Is there a workaround (rules or something) to disable ability to add/remove rows in a repeating section after default has been set? We just need people to add additional information to existing rows, not add/remove anything.  Please advise! 

Hi,Today we have upgraded our sandbox to latest version of Nintex DocGen for Salesforce 21.7.0.While uploading the API Client Certificate in Outbound Message Settings, we are getting n error message  as “Unauthorized EndPoint”  endpoint = https://na2.docgen.nintex.io/salesforce/OBMCertificate/Post.

(https://ideas.nintex.com/ideas/CNV-I-314) We’re finding that the new Error Handling features are great - when they work.  Unfortunately, the vast majority of the errors we’ve gotten since its introduction still cause the workflows to fail. In almost all these cases, retrying the failing command would have succeeded, which is the point of the error handling. My assumption is that the errors we’re receiving aren’t setup to apply to Nintex’s error handling. Ideally (to me at least), this caveat wouldn’t even exist, and the error handling could apply to ALL instances where a step failed, regardless of how it failed. My question is this - If we have an error that we think error handling should be capable of catching, but isn’t, what is the preferred way for us to tell Nintex that we’d like to have it supported?  I presume either a support case or an Idea submission, but I’m making a forum post so that it’s public as to what way Nintex pre

HiBecause of the upcoming deprecation of Exchange Online EWS I’m testing moving our environments over to using MSGraph.I upgraded to 5.9 successfully.  Ran the Exchange Online Migrate wizard successfully and email works.  However, it appears when I look at the Connection String editor for mail configuration that its still using EWS as it didn’t add the MSGraph settings.  I checked and the Azure Enterprise app was added successfully with the correct permissions.  The resource shows correctly in Management.  I tried following the article about manually configuring some of the connection string settings but email then failed.   Is the Migrate wizard supposed to take care of all of the settings or am I missing something?  I’ve restored the VM and retried 4 times so far without any luck. https://help.nintex.com/en-US/nintexautomation/icg/5.8.1/Content/Configure/ExchangeOnline/ExchangeOnlineManual.htm

I would like to setup a workflow to copy files, including their metadata, from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online. Is this feasible? I’m using both Nintex Workflow Cloud and Nintex On-Premise. Please advise.

Hi guys! I would like to ask if you guys know where I can find the record transaction of activities in workflow in K2 database? I want to do audit trail for overview of activities in the workflow.

I have use case where I have a repeating section on the form. The users want the ability to copy the repeating section value to create a new entry and tweak it. I don’t see anyway in the Rules where I can dynamically add a New Row to the section. Anyone come across this?

so we have a current onprem that take a SO# and type and get the detail from ERP systemthe question is if I use a data lookup, how to hold multiple SO#/Type and then to put the detail to a repeating section.   I know a little bit about xtensions, but not sure if the forms itself can do it.

I have a task with multiple tasks which have controls linked to other tasks. The tooltips of each linked control shows the source as ‘{{source}}’ and not the actual source. Can others verify they see the same thing? I’m about to put in a feature request to show the actual source and not just the generic ‘{{source}}’ in the tooltip.In this pic, I have 4 other tasks with identical controls. Each of those controls are linked to the controls in the pic. Some are linked multiple times. They all show the same tooltip which makes it so you cannot identify which source each is linked to. I’m putting in a feature request to get this fixed if it is, in fact, a feature and not a bug.  

Hello together,I have a problem with my K2 Smartobject. I have a SQL Database on another Server. When I configure the instance I use “static” authentification method. I connects to the server and no error message. Then when I try to use the method to get all the database entries. I get an error message. I think it uses a different conntext user. How can I use the right context SQL user? I’m also missing the methos for creating and updating a databaseI hope you can help me. Best regardsMatthias

Hello together,I have an a string which look like this “test01@test.com;test02@test.com;test03@test.com”. No I want to loop through the string and send a spearate email to each email address. I tried this several times, but it won’t work in K2 Workflows Engine with the loop. I have a Nintex Workflow online start form with a Choice - Single control set as a drop down. The Options setting in the control is set to use a Table Data variable to get values for a Data table. The column in the Data table is a Location name (which are City names).Locations were initially added to the Data table with those values being in alphabetical order. New rows were added in table, but those values appear at the bottom of the table and are not in alphabetical order.On the form, the values in the Choice - Single form control appear in the order that they were entered and not in alphabetical order. I am looking a way to sort the choices alphabetically in the Choice - Single dropdown control. Hi,I have a K2 list view which uses a list display for one of the column controls. The control is bound to a field called “AnswerID”, and uses a smartobject called “Answers”, which contains the answer ID and description. This all works and displays the answer description when the ID is present in the underlying list view smartobject dataset.We also want to provide a way to update this answer, so in the Add/Edit row I have a drop-down list which is populated by another smartobject: “QuestionAnswers”. This contains the list of possible Answer IDs given the current Question ID. The display value is looked up from the associated “Answers” smartobject and the ID field is the AnswerID. When a row enters edit mode, this drop-down is populated for the relevant question. This also works.Where I am running into an issue is when applying the changes to the edited row. It appears that the selected AnswerID is being populated into the underlying smartobject, but the list display control still shows

We have a workflow need to capture an ID (from a USB connected scanner) while the user is interacting with a workflow form. Has anyone thought/tried to do this?

Got a Choice Control with 5 items with multiple option selection enabled.The last option in the list is Other, when the user ticks that box, I want it to make a textarea become visible underneath, A advanced rule works if you only pick the Other box and it shows/hides the textarea accordingly.However, if the user picks another item and the Other option, then it doesn;t work. With Multiple data type, i did a message and it shows the value as Option1;Option2 etc etc. So i assumed I could you advanced rule to say if Choice CONTAINS the Other value, but it won’t work. Why doesn’t the advanced condition work? The Choice control has two items picked, so you would think I could that in an advanced condition to say if it contains Other then do something. Any ideas?  

What was the thinking behind keeping the value entered in the Specify your own property - In the Choice List Control? By default the text entry is read only and greyed out (which is expected), but when you tick the Specify your own value, then enter something and Untick it afterwards, why does it retain the Value?  The natural action should be to empty the value when unticked, but as you can see, if keeps the value. There doesn’t even appear to be a way to clear the property via rules when unticked either.Come on Nintex, why all these basic bugs? This just hinders development.  I just seem to be spending days/weeks/months fighting K2 bugs than doing any development these days, I can see this leading to waving Goodbye to K2 in the near future despite all the time and effort invested.

Hi,Is there a quick way to check file attachments added by a user to form for duplicate names? Users occasionally add the same attachment which causes problems down the line, so I would like to deal with the issue before the K2 forum is sent.The users use a K2 form button to add attachments and they appear in a List view on the form.What is the best way to prevent them adding duplicates or sending the form if there is a duplicate document attached Thanks  

Hello,I am using a NAC workflow to try and loop through a O365 SharePoint document library. I have a folder/subfolders setup like below:0256 (folder) > Intercompany (subfolder) > Month (subfolder)Note: I have January - December months setup under Intercompany I need to be able to run through these folders weekly and determine when the user uploaded the file(s) into the month folder and based off that date, delete the files 45 days after.I have the following workflow setup but it doesn’t seem to be looking into the “month” folders I have under intercompany (per my logs). It seems to be only getting what is within the top folder… Please help!
