Has anyone created a workflow that starts by flagging an email, sending it to Planner with details, and notifying the engineer? We have had a request like this and are not sure if it is possible. I have attached a flow chart for reference. if anyone can help please.

Thank you for your response. No, I am not aware of that or knowledgeable about it. I have created forms and further flow based on forms only, but not starting a workflow like this. I’ll have a look at it though I am not an expertise. Thanks again :)
