I have a “Today” column in Sharepoint that needs to be set at the current date, I understand the [Today] does not work in the calculated column formula. I have read that you can create a workflow that will set a “today” column to today’s date, will modify the workflow to repeat, pausing for 12 hours at a time, so that we always have “Today” as today’s actual date. I have tried to do that and it does not seem to be working correctly or at all. Not sure what I am doing wrong, is there any Nintex How-to’s I can follow to set this up to work?  I need it to calculate and update 30-60-90 day before expiration for certifications.   Side note, we had migrated our site from 2013 to 2019 and it seems to be stuck on the today date that it was moved. Not sure if that caused this to not work or if there is a glitch/change in 2019.  It seemed to have worked before.  All workflows have been republished. 

I am using Nintex form in SharePoint 2016. I have a drop down field in the Nintex form that pulls out values from a look up list.For instance, there is a field called, “Vendor” in my main list and it pulls out Vendor Names from a list called, “Vendor.” The Vendor field in the Main list is a drop down (choice field). In the look up list there is a field called, “Obsolete”, which is a Yes/no field.I need to pull out values based on the following criteria,“Select all values where the Vendor list where Obsolete = No.”Do I need some kind of script for that? good afternoon, many of our tasks get stuck, the person approves but the task is not started / pending instead of being completed / approved. however inside the task the outcome is approved. because of this happening the workflow does not advance to the next branch. and we don't know when this happens, because the task is not in error, we only know when this happens when we enter the task.does anyone know how to solve this problem? any tips? thank you all

Hi everyone,I have added a "List Lookup" control to my Nintex Form and named it "list_lookup." I have also created a rule that always runs with some dummy logic (if "a" == "a") to add the selected value from "list_lookup" to "text_field1" in the form.Here is what I've observed in "text_field1":If I select option1, option1 is visible. If I select option1 and then option2, only option1 is visible. If I select option1, deselect it, and then select option2, only option1 is visible.I want all selected options to be visible in "text_field1." Can someone help me achieve this?Thanks!

We have users reporting that several Nintex workflows are no longer sending them email notifications they had been receiving last week. We've checked everything we can think of, and we hit a roadblock. The only thing we can't do is open the workflows to edit them. An employee recently left the company, and when trying to open a workflow to edit it, a message appears saying that the user can't be found. It's presenting as if only that user would be allowed to edit the workflows, and unfortunately that is no longer possible. Is there a built-in admin account that has access to all Nintex content regardless of who created it? Is there a setting to enable specified persons overall access? We need these workflows to function properly, or it could cause fiscal issues. We’re running it with SharePoint 2016. Thank you

Hello, we are searching for sending a http request (POST) from K2.I found ways to send it from an dot NET assembly, from a powershell, form some applications like postman - but I fail to send this request out of K2 Can we maybe use any existing smart object for this task? I am using a Request Approval WF action to send an approval request to a coworker.  I would also like to CC another employee in the same email and have them be able to only view the task form.  I understand they will not be able to approve/deny the request, but I am wondering if it possible for them to be able to view the task form with everything disabled (as usual).After the CC'd employee gets the email, they try to click on the task link and are sent to this:Note: The main approver is able to see and approve the task, but the CC'd employee can't view it at the least.I know that the "You are not authorized to approve this item" verbiage is at the top of the task form when it is anyone but the approver viewing it, but it's showing up here before the CC'd employee even gets to it.Any input helps!Owen 

Hi,I am a Promaster and I get this error when attempting to reattach a document to a process. Document was initially deleted from process as an updated version of same document was needed. Newer version replaced old via the edit document option under ‘Replace with new version’ in the Document tab menu. Neither the Attach Existing Document option finds the existing document in document library, nor the Upload New Document option allows you to do so because it is already an existing document in the system.Couldn’t find this issue being posted before. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.Regards,Ulises

I Configured a Drop-down to show a column in my SharePoint list, however, when going to preview and Testing it shows “No-Options” even though there is text in the column. I checked the below - Re-Built connection separately. Checked data type in SharePoint Column (Matches other working columns - Text). Re-built the drop-down as a Data Lookup (The data lookup shows the text is there).The only difference between this column and others is that there is more text separated by commas than the other columns. Tried increasing the size of the Dropdown to see if it was a “Character” issue. Nothing shows up even for the short text (e.g. 4-5 Characters long).Column T

Hi, I went through the steps using Postman to make a successful Get REST api call to return List items. I was able to generate the Access Token with full permissions. I’m not able to get this to work as a Data Source. Without going into great detail, can someone please point me to an example of using a SP List as a data source? Thank you in advance. In the Nintex Assistant, we could only see for the robot task queuesPlease CMIIW, Nintex Console Plus is a web-based orchestration and analysis tool for managing and controlling unattended robots, tasks and triggers. Meaning we could not see the dashboard for the attended robot.

I am using Nintex Froms in Office 365. When sing a Label control I want to build in a link to a SharePoint list which will filter the list using a value on the Form.In the label text I insert a link with the text below with the Variable as the filter text.When I OK out of this and do anything in the Designer TAB and return to the link the variable is retained. If I click on the PREVIEW tab and then return to the Designer Tab, the variable is missing from the link text. Hi all!I’m sure this question has been asked before, but I am trying to use a repeating section to update a Sharepoint List and I just don’t understand how to do it. I have a Repeating Section with 1 text field, 1 single choice field, and 1 currency field. I would like there to be a new list item for each line of the repeating section but keeping the rest of the form the same.When I try to use a way I think will work, I get the error The specified value is unknown. [Error Code: TypeCasting.UnknownCasting] in the Workflow Testing, which to me, doesn’t mean much.Hope this makes sense! Thank you!

Can we tweak the archive stored proc to only archive a specific process instead of all processes?I have a process that I'd like to keep for longer, while another high volume process I would like to archive to keep a shorter dataset.

Hi There, Using Docgen for Salesforce. I have the requirement to have 3 summary tables in my report. It seems the only way to do this is using Excel as middleware. Unfortunately, I was unable to pass my Excel as middleware summary data back into my Word Template.  I’ve searched for video/tutorials on how to do this and found nothing….all old salesforce classic examples. Does anyone have a guide on how to do the Excel as middleware then passing it to the word template (for Salesforce Docgen)? Best-s
