When you have an issue where when sending an email the email event (K2 Hostserver) is not attaching a list off attachments from a smartobject("andltfileandgtandltnameandgtabc.docandlt/nameandgtandltcontentandgtxxxxxxandlt/contentandgtandlt/fileandgt").
This happens to a few processes, what could be the problem here ?
Resolution
The issue may occur due to the email template, please re-review this on your side, as the template may need to be replaced.
