are on?

I have a number of lists in a 2013 environment. I had two fields set as required, but I removed that requirement so all fields are optional. I want to create a workflow that creates an item in these lists, but whenever i use the create item action, it is showing those two fields as required. They are not site content types. I am also not using any custom forms. I tried deleting and recreating the workflow, but am still not having any luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Nintex Community, Has anyone successfully connected to Accellion Kiteworks API's using Nintex Workflow WebRequest? From my understanding the headers needed is: Authorization = Bearer token; Accept = application/json; X-Accellion-Version = 12.   I have successfully tested access to Accellions APS's using Powershell, but I have had no luck with Nintex. I have a need to manually overwrite a document file that is contained in a document library.  The problem is when I do this, SharePoint 2013 clears all the document properties for this document.  Is there a way to basically overwrite the document file and retain the document properties?

I have 2 text fields in my form, ClientNumber1 and ClientNumber2.  I want to have a button beside the ClientNumber1 field that when pressed, will populate the client number from ClientNumber1 to ClientNumber2.   Is this possible?
