Nintex Workflow

Hi everyone,I have saved drafts of 3 Nintex workflows in Automation cloud. But they were deleted. Please let me know if I can find a way to check who has deleted the workflow or is there some other reason they got auto deleted for.Thanks in advance,Susmitha

If a user uses their web browser autocomplete feature to complete an embedded form Address control the address data is not captured and stored (in this case to a Sharepoint list). Is there a way in which this can be addressed (excuse the pun :-)) to ensure the address data is captured?

Hi All,I would like to delegate the workflow task if the approver is on leave and continue the workflow approval process. How to achieve this in NWC .we are using Nintex cloud workflow with SharePoint online environment .Can we reassign the Nintex tasks of the old approver to the new approver?Please share the steps for implementing this. Thanks,Meena   

Hi i would like to add a user (participant only) as business owner of a workflow but want him/her to have view access to see the status of all the assigned tasks, is it possible?

Hi AllNeed help with pulling back data from a SPO list to a task form.I have a workflow that checks a SPO list and anything that is older than 3 days from a date column is then sent a task from to the email address associated to that item.I then send a task from to that user and I want to pre populate that task from with the current data in the list for that specific item.The problem I have is it will only allow me to select the current item data as per below.  Does anyone know how I get round this please?Thanks

Hi AllI am creating a workflow to update customer information which is stored in a SPO list.  I want to schedule a run every so often and then if the date is greater than (for exaple 365 days) then it emails the contact in one of the columns of that list item.I seem to have completed it apart from the fact I now get an email to the correct email address (the only one in the list that is older than the required days) but it emails me 3 times.  I am guessing its to do with the way the loop is configured.  Please see screenshots below  

I am working in NAC forms and I would like to pull back data based on a previous field.The example is, I choose an item in a drop down list (which is a data lookup to a SharePoint list.  The item is stationary order which has an associated cost to it in the SharePoint list, so if I choose laptop 1 (for example) I would like the cost field to pull back the cost from SharePoint for that item.Can someone help please

Hi Everyone,  I am currently facing a scenario and would greatly appreciate your insights and suggestions. I have a workflow that begins with a NAC form submission. The form includes a repeating section with data lookup fields, a SPOC email ID field, and other fields. The initiator can add multiple items to the repeating section and enter a SPOC email ID for each item, which may belong to the same person or different people. The workflow needs to send an email and assign tasks to these unique SPOCs, asking them to upload documents for each line item corresponding to the respective SPOC mentioned in the repeating section. Unfortunately, NAC has limitations that prevent us from displaying the repeating section details directly in our task form. As a workaround, we can convert it into an HTML table and display it in the form. However, we cannot add file upload controls inside the repeating section. But, it is essential to provide the functionality in the task form for the SPOCs to upload

Hello, is there a way to connect a field in a form to a sharepoint list to put the info directly written in a field into a sharepoint column? This is the same thing as creating a “connected to” field in Nintex for Office 365

Hi Everyone! I feel like this might be a confusing one, so hopefully I can explain it well!I have an initial form where the user will select an ‘Incident Type’ from a series of dropdown boxes that are activated when the boolean above them is ticked.Once the user has filled in the initial form, they will be sent an email with a link to fill in a follow up form (using a branch by value component in the workflow). In the follow up form, I am able to add all fields that were filled in on the initial form as read-only. I can’t seem to get the value of the dropdown boxes to work. I hope that all made sense!Thank you for your help! 

We’re getting a new website built by a 3rd party and they’re keen for us to utilise our existing NWC/NAC forms on that site.Currently we display General Enquiry forms on our site using iframes, but this won’t satisfy accessibility requirements as you can’t tab within.Is there a better way of embedding or displaying NAC forms on a website? Can you use <embed> or <object> element? Is there a preferred solution for this? Is there an API that can be used to display NAC forms in HTML, so it can be styled to match the rest of the website?

I have several assigned tasks that have an error that is preventing submission.  I cannot terminate within console.  Is there an example of how to write a tool to scan tasks and terminate them? 

 Has anyone been able to build a purchase or order form? What we are looking for is a way to display photos of different products that can be ordered. Then choose how many of each item that needs to be ordered. We are hoping to pull the products from a SharePoint list.

I’m using the NAC APIs to generate a Report.The Tasks API v2 is successfully returning all the Tasks for a workflow instances.However, I just noticed that the Tasks API v2 is returning empty tasks for Instances which were completed 14 days ago.Question: Does the Tasks Details of a workflow instance expire? If YES, when does it expire Status Response is 200{ "tasks": []}  

Please provide a solution for this issue. This issue is causing us major problems and every OOO solution we come up with is 10x the work only because the workflow can’t handling waiting for file to be unlocked by user to move forward or allow us to add an error handling action for this particular action (update items action for files in a library). We need to store status, reviewer feedback, approval information, commentary etc on files that get opened and closed on a regular basis. We can’t update metadata or columns in library when files are open.We resorted to tracking document information in a list but this causes more challenges the more we begin using it: If someone moves a file the link breaks for the link we push to the list for association. Users have to learn how to manage files from a list vs just having the information accessible in the library for each file If business requirements require both list and library to be linked, we have to lock the library down from editing up

I have a NAC workflow that has a connection to a SharePoint online list set up for ‘Nominations’, and emails are sent to different recipients depending on which region is selected in a regions dropdown on the nomination form.  I also have a ‘Contact’ list that has for each region a different email recipient to email the nomination to. In my NAC workdlow I have a connection to the site URL containing the ‘Nominations’ list below.  Question is how do I add the ‘Contacts’ list.  The contact list is in the same site collection as just another list.  How to add the second list (contact) to the NAC workflow.Connection to tenent 

Is there anyway to copy actions (or Action sets) in one workflow to a different workflow without manually recreating?It would be such a time saver. I typically build out thinks I am doing in a Development workflow and after testing move it to a Production workflow. Some tend to get quite large so rebuilding takes time and is prone to human error.

I am getting an error when using the “On Premise Sam Account Name” field in conditions.Error is : Unsupported or invalid query filter clause specified for property 'onPremisesSamAccountName' of resource 'User'.When testing this in Postman (or MS Graph explorer)  I am able to get it to work but it needs some modification from a basic command or it gets the same Error. What needs to happen in the GET command is “$count=true” needs to be added and and in request headers key “ConsistencyLevel” with value “eventual” must be added.So my questions:can the default Azure Active Directory Query Users activity be use the “On Premise Sam Account Name” field in conditions? Maybe I am missing something. Should I try to just use “Call a Web Service” and customize it to GET from AAD?This is how it is setup now.

The Instance Detail page is great and very informative. However, the details can be overwhelming at times. Is there a way to filter for specific actions - say… just the Log?or hide the details of a For Each Loop

I find the completion rules for assigning a task to multiple users restricting. In case all assignees must respond, the workflow itself will always determine the outcome based on the majority outcome:“When all assignees have responded, the workflow will proceed using the outcome with the majority of responses. In the case of a tie, the majority outcome with the first response is used.”This frustrates me. Some examples:If I assign an approval task to 20 assignees to Approve/Decline a request and one assignee declines, I want to be to determine the task outcome. Now it will always be Approved If I assign an approval task to 20 assignees to Approve/Decline a request and 15 assignees decline and 5 approve, the task outcome will always be Declined. But who determined that I needed a majority to approve the request? That is our internal evaluation.I am forced to create a work around for both task outcomes by looping trough the task outcomes and determining the follow-up tasks based on that.M

I want to monitor all my Scheduled Start workflow but its difficult as the custom filter in Instance does not have a filter for Nintex Scheduled Start events. My current workaround is to include a keyword into the Workflow name

Is it really necessary to show the expiration warning to everyone? Can the Subscription expiration warning be disabled for...Priority: MyNintex Users and Business Owners Designers  Just limit the expiration warning to Admins and Global Admins
