We wrote code to update future bookings on a calendar, we want it to run when an event is dragged to a new date. Any ideas?

All my page includes using row actions are failing to load with a banzai custom header.  They all work fine on the old SFDC UI.Any idea what could be causing this?

When creating a new row using action framework, the context properties are not applied to the newly created record. Any reason why a user who has View/Create/Edit/Delete permissions on an object would not be able to save a new record?We’re creating and then saving three models: Parent, Child1 and Child2. Child1 does not save (or I assume it doesn’t, because the id field does not change from skuid’s temporary integer id). Works for the admin, but not for one particular user, despite full permissions.Any ideas?

I have a button on a page that redirects to another page that automatically creates some needed data. I would like this to happen in the background. I need to redirect to the page to pass the current record ID but I don’t need the user to actually be directed to the page. Is this possible?

Hi,I am running a custom javascript function to save the model on button click. On the callback the whole page refreshes and scrolled to the top. How can we prevent scrolling to the top of the page on save? Thanks.-Sravanthi.

When marking fields in a Field Editor to “Show Errors inline,” error messages are displaying twice at the top of the page instead of inline. Marking “Show inline Error Only on Hover” results in the same behavior. Question: For expected behavior, should there be a banner message at top as well as one inline or just the inline message? Got a few queries around the Skuid Calendar we were hoping you will be able to provide some direction.   One of the projects we have been tasked with is using the Skuid Calendar to book Marketing Events. We have come across a couple of challenges we were hoping to get some help with as our delivery timeframe is very tight. 1.    We are using two different Record Types (Consultant and Class) on the Activities Object (we are using Event). Is it possible to display/use a filter on the calendar that allows our users/customers to filter the view they want (Consultant view or Class view).   2.    Our Account Managers will be creating multiple events for the 1 day and we have noticed that the event view expands the day slot as per screenshot attached. Is there a way to minimise this effect and to maintain the same day box size if we are looking at Month view? The calendar will be displayed on our website where customers will click these events to register their attendance.   3.    Does the Sk

I have a queue where I want to show a list of items and when you click on an item in the queue it Runs Multiple Actions. This works fine. I now want to change the CSS and disable some items in the queue based on some complex criteria about what is selected in another model. I think I have a way to change the CSS but I am having trouble making the queue item not clickable, or having the click do nothing (or do something else like show an alert). Hi guys, a quick question around Person Accounts and how they work in Skuid. We are currently running Business Accounts and Person Accounts and when we lookup contacts using the Account object, they display but when we lookup a contact from the contact object, they don’t. We’re not sure how we lookup any Person Accounts from the Accounts object in Skuid. Is there an easier way to differentiate these?cheers

If I have a mysql database on aws.  Can I connect to a mysql database?  Is there a tutorial to connect to the mysql database?

I have a tabbed skuid page and one of the tab is a combination of skuid + visual force page. So I have used PanelSet for this and included the visualforce page in one half using template and iframe. Is there any better way to achieve this? 

I have reps who can’t edit or after viewing, close a template window while working in Safari.  Any other orgs seeing this?  The reps are able to make it work in another browser but Safari doesn’t let them make any edits.When the reps try to close, hit done, press escape - any method you can think of outside of refreshing, the popup stays.Thanks

We have a serious desire to leverage the new lightning design system within our Skuid pages. While the theme builder is a great tool for style customization, it requires essentially re-implementing styles that might already exist (LDS, Bootstrap, etc…). Will there be more support to build themes based on existing styles, and/or will there be a Lightning Design System theme in the very near future???

I’ve currently been creating a a data collection page with Skuid mobile through Salesforce1 to be used in various location with various connectivity levels. Is there any way to access the application and cache the data (image capture, etc) if the signal were unavailable (aka walking through a “dead spot”). As it exists now, the skuid page would just hang if the signal were to cut out. Does anyone know any options or workarounds for this? Caching…etc?

In the previous release you could create a before render snippet and change the series as shown in this post https://community.skuid.com/t/display-chart-series-diff. It appears that in the new Banzai release adding to the series list no longer adds a new series to the chart when it’s rendered. The snippet still runs, it just seems that the chart doesn’t pickup any newly created series before it is rendered.

My issue may be simple, but I cannot find a solution: The properties of my custom component renders property when I first drop it on the page. However, when I refresh the page or return from the XML view, I get the message: "no component/properties renderer is available for this component. What am I missing? Thanks for your help. This is really a minor problem, but I thought it should be noted. The Apps list that comes as part of the user menu only shows 7 apps (even though I have about 15), and it doesn’t show them in the order that I’ve specified in salesforce.

Maybe this discussion is already out there, but it’s hard to search because of all the stuff about merge syntax…I’d like to merge Contacts on an Account. Salesforce has this functionality natively, how do we do it with Skuid?

I’m using a table and the action framework to replace what List Views and the Mass Update / Mass Edit appexchange package used to do for us. One drawback is that I can only work with 50 records at a time instead of 200 like I used to, any way to show more than 50 rows in a table?

Here are a couple of screen shots that show some things that may not be as intended. First, is what is shown when connecting to our service, DataDirect Cloud, which makes various data sources OData-compatible. When connecting via Lightning Connect, this is displayed as simply “Customers”, while here it’s “jdbcEntities.dbo.Customers”. This screen shot shows a collision amongst various fields and labels when the External Object Name exceeds a particular length. Not the end of the world, but FYI.
