We created a workflow with a start form that includes Text – Long controls populated by rules. This creates an issue when users select “Copy form data” to reuse information from a completed form in a new submission. Because those text controls were populated by rules in the original submission, their values do not carry over to the new form. I have two questions:Do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue? Is there an action that allows a user to select a specific point to restart the workflow? In other words, is there an action that can move or jump to a defined step in the workflow?

Not entirely sure why I’m getting status of NotFound for this Xtension. We were testing ability to export a workflow from one Nintex tenant to another using a workflow rather than manually doing it.  I have checked everything - region is fine. Other actions within this Xtension works just fine so what is the issue with this particular action that it cannot recognize a workflow ID? It’s published and in DEV. I republished in PROD and still returning NOTHING.  

Hello,I tried to set up a kind of workflow protokoll for the users which is directly visible at the relevant list item. I added a multi line text field to the SharePoint Online list, with the option “Add changes to existing text”. When updating this field via a Nintex Workflow, it overwrites the existing text instead of adding it. Is there any chance to add the next comment without first reading the content of the field, adding the new comment via “build a string” and storing the whole new content back in the field? Or does Nintex simply ignore the option “Add changes to existing text” and I have to do it like I described above?Thanks for any ideas!Marion

If a risk portfolio is no longer required, but has risk with overdue signoffs, can the portfolio be deactivated and the signs automatically removed from the dashboard or do signoffs need to be completed before deactivation?

Hello Community - how do you all validate non-required calendar controls on your K2 forms? I’ve found that if the user manually types in an invalid date, the form does properly highlight it but it still passes the validate condition because the value behind the scenes in the control is blank. This is find for when the field is also required, but if it is not there is no way for the form rules to know that the control has invalid data. I’ve ended up building some javascript to see if any calendar control has that invalid class on it and set an is valid checkbox accordingly, preventing the user from saving/submitting if this check box is not checked. That seems like a strangely convoluted work around for what seems to be a simple issue. Am I overlooking something? Please share your solutions to this scenario. Thanks!

We recently adopted Nintex and have been developing some workflows. For various reasons, we aren’t yet ready to federate our active directory to Nintex. However, I want to start adding some users so we can do testing and then move the flows into production.Adding 40-50 users one at a time seems like a lot of work and I would like to be able to upload a csv file with their data instead. I thought I saw how to do that somewhere but cannot find it now. Was I just dreaming or is this possible?Thank-you!Chris

I got this field renderer from Skuid several years ago (pro hours). It stopped working with version 17.11.20 last week. I want to retrieve a SharePoint online multi choice field into a Nintex NAC task form and for it to be editable. I’ve created the multi choice control on the form and written it to the SharePoint online multi choice field.Then I want to retrieve it into another task form to be edited. I’ve tried the workflow Regular Expression using split on ;#The last item is not returned. e.g. Item1;#Item2;#Item3Item 3 does not populate into the choice control on the form. Any idea why?

Suddenly I am getting this error when I try to publish a workflow that I have been working on for some time.  The workflow was publishing with no errors until recently. I had not made any changes to the flow.  I was trying to run a test and received this error.  Went in and disabled any actions that were writing to sharepoint, tried to publish and this is the error I am getting: You do not have permissions for tables used in this workflow or tables used in this workflow have been deleted. Contact your administrator. Correlation ID: 95726192-cfc3-4c84-820c-9cfc4793a1d9 I’ve opened a ticket with support, but am really not getting anywhere.  They keep asking for “HAR Logs” and sharepoint templates, however I don’t think this is a sharepoint issue. Can anyone help?  Have you seen this error before?

Hi, I’m wondering why document upload or change approval requires all 3 promasters to approve, even though we set the document approvers regime to ‘First only required to approve’. I uploaded and changed the file, and I am a promaster. Hope you can help.  

On a Smartform, Choice control has the first option standard selected, while the linked SharePoint column has the default choice set to none.

Hi everyone! I have 2 custom controls which problems right now. Is it necessary to have .aspx format file for custom control? Do you guys know how to solve this issue? All the forms and views that are using these custom controls cannot be opened. This is custom control .dll files that are impacted:1) K2Field.ListSequenceDisplay.dll2) K2FormProgressSteps.dll  

Using a Nintex Workflow, has anyone had success getting data from an excel file, transforming it to be used in Workflow Variables, and then writing it back to a new excel file? I am able to get the data from the file and “read” it, but it’s funky, like Json nested in Json or something, and I can’t get the columns or values as normal text so that the workflow can read it accordingly in branching or transformation steps. I’ve worked on this a lot over the last year and have not been successful. I have already reviewed existing help articles on this topic. I am looking for someone who may have already accomplished this in a workflow who wouldn’t mind sharing their workflow actions/configuration so that I can plug in my own file information and get rolling. Thank you in advance.

We have a Server running with Developer License (K2 is Running in Host Server Mode) and we are trying to setup K2 Intelligence, But the Full Setup Option is not enabling.  

Am I missing something? Don’t see any of the fields that is Multiple lines of text fields on data lookup conditions. Only see single line of text

HiBecause of the upcoming deprecation of Exchange Online EWS I’m testing moving our environments over to using MSGraph.I upgraded to 5.9 successfully.  Ran the Exchange Online Migrate wizard successfully and email works.  However, it appears when I look at the Connection String editor for mail configuration that its still using EWS as it didn’t add the MSGraph settings.  I checked and the Azure Enterprise app was added successfully with the correct permissions.  The resource shows correctly in Management.  I tried following the article about manually configuring some of the connection string settings but email then failed.   Is the Migrate wizard supposed to take care of all of the settings or am I missing something?  I’ve restored the VM and retried 4 times so far without any luck. https://help.nintex.com/en-US/nintexautomation/icg/5.8.1/Content/Configure/ExchangeOnline/ExchangeOnlineManual.htm

Hello,I am looking some guidelines on setting up 3 state approval workflow.Condition: If all required fields are completeStep 1: Send email to the person for review as task with pending  status and set document as draftStep 2: Once the reviewer complete the task, it send email to first approver to review the documents, once approved it goes to step 3 and remain the document status to draftStep 3: Send email to the 2nd approver and once the task is complete the documents will publish it as major version. 

We have a form that has 20+ questions where the answer can be ‘Ok’ or ‘Defect’ and a further 8 questions with ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ answers. We then convert the form into a PDF and we would like to send the PDF document to a number of email addresses if 1 or more answers have ‘Defect’ and/or 1 or more have ‘no’ as the answer.  Branch by condition has a max 10 conditions, what is the simplest way to set this up to send on the above conditions but only send once?
