Nintex Workflow

Hi  Is anyone else using the cloudmersive pdf converter action in NWC?   If so which plan are you using or which plan is the minimum required?

Nintex Community.   I am trying to create a cloud workflow (most likely a site workflow) that will create a new List and title it with a prefix such as “Archive-“ then the date. The list that I need to create has 60 plus columns. Then I need to move the Items and attachments from the original list over to the newly created list. The list resides on SharePoint Online so right off the bat there are restrictions on Cloud actions dealing with Lists with more than 12 columns.Any help would be appreciated as I need to somehow automate this process.

Hi everyone,  Thought I would let you know of an issue I've just run into.It looks like the 'Assign a task to multiple users' action is case sensitive. We just started using the multi user task action and some users reported that the task was not visible on the mynintex / tasks page. (So this might be a Mynintex / tasks page issue too) Some of our users have mixed case in their primary email address in Azure AD.eg AUser@domain.com When we go to NWC Settings / User management.All user emails are listed as lower case (eg auser@domain.com) regardless of how it displays in Azure AD.If I use the traditional 'Assign a task' action to this user.On the Automate / tasks page it shows the assignee email as lowercase

Hi, is there an option in NINTEX CLOUD to visually see the complete workflow (WORKFLOW STATUS)? Like in Nintex on Premises, where you can see all the actions of the workflowLike this: Tried to look for it but could not find it.If there isn´t, is it a planned feature?  

Hi,We have been playing a lot with JSONpaths and found that these could be applied to collections as well, which made getting items from collections a lot easier. We have a need for the JSONpath function .length, but it seems that NWC doesn't support his, even though it is fully supported when trying this on https://jsonpath.com/For example, JSON ["hi","world"] with path $.[1:2].length returns [5] on jsonpath.com (the length of the second string value), but when trying this directly in NWC and on https://us.nintex.io/tools/v1/actions/queryjson, it returns null.I have tried this with the example from the Nintex queryjson help as well:

I've just developed a workflow form that, once submitted, has a Branch by condition step to determine which one of two different emails to send. Both emails go to the workflow initiator but the text in them is different. But here's the problem: when I insert the Email variable from the Workflow initiator object, it's blank. (I verified this with a Log to instance details action that occurs immediately after form submission. The first name and last name of the initiator are blank as well.)This is happening when I'm running workflow testing. So I know the initiator has a valid email address, because I'm the initiator! And this function works fine in other workflows I've developed.I don't know if it's relevant or not, but this form contains a "save and continue" action in it. The user can enter data into a repeating section, save it, then return later to add another row to the repeating section (

Let's say "Membership"2) And we provide 3 columns : Name, Email, Phone3) Create Submission Form using Nintex Workflow Cloud with 3 fields (Name, Email, Phone)4) For example, we entry the name with "Kenny", email with "KennyCassandra@outlook.com", Phone with "+628123456789"And the data will be stored in SharePoint Online List "Membership" The question is..Is it possible to prevent another same input data?If there's any user that input "KennyCassandra@outlook.com", the system will give a validation message. Thanks in advance!   

I am trying to update a status of an item by using the Update Items function under Sharepoint connector. However, the whole column is affected every time a new entry comes in.    How can I specify that the item will only update the last entry in the list? 

My question is about how to get at the data you caputure in a repeating section in NWC. I know this is a new control, so there may be no answers yet, however in O365 you write the data from a repeating section control to a Multi-lines of text field then parse the XML with with a 'Query XML' action to pull that apart. However, in NWC the repeating section seems to store the data as a Collection/array, not as XML. So, I would have thought you could use Collection operations on that. Not so it would seem: I can use 'Count items in collection' to get the number of sections, but I have tried and failed to use 'Get item from collection' to get values. Not that I can see how that would work anyway - what type of variable do you use to store different data types (say, text and a number) from a section? In case I'm missing something here I'd love to hear from someone to let me know. hi everyone I am having a bit of a brain meltdown, so please pardon my stupidity if this is an easy one.  I have an approval workflow, in which i want a document saved from a template which is taking its answers from a NWC form.  I have the generate document action, which stores the file in a collection but from there i am trying to save the file somewhere (have tried a SP doc library and google drive) but get a JSON error message.  I then tried to send the file via email to myself and all i got was a note saying that i have used some of my allocation for doc gen.  Am i doing something stupid?  Does the file get saved somewhere, and do i need to use the sav

I have had to rebuild my RPA Central set up due to a changed license. The RPA side of things is now up and running again with a configured bot and botflow and a connection to the server from my Cloud Workflow. However I have not been able to connect to the botflow any more. The workflow can see my connection but it can't see the botflow - i.e. there are No Options in the botflow drop down when I edit the "Start an RPA Botflow" action.

I have created 6 pages in the Nintex Workflow Cloud Platform    Layout is Vertical Each Page have different information for users to complete However, after filling out the form only One Page information is saved and shows up in Office 365 (SharePoint Online) Teams Sites. The pages are identical in SharePoint Online. Any suggestion  Why all the information is not saved in the SharePoint List?  Thanking you in advanceCarol

Hi, I am using groups in my form and have enabled the collapsible feature. Is there a way to have the form open up with the groups collapsed (closed)?  

Trying to query for a specific document in a document library in SharePoint Online. My first thought was to use the Query a list action and set a url / path condition, but can't seem to find this as a condition. The only way I've found to get a specific item is by ID, but in this case I don't have the item ID yet. That's what I'm trying to retrieve. Any advice?

I'm using using a lookup control to get user emails from Azure AD. Since we have more than 999, I am trying to add a condition with the "contains" operator and it isn't working. The "equals" and "starts with" operators seem to work, but the "contains" operator never returns anything. I've tried multiple different values with this operator.

I have 4 forms for parents to built  In Nintex Workflow Cloud  -The forms are built-in Nintex workflow Cloud (Authenticate -)  I would like for the person to log in ( authenticate the user)-  before they can complete the form Where and how do you create the login information - is this possible? or how do you authenticate the user ? Once the form is submitted the information is stored in SharePoint Online O365  (This works) I would like to know how to Authenticate the user/person filling out the formthen Get the user Email address And the User IP address if possibleIs this possible - If yes, can you please let me know how to accomplish this ASAP.  Any assistance would be appreciatedCarol  

Hi,  I'm very new here so apologies if this has been answered somewhere else already but I couldn't find anything while searching. I'm trying to create a payment approval form so our dealer network can request and receive approval to work quickly and easily.  To do this, I've created a form that asked the dealer for the case number of the job they're working on. What I want to then do is retrieve the details of that case from Salesforce, including other relevant customer information, to then pass to the approving managers for approval. the Salesforce info will mean the managers do not have to manually look up all the info they need to make their decision as it will all be present for them in the approval request email they receive.  That's the concept anyway.  So far I've created the form and have been able to successfully query salesforce with the job number and get a result (I think, it says it worked but I can't

Hi team,I am using the "SharePoint Online - Retrieve an item" action in a workflow. Why can't we set the "SharePoint site URL" parameter by using a variable?The "SharePoint Online - Update items" & "SharePoint Online - Create an item" allows for us to insert a variable.  This is extremely useful when switching between Dev and Prod sites. Hi Team, I set two steps to generate files from merchant. On Start Event Form, I put a "file upload" option. Then I used "create a folder" and "store a file" options. "Store a file" overwrite file is "No" because I just want to store all files. On Assign a Task Form, same steps with above. Then I test the workflow, but it failed. The reason is "File with same name couldn't be stored in one folder". Maybe is there any method to store files with same name and not overwrite files? Thanks!

I've got a form with a repeating section, but it needs to go through several layers of authentication by the management hierarchy. Sometimes this will be passed back to the original form-filler. Is there any way of passing previous answers back into the repeating section? I'd rather the original form-filler wouldn't need to start again with an empty form, if it's rejected for something minor. I can do this for non-repeating forms by saving answers to a SQL database, then recalling the answers using a SQL SELECT statement. I then turn this into a Collection and extract the answers I need into variables, which are used to pre-populate the answer. This doesn't work for repeating sections however, as there doesn't seem to be an obvious way of targeting a specific row in a repeating section. Any help would be appreciated.

I've got a workflow where a user will create a 'to do' list, generated by their answers to questions. This is a particularly large form, so the 'to do' list can get very large. I populate a string variable for each page of questions to keep things neat, and none of these will ever exceed the size limit of that variable.When I add the variables to a 'Assign a Task' email, I get a truncated error, which seems to point towards a string variable being too long:500 - "The property value exceeds the maximum allowed size (64KB). If the property value is a string, it is UTF-16 encoded and the maximum number of characters should be 32K or less. RequestId:566b0f79-8002-0070-3c9e-2fb567000000 Time:2021-04-[TRUNCATED]When I add the variables to a stand-alone 'Send an Email' email, I get no errors. It would appear that the 'Assign a Task' email has a character limit, while the 'Send an Email' email doesn't. Is this correct?Although I've solved this by sending 2
