SharePoint Online Search Integration

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help.  I'm not a SharePoint guru but I can follow instructions 😂

I've followed the steps listed in the help link below down to step 3, but when I test the query, I didn't get any results, (I've waited a couple of hours in case there was some kind of sync issue, but that didn't help) so I didn't continue to create a dedicated search results page etc.

Does anybody have any tips?

    The SharePoint search will not return Process Manager results if you’ve restricted access to your processes by removing the “All Staff” role from process groups. If you aren’t doing that, sorry, I’m no guru either and don’t know why it might not be working.

    That could very well be the issue as we have removed the all staff role from our process groups!

    Seems like this feature is no longer available for SP Online.
