?Index was outside the bounds of the array" when trying to access parts of our management site.
Diagnoses
User credentials not being recognized as customers required password was not set in configuration wizard, as special characters were being used which were not initially stored during initial setup.
Resolution
Ran repair on BlackPearl which cached proper credentials.
