I am trying to call a SOAP web service from with a Nintex (2013) workflow,  There are several tutorials available, none of which seem to work.  Can you please assist me with the steps, correct Workflow Action and placement of attributes?  I would appreciate any assistance.   Thank you

 Symptoms Customer wants users to be able to access, open, and redirect tasks using browsers other than IE, in 4.7. Customer was looking for this functionality in the new Management site, because K2 Workspace will not render correctly in Chrome. Diagnoses The new Management site is built on top of Smartforms, and is therefore supported on other browsers. The old Workspace is still only supported in IE. We are still working on replacing the remaining Workspace functionality with similar sites/pages.The Task List located in the new K2 Management site is the equivalent of the old "Worklists" node in K2 Workspace Management Console. This list allows a user to search all worklist items (if they are a K2 server admin). They can then "Share" (delegate), "Redirect", or "Release" a worklist item. Hi All,This question is only loosely coupled to Nintex but I didn't want to post elsewhere and have people point at Nintex as the problem because I don't believe it is.I have a pretty standard request solution in place. On my landing page, I have a "Submit" button which opens my Nintex form in a dialogue. Using CSS I stripped out the dialog title and the ribbon. For some reason, this left a huge white (blank) space at the footer of the dialog. I was able to override this in the button code by specifying a dialog height. It's not a perfect solution, for instance, the height looks perfect in most scenarios but if a user forgets to fill in a field, the red error text gets added to the top after validation and means the dialog height is no longer quite sufficient so scroll bars show up in that case. However, unless someone has a better suggestion I'm going to go with this for now.My bigger issue right now is that is that I get this same dumb space when I click to open an existing form. Hi, How can I display multiple checkboxes dynamically based on dropdown selection fields. I have two dropdown fields to select Month and Year. Based on selected Month and Year I need to display individual date as a checkbox. The user should be able to select more than one date in the selected month. Hi, I am trying to publish a Workflow and after a long weit the server throw this error.The workflos saves correctly and generate minor versions.I am in Nintex WF2010 with Sharepoint 2010 Enterprise with the last WF2010 version. In our Development server the workflows are publishing without errors.Any ideas for solving this problem?

I have a lookup list which displays the multiple retrieved values as a 2 column checkbox list.When I make the control wider, the columns seem to stay squashed in the same positions.(A) - Lookup List(B) - Checkbox Choice List ControlIs there some CSS I could use to spread out the columns to look more like in control B (above)?Any help would be appreciated.  Symptoms Testing Smartforms on production environment, taking long time to load Diagnoses When running the IE Developer Tools, each ajaxcall.ashx takes 15+ seconds to run.We used the Package and Deploy tool to copy the SmartForms and Workflow processes to production.Noticed SQL Traces that there were thousands of calls to the lFieldOnDemand Stored Procedure on existing processes.Filtering the profile to the specified process instance for the Smartforms task suggested that at one time, it was taking 8sec from the first call to the last.When looking at the definition they noticed that there we some absolute datafilds and that the others were set to ?Data on Demand? Resolution Unchecking Data on Demand those and redeploying the workflow has had a noticeable improvement on performance.he changed reduced a users task worklist retrieval time from about 20 seconds to below 1 second.

 Symptoms The following error is being logged very frequently on K2 servers within K2 NLB farm:Event code: 3012Event message: An error occurred processing a web or script resource request. The resource identifier failed to decrypt. Diagnoses This error normally occurs when static machine key has not been configured to be the same for all servers within K2 farm. I want to set a field value (choice column) based on if other fields are selected.  I have a few date fields and a few checkboxes that, if selected, I want them to automatically populate the choice column (it's the issue status).  How do I keep from one from overwriting the other? For instance, I have the choice column automatically default to a certain status (pending), then when one group works on it and enters a date in a certain field, the status should change (scheduled).  Then, another group will work on it and update either a different date or check a box (completed date or a choice of checkboxes why it was unable to complete).My problem is, how do I make sure that the status doesn't revert back to a scheduled status?

Can you give me a hand on this, I have a workflow in my List A and now I created a new list B and for some reason the new list B is running the workflow that I have in my list A and I did not put this workflow. 

In my workflow, the user attaches a document as part of a "Request Data" action.  I then email the document which is working fine.  How would I go about saving that document with the item in a list?

 Symptoms We have just install our production servers of K2 Blackpearl and smartforms. We requested licenses keys for Blackpearl and smartforms. Both are permanent keys. However when we viewed the keys in K2 management license area, they both showing expired in 01/01/2007. Please see the imageshot in the attachment. Please help to correct them. Diagnoses N/A Resolution You are seeing this information as the new K2 management site is exposing that information located in the K2 DB. There are no checks on that date for the license type you have, as it is not a subscription type. Your license type should not have expiration date.This is a known bug and it will be addressed on a future release of the k2 management site.If there are any questions about your license, your CAM is the best person to contact for that information. 

 Symptoms We are needing to make a quick change before go-live at the end of this month. We need to change two drop-down controls to a list box, so that more of the data in the drop-down is visible at a glance without selecting the drop-down. This is a requirement of go-live, so this is urgent priority.We are encountering an issue with the List Box control, though. We cannot find a way to clear the control. This is required functionality, as this control is populated based on the value of another control, and at times based on the value of the other control there may not be data to display in the List Box. The List Box is being populated with a SmartObject, not a static list of values.I have tried multiple ways of accomplishing this.  Symptoms We have identified an issue where using the OOTB displayname property as an input for the people pickers' resolve method takes longer to resolve than using a truncated displayname in an expression.We tested the functionality using the smo tester to see how it responds without the use of the form going straight to the smo method, and then applying the same using the control in the form.We have identified that using the browser's network profiling that it executes 80% faster using a manipulated (expression) displayname as input for the people picker. This should be investigated by labs.Furthermore, by only using the user's initials in parenthesis executes the resolving method of the picker even faster.The performance does appear to be focusing on the smo call being made to SharePoint and based on the number of filters being applied (i.e. name, displayname and email). We also limited the input property to displayname only that gave us even more performance from the picker. Diagn

 Symptoms Service Method Binding Getting Lost after editing a smartObject in K2 Designer Diagnoses There are 2 bugs here1) K2 Designer doesn't have the ability to add Service Method links (Feature)2) K2 Designer deployments remove the Service method links created by other designers (BUG) Resolution This is fixed in the FEB CU 2017 Latest fix Pack. Note that FP has dependency on FEB CU 2017 

 Symptoms K2 menu items in SharePoint Library are not showing up for which K2 solution has been deployed. When the Library tab is expanded, the K2 menu items do not show up. Yet, if another library in the same site is examined, the K2 menu items for that library show up. Diagnoses Found that the missing icons had to do with the toolbar settings for the SharePoint webpart that displays the library/list. Resolution The following steps were used to bring back the K2 options:1. Choose edit page from the gear menu from the Library/list2. Click edit on list/ library web part (this is the Web Part displaying the actual items on the list or library.), then select webpart, then web part propeties3. Select ?No Toolbar? or ?Summary Toolbar? for the tool bar type4. Click ?Apply? (K2 Ribbon Menu items will still show up)5. Click ?Ok? (the K2 Ribbon Menu will disappear.)Switching this property back to ?Full Toolbar? and clicking ok should bring it back.
