We have a queue that we use to manage incoming email cases. This queue is built in Skuid and is used inside of a Service Cloud/Console App. This has been working great for many months. However, after upgrading to Banzai, clicking on a case in the list view no longer opens the case in a new console tab. Instead it opens the case by overwriting the primary tab. Which means, that to get back to the queue, they have to switch to another tab in the App and then back to the email queue. Also, right before it loads I get several ‘Unable to connect to server’ errors (which I’ve never seen before either).I’m not sure if there is a new way the visualforce page has to be built to make the tabs load correctly or what, but any assistance/ideas on how to get these pages to work again would be awesome.Thanks,Adam

I’m getting multiple export boxes when using charts in page includes. Any idea what may be causing this? I don’t want to turn it off all charts. Screenshot below:

Is this what I should expect on mobile textarea fields? I get the field title, a with the text of the field, and then the <textarea>. Seems pretty redundant/ugly. Am I doing something wrong?

I couldn’t find a setting for this in the mobile theme, either.

Hi there, i’ve got a filter set up in a left nav page for the contacts object. Instead of the filters appearing as a drop down list they are appearing as a list of elements down the left hand nav (see image). for the life of me i can’t figure out why this is going on, i’m trying to modify the version of this functionality (which works) found here (https://github.com/skuidify/SamplePages/blob/master/pages/Mobile_Filter) but cannot seem to make it work… has anyone come across this before? Would definitely appreciate some help on this one :S

What is the “open resource editor” next to template inputs? Is it just intended to be a bigger space to edit the template?The title of the popup is “Edit inline code” … which seems to imply javascript? but perhaps is just meant to imply HTML?An explanation would be awesome! Thanks.

The new page caching feature in Banzai (http://help.skuidify.com/m/supercharge-your-ui/l/428673-optimize-personalization-and-caching) sounds very promising, probably the most exciting part of the release for PractiFI. I’ve been doing a little playing around with it, but can’t get my head around it just yet, so I have a few questions. My objective is to make our quite complex pages as blazingly fast as possible, whilst minimising the occurrences of stale data.What’s the technical difference between processing a model server side vs client side? If the models are processed client side, presumably the rest of the page XML is cached? How does caching work in conjunction with page includes? Are the contents of page includes cached? Should the included page itself have caching turned on, and its models set to load client side? Similarly, how does caching work in conjunction with tabs that are set to lazy load? Let’s say we have an account detail page in Skuid. Does caching speed up performan

We have three objects that have table column sums. We want to add these through javascript to get the total of all three. How do we reference these totals in javascript?

I was able to successfully create list view pages for Salesforce1. However, when you click on the name for an account/contact/etc. it pushes the user to the default Salesforce1 mobile page instead of the detail panel. When clicking next to the name, you do see the correct SKUID detail page.Is there a way to override the Salesforce1 detail pages?

Seems like page includes aren’t working in child pages.Getting this in the javascript console:Uncaught ReferenceError: LC is not defined

Also, when I select a filter, I only see the very top of the grey “loading” bar that usually appears over the table. Looks like anything associated with the table can’t overflow its boundaries.

Works fine when opened in the same window, or when refreshed.

Thanks for the new data connections.  Since so many companies have data sitting in excel.  Has anyone created an external connection to excel? I have many excel databases that each have over 1 million records that I do not want to store in Salesforce.  I would rather have them in a free account on amazon.  Does anyone have a solution for this?

Strange javascript error on this page:Any idea what might be going wrong?

We’re trying to create a public-facing booking marketing calendar using the calendar component and think we’ve just discovered a show-stopper for us. When you create a simple skuid page with a calendar and event source against any object that you’ve correctly exposed on a public site with the guest site user profile the events show up fine in a month view but are completely missing in the week view.Sounds strange but we tried different options and can’t figure it. It didn’t matter what object we used, whether it was read-only or not, creating events on the fly, no events showed up in week view but it was all ok in month view. We couldn’t find a work around so we’re a bit stuck and wanted to demo this in a week’s time. I need to attach a file to a model. But the file upload component does not seem to work.

I am confused about what line is in context when using a pop up feature with a table. I have three models: Events, Attendance, and Contacts. The events model is tied to the table with a drawer feature for Attendance and a popup for Contacts. Attendance is connected to Actions via lookup so that field must be filled in.What should happen is when the Contact pop up is open there is a row action that adds contacts to the Attendance model via the Action framework. Unfortunately, it is only working for the first line in the attendance model and not the row in context (or what I think is context). I put a table from the Event model in the popup to see what line it sees, it shows the correct Event line. However when the record is created in the attendance model it only attaches to the first line in the Event model.I am using a merge syntax to set the event name: {{$Model.EventModel.data.0.Id}} but it is pulling the first line in the model and not the first line in context.Any light to shed wo

Hello!I’m sure there’s a simple answer to this, I just can’t quite put my fingers on it…I have a condition:Postcode CONTAINS ________ (value inserted via action from another model)If the value inserted via an action is blank the whole database is queried and served up (understandably given the CONTAINS logic). What I’m looking to do is have a second condition that says if inserted value from another model is blank then don’t employ the first condition. So (1 AND 2) oughta do it.The problem is that the value being inserted via an action into the first condition is from an unsaved edit field on a different model - i.e. the field value has not yet been committed.Any ideas would be much appreciated.Cheers!Louis

I am testing out Banzai - Release Candidate 4 Release 7.5. I created a new Theme and when I try and go to edit the theme the page tries to load but never finishes.

Theme composer rocks! One minor problem: I changed the nav background color of a theme to dark blue. It works in a preview of the theme, but it doesn’t actually update the color of the nav in the theme composer. In composer: Actual theme (in preview):

Love the new master page feature. I followed the tutorial and created a slick new header. I’d like to apply that to a bunch of pages… maybe even everything in a certain module? Any easy way to do that, or do I have to update every one of the pages manually, one-by-one>
