Hi,

Is anything other than support affected when a maintenance agreement expires?

I presume the K2 servers etc are unaffected?

I would highly recommend reaching out to your regional account manager on this. The K2 environment might need to renew the license under certain criteria.


I have already reached out and in the process.



 



For information, under what criteria would the environment not work?


Certain licenses have a expiry date, but you can easily check what license you have (and any potential expiry) in K2 Management. 



 



Assuming you don't have an expiring license, your K2 server will continue to run even through your Maintenance Agreement has expired.



 



Just be aware of the risks in letting your Maintenance Agreement expire. If you are on a perpetual license and you let your Maintenance Agreement expire, you won't be able to submit support tickets and you will not be able to download product updates and fix packs.
