Can you give me a hand on this, I have a workflow in my List A and now I created a new list B and for some reason the new list B is running the workflow that I have in my list A and I did not put this workflow.

Did you create a list-workflow or did you maybe create a workflow associated with a content-type? In the latter case the workflow is not bound to a certain list, but a content-type. If you use this content-type in another list, the workflow will be available as well.

Did you by chance create list b from a template of list a? On list b go to list settings > workflow settings > add/remove and choose to remove the workflow you don't want to run.
