Nintex Automation K2

Hello, We want to have a test run with some of the processes we developed since we installed K2 recently. Lets say for that we deploy those processes to the test environment and let certain users work with it. When we later then deploy them to the production server, is it possible to transfer the generated workflow data (reporting data) with it? Regards,Nico

Hi, I am using K2 4.7 and Planning to upgrade on K2 Five. I have few Excel report which i am generating using SQL Reporting Service. I want to know whether SSRS is supported in K2 Five or not ? if not,  please suggest me the other solutions, Thanks in Advance. Regards,Hemant

is there any way to get all worklist item based on folio number?i'm using openworklist function but i only get worklist item that are assigned to the certain user.

Hi,  i'm using k2 five for sharepoint. In the form i have 5 people picker control which accept mulitple user.When creation workflow will trigger email to the users which is added in those 5 people picker control.  The issue is workflow getting completed only if all the 5 people picker control is filled. Incase anyone of the people picker is empty then the workflow goes to error state.  

Hello All In K2 FIVE if i would like to find the site url.So in workflow i was trying to execute SITE smo and execute Get Site method and store output in a variable of text URL. Iam trying to pass the URL in email boddy but i get the error authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream when i run the instance after deploying Can someone help me here.ATTACHED IMG

Hi, We are developing new workflows with K2 Five including calls to sub workflows. We found that is not posible to set the priority of the sub workflow from the Workflow Designer. The Call Sub Workflow events only displays the folio field and the custom data fields configured in the destination workflow.  Is this a platform error? Is there a way to set the priority to a subworkflow? Thanks!

Hello Guys, I have registerd for K2 Five trail version using Try K2 option available in K2 portal.I'm able to design a new workflow and attach it to the existing smartforms but,I',m unable to deploy my changes or Create a new smartform or Run it for testing the changes. Are these options unavailable in trail enviroment? Hello, I was just going into one of the forms we made recently to edit a rule, only to notice that we cannot. We can open the edit dialog but not change anything in it, nor can we remove that particular rule. Why are some rules locked from removal?  Thanks for your help,Nico

Just got a K2 VM with Windows 2016 DataCenter Evaluation. After mounting, the Vm has been seemingly shutting down itself every 1 hour. I checked the PC property, and discovered that the Windows server was not activated. Please what is the way out, as I have been trying to familiarize with the new k2 five, but Vm keeps shutting down every 1 hour. Regards all,

We have 2 lists.when ever an item is added in list 1 it should create in list 2.we have created a workflow on list 1 when item.is added and added create list item activity and mapped all columns of list 1 and mapped to target list 2 columns.In list 2 some of the columns are not getting created.It works in few list and some it doesnt.This is using k2 five for sharepoint

Hi all, i am currently using k2 Five for sharepoint...i am facing issue while using contains inline function in workflow.My Scenario: i need to check user in the group of users and have to concat with data field.while doing so its returning as system.object[], so it always getting into false loop when using CONTAINS inline function. Components used in Workflow :1.Create Refernece 1 : To get group of users from list A.2.Create Refernece 2 : To get single user from list B.3.Loop : using Reference 1.4.Decision with Contain(Reference 1 Item contains Reference 2 Item) operation.(Fails Here)5.If Above decision is true then concat the user name in data field and so on.

Team, In K2 5.0 I am trying to deploy a workflow.  Workflow process: Create reference using filter am taking one column value Example: Status column value should be draft. All the draft items from that list i have query passing it in to loop and send those items in email to particular group.  When i create reference and trying to deploy got the below error. Could you pleae assist me on it.  Error Description:Missing reference at SmartObjectfield. How do you copy activities from one event to the other or at least how do you save reusable activities?

hi all,  im looking to count how many items in a list have a specific value, and need to employ a "List Count(if state = submitted)" expression; however i am unable to achieve this currently (still learning k2 five). is this possible within the expression builder? and if so how?.  cheers
