Symptoms
Task notification is not sending and the below errors are thrown:

Diagnoses
The connection strings and MSMQ appears to be healthy. Task is assigned to a K2 Role but resolves successfully when assigning task. Environment is configured to use Kerberos. This is the 4.5 Update 1420 release.
Resolution
Issue was resolved after making Kerberos configuration changes/updates.
Kerberos logging can be enabled on the K2 server and SQL server to gain more details as per:
