Hi,   I need to fill an existing word (.docx) document which has some content control fields already. The requirement is, that the user should fill some data in K2 form the click a button. The action for that button is to populate the entered data to an existing word document, each single text field should be filled in a specific content control in that .docx file.   Is it possible ? .. How it can be achieved please ?   Note: I have an experience in dot.net, if that can help in achieving this.   Thanks in advance!

hi all   im trying to setup a screen in order to show a full profile of a AD user so far ive got everything working correctly except getting a few fields to return usefull values   the main one bothering me is the following two AD fields memberOf AccountExpires   obviously the built in AD objects cant return these fields so ive moved to using the dynamicADSO   however both fields always return System.__Comobject for account expiry and system.object[] for memberof   Ive tried updating the service object for xml multiline and text, but always get the same result back   does anyone know a solution i can use to list all the groups a user is a member of in AD?

Hi, I have a query related to the Process Instance Info SmartObject, which can be found under the following folder: Categories > System > Management > Workflows > SmartObjects QueryDoes anyone know what user/permissions are required to execute the Remove method on the Process Instance Info SmartObject? BackgroundI created a Sub Workflow which is primarily responsible for removing a running workflow instance (based on a provided Process Instance ID). The Sub Workflow is started via a button on a Form (by an end-user). The Sub Workflow works fine on a development environment. The relevant workflow instance is removed etc. In Production however, we have some errors against instances of the Sub Workflow stating that our K2 service account does not have Administrator rights?Bizarrely, even though the Sub Workflow is in an errored state, I can see that it did in fact remove the specified workflow instance?! Clicking View Flow on the errored Sub Workflow Instance highlights the ac

I am looking to display a map that will show a pin/marker for the coordinates that are inputted, which will eventually come from a list for there to be multiple markers, however I am struggling to even find anything to just add 1 simple marker.   I have scoured the forums and search engines but never seem to be able to find anything that can help. Any help much appreciated.  

Hi All!   We have 3 environment (dev, tst, prod).   Every K2 component has a version number, the designer shows it. But if I move a package to another environment with package and deployment tool the version number change (base on targeted environment). E.g. a smarform has ver.5 in dev will be ver.1 on prod.   There should be a solution where the version numbers are the same. Unfortunatelly there is no metadata the view/smartform/workflow where we add own version number.   Any idea?   Thanks Laszlo

Hi Team,   Can someone please help to understand how we can build the complex line rules of K2 4.7 in K2 Five. The AND operator is used between condition 1 and condition 2. However, condition 2 is having many sub/group conditions with AND, Or, Not etc. along with the Data fields. Tried with set variable etc but unable to achieve it. Not sure if need to get a smartobject created or custom .net code wriiten.   Kindly, suggest on it.   Regards, Supriya

The management tab is showing this error whenever i click on it.

K2 smartobject takes too long to return data 30 seconds or so Noticed This issue only on smart objects containing fields of type File. However Running SQL query returns the data in just 2 seconds. I have less than 5 records in the Database, why is the smartobject taking too long to execute? we are using K2 Five

Hi all   As we know the K2 form attachments were saved in the DB. Is it possible to modify to save in folder (like D:attachment) ?     Carson

Is it possible to show a PDF within the page rather downloading it.  I have a requirement to allow users to select from a list of hundreds of PDFs and it's not great to end up with loads of downloaded PDFs which then need to opened manually.   If I had control over the web page I would use an IFrame or an Embed tag to allow the PDF to sit alongside the form content.

Hi Team,I would like to implement the Release functionality. For that, i had  Enable the Workflow REST API in Management and then register that as REST. I had selected a Service account as an Authentication type. In Descriptor Location - https://xxxx.xxx.com/api/Workflow/preview/swagger/docs and created the SMO of Task Object.Now when i execute the Release Method and pass the Serial Number. I always get HTTP Response as Zero and Task is not releaseCan you please let me know how to achieve this?    

hello how to add Call Sub Workflow item to a multi-steps activity containing a task eventI did add it before in a previous process, now when I try to add it to multi step the designer wont allow me to.it has to be added to the task activity in order to be executed for each user in a group The old process where I was able to add it  the new process where I'm not able to  

When setting up the REST service you use a swagger file that contains the host name, but how do you set the host name based on, e.g. an environment variable or a variable in your workflow? It seems like it would be a common requirement if you are hitting custom in-house API end-points and you have different hosts for your test vs production (that's our use-case). Are we stuck with having to have to manually create different swagger files and services for each environment? 

Hi all, We have a field (Project admin) in the K2 form and stored dynamic multi email address based on user selection.  The field is store the email address in this way (simon@abc.com;keith@abc.com;jack@abc.com) Now, we want the workflow notice & the reminder function can send to these people directly based on the information which the field (Project admin)stored. May I know how can we achieve that? Thank you

Hi  Is it possible to transfer data from an AutoComplete to a list view that is opening as a subview then filter based on the information that has been transferred in?  In this case, you would search for a user in the form Lets say the  User Principle name in an AutoComplete find the User Principle name then click search and that would bring up a list and just filter on a selected column lets say user and just bring up matching data - I,e  User Principle name would be transferred into the quick search?
