Admin token refresh Error
Diagnoses
When having received a link to refresh the admin token. When you click on the link it results in the following error: An error occurred trying to process the request K2TSTS20002: An error occurred while processing an authorization response (error_from_idp) access_denied. Correlation Id: 019a2f30-2090-43fe-91e8-ba62f97b40ce
Resolution
Make sure the app version is 4.4.120.8.1 (latest version) If this is not the case then you will have to update the app.
Going from the following:
Management Page -- Authentication -- OAuth -- Tokens and delete the Microsoft online tokens where the user = KUID or Global admin. After this please go to the App catalog and run the registration wizard.
This should allow you use the app and the token should be refreshed also.
