 Symptoms  Filtering the picker control results to the following error: ? Column '[EncodedColumnName]' does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user.?   The same error pops up when executing the SharePoint Online SmartObject from the tester with filtering and paging enabled.  Diagnoses  This error is thrown when filtering is done on a non-ASCII column.  Resolution A coldfix resolved this issue. Please contact K2 Support to request for this.

Hi all,I'm having an issue with the check out and check in actions in a site collection reusable workflow.I can't seem to choose "current item". In fact, I can't choose anything at all, the drop down is completely blank and nothing is even selectable.What am I missing here? I know it must be possible, I see another workflow done by someone else here that has the check out working on the same type of workflow?thanks!

All of my lookup data is ion one list called "Issue Item catalog". The first drop down will allow a person to select an item name, this then will offer one or more "National Stock Numbers" (NSNs) in the next control.I have been tinkering around with it based on the videos linked above but have not been able to make it work. if I cannot do it, please let me know and I will split my catalog in two. I have sharepoint 2013 backend with site collection running in SP2010 Compatibility mode with K2 version 4.6.8. I am working on a project of indexing document using K2. Would it be possible for K2 deployed in this SP2010 compatibility mode site to move document into full blown SP2013 docucment library ? ThanksIan Pokhrel

 Symptoms  One application fails to work after upgrade from 4.6.8 to 4.12060.1731.2 (4.6.11)  Diagnoses  Installed 4.12060.1731.2 on DEV machine - web app working fine, Installed 4.12060.1731.2 on PRD machine - web app is not working properly on PRD all K2 components are the same version, error in web app is: Method could not be resolved! What could be the cause of this issue?  Resolution a) on DEV the app and K2 was installed on the same server so the app used DLLs from windows assembly (new ones)   b) on PRD app was installed on separate server and used old DLLs from 2013 and 2014.   So to get around this you need to include the new DLLs in the app's bin folder after this everything should start to work as expected.     

 Symptoms  Admin token refresh Error  Diagnoses  When having received a link to refresh the admin token. When you click on the link it results in the following error: An error occurred trying to process the request K2TSTS20002: An error occurred while processing an authorization response (error_from_idp) access_denied. Correlation Id: 019a2f30-2090-43fe-91e8-ba62f97b40ce  Resolution Make sure the app version is 4.4.120.8.1 (latest version) If this is not the case then you will have to update the app.   Going from the following: Management Page -- Authentication -- OAuth -- Tokens  and delete the Microsoft online tokens where the user = KUID or Global admin. After this please go to the App catalog and run the registration wizard.   This should allow you use the app and the token should be refreshed also.     

 Symptoms Attachments missing Diagnoses When you have an issue where when sending an email the email event (K2 Hostserver) is not attaching a list off attachments from a smartobject("andltfileandgtandltnameandgtabc.docandlt/nameandgtandltcontentandgtxxxxxxandlt/contentandgtandlt/fileandgt").This happens to a few processes, what could be the problem here ? Resolution The issue may occur due to the email template, please re-review this on your side, as the template may need to be replaced.

 Symptoms No Picking up the Destination users from AD groups Diagnoses When you have some process instances running which has the Destination users for the events going to a admin AD group. When you add a new person to the group they are not seeing the task in their worklist. Resolution Once the user is added to a role or group this will not be picked up by K2 straight away. You will have to wait for the cache to refresh which has the default time limit of 8 hours.  

Dear All,  Not able to copy/paste or add image in the rich text K2 control in Internet Explorer. Also we are able to add image from copy paste in chrome but the record is not getting saved back to SharePoint multiline text column which has rich text option enabled. Anyone had faced the same issues as well?I am using 4.6.11 version. Thanks & Regards,Edwin Amaladoss.

 Symptoms Duplicated email content on client event notifications Diagnoses Recreating the body of the email does not help. Resolution Add a white space on the client event notification displaying the duplicated content and redeploythe process.

Is it not possible to use IF(or()) in a calculated field on a nintex form or am I doing something wrong?If(or(VarVP-Pref​=="Doe, John", ManagerData=="No Manager Required"), "No Additional Reviewer Required", VarVP-Pref)So if the variable equals John Doe, I want it to say "No Additional Reviewer Required". I want the same message to display if the previous approval box was also exempt, showing the text "No Manager Required".The previous field is also a calculated field, is it because it won't allow me base a calculation off a calculation because of the order things get rendered?thanks

When I accessed my K2 int workspace I am able to see production and INT server nameNot sure why I am able to see both servers name in single workspace. Please let me know what can be done to remove the production server name from K2 INT workspace. Attached screen shot can be referred for the same

We are trying to automate our updates. So far we've managed to automated the deployment. In the deployment, our main list doesn't exists so we restore it from a List Template--the forms comes over easily in the process.However, when we need to do updates to the form, we don't have the luxury of blowing away the customer's data and starting again--we would like to be able to export the form from our development and import it to the exist list.  The only way I have seen this thus far is manually through the UI: https://community.nintex.com/message/33628Any scripters have a better idea?

I'm very green, so parden if this is an easy one.  I'm using K2 blackpearl 4.7. I've created a single table in a SQL Server database named "TestTable".  It has a simple id pk column and a description column.I've gone into the K2 Management console, selected "Service Instances", and added a SQL Server Service pointing to by DB.  When I select "Generate SmartObjects", I see my table in the update tab, so I think this is working.In K2 Management console, under Categories, I can't seem to find my SmartObject.  Same thing when I'm in Visual Studio.  I have no idea where it is.Am I missing a step?  Does anyone know of a good place to find simple tutorials? Thanks!-Jeff 

Hello All,I have a SharePoint list, which list contains 34 choice field columns, i need to send a email's to users based on condition, and that condition is 34 choice field's satisfy the either "No Imapact" or "Not submitted". i need to check these values in 34 choice field's,then if it's satisfy the values i need to send an email to user. I have tried query list filter but  in query list maximum filter's are 10 . if exceed to 10 ,query list is not working.Could you give me the suggestions how to do valid filter on 34 column's. Thanks in advance,  Santhosh.

I am newer to Nintex Forms and Workflows, and am trying to build a simple form to request an email search, with a basic workflow for approval.  In that the workflow does not actually search the emails, just sends a request along for approval so someone could then manually review the request and retrieve the email for the user.I have a few fields where users can enter the To: and From: addresses, and I used multi-line text boxes to gather the input.  Everything appears to work properly when submitting the form, but when I receive an email notification with a ContextItemURL link to review the form I just submitted, I see two scroll bars alongside each multi-line text box instead of one (see Capture1).The leftmost scroll bar for each control scrolls through the text normally.  The rightmost scroll bar, however, shifts the leftmost scroll bar (and the enclosed text) up and down when I scroll with it.  It almost as if there is a multi-line text box within another multi-line text box.For a b

 Symptoms ?Index was outside the bounds of the array" when trying to access parts of our management site. Diagnoses User credentials not being recognized as customers required password was not set in configuration wizard, as special characters were being used which were not initially stored during initial setup. Resolution Ran repair on BlackPearl which cached proper credentials. 

 Symptoms How to center a view on a form. Diagnoses There is no way to automatically center a view on a form. This needs to be done manually. Resolution Currently this would be achieved by setting the form layout level padding with smaller border size. Such as 100px.
