Got a Choice Control with 5 items with multiple option selection enabled.The last option in the list is Other, when the user ticks that box, I want it to make a textarea become visible underneath, A advanced rule works if you only pick the Other box and it shows/hides the textarea accordingly.However, if the user picks another item and the Other option, then it doesn;t work. With Multiple data type, i did a message and it shows the value as Option1;Option2 etc etc. So i assumed I could you advanced rule to say if Choice CONTAINS the Other value, but it won’t work. Why doesn’t the advanced condition work? The Choice control has two items picked, so you would think I could that in an advanced condition to say if it contains Other then do something. Any ideas?

In the initial Setup Manager. Hi,Is there a quick way to check file attachments added by a user to form for duplicate names? Users occasionally add the same attachment which causes problems down the line, so I would like to deal with the issue before the K2 forum is sent.The users use a K2 form button to add attachments and they appear in a List view on the form.What is the best way to prevent them adding duplicates or sending the form if there is a duplicate document attached Thanks

In step 2 to get Authenticate Enterprise User token and it prompt error.  

Hi Team,The scenario: Nintex workflow generate PDF and API integration with POS Digicert, email to signer and then the completed signed PDF need to be downloaded from API Integration. Issue: Tested with Postman - download binary or download Base64 both are working fine for result return. However in Nintex it comes as truncated?Please advise any solution or alternative way to fix the case. Thanks.   RegardsCatherine

Hello! I have quite a few complex pages and over 200 pages in all and I have been putting off upgrading from V1 to V2 because of it. I am now attempting the process.I decide to start with one of the complex pages to make sure I would be able to get it converted. I was able to work through all the issues except that all of my conditions that are “Field From Another Model” conditions are not working and I can’t get them to work. They still work fine in the V1 version, but V2 doesn’t seem to like them. If I deativate the field from another model condition, the model loads fine and gives me the results I would expect. But when I activate the field from another model condition, the model returns zero rows when it should return many rows.The target model that the field from another model condition is based on is performing as expected and loading the appropriate rows.I have been trouble shooting this for an hour and Field From Another Model just doesn’t seem to work on V2. Hello,I am using a NAC workflow to try and loop through a O365 SharePoint document library. I have a folder/subfolders setup like below:0256 (folder) > Intercompany (subfolder) > Month (subfolder)Note: I have January - December months setup under Intercompany I need to be able to run through these folders weekly and determine when the user uploaded the file(s) into the month folder and based off that date, delete the files 45 days after.I have the following workflow setup but it doesn’t seem to be looking into the “month” folders I have under intercompany (per my logs). It seems to be only getting what is within the top folder… Please help!

In my start form I set up repeating sections for equipment check in of terminated employees. I created the formula variables in the task form that receives this data.  I created a Word document for DocGen output of a final document and tagged my document.  When I pull the file and generate the document, I am only getting back the first entry in the repeating section, and the tagger only has one option to enter into my table section. If I tag each line with that same tag, it only brings back what is on the first repeating row. What step am I missing?

No I want to loop through the string and send a spearate email to each email address. I tried this several times, but it won’t work in K2 Workflows Engine with the loop. Hi everyone, We have a workflow that goes through a lot of approvals, and it takes quite a while to complete as it is complex. One of the members has left the organisation; hence, the workflow is failing, as the system is linked with Azure Active Directory. I have replaced that approver with another, but the existing workflows are still failing. I have looked at the delegation settings, but we can only choose “delegate to”; the “from” field is based on the logged-in user.Is there a way we can fix this?Thank you :)

Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a Nintex App where I have a large number of Connection Objects (tables/views), where most end-users are assigned to the Standard Site Permission Set. Currently, under Site Settings > Connection Access, I have to manually select every single object and configure the "Object Permissions" (Create, Read, Update, Delete) one by one. This is becoming very tedious as the project grows. If a new object is added, the developer has to manually remember to go back into the Site settings to enable it, or the App fails to pull data.My Question: Is there a way to "Enable All" by default or bypass this specific Site-level permission check?I am already managing my security and access control via App Permissions. I would prefer for the Site Connection to simply "trust" the App's permissions rather than requiring this secondary, granular configuration for every individual object.Has anyone found a workaround, a "Select All" toggle, or a way to set the permission
