Can someone confirm if you're using Nintex Enterprise with SharePoint Server Standard(not Enterprise), you're able to use the SQL control? Or is SharePoint Enterprise required as well?
I have 2 drop down lists (populated from lookup lists) and the options in Market Segment are dependent on the Strategic Application selected:If the filtered drop down has only 1 option then I would like it to be set automatically & the control disabled so the user does not have to bother selecting it & choosing the only option! Can this be achieved by Rules or JS?Any ideas appreciated

nintex froms for sharepoint on premise 2013
One of our clients has complained that this assembly does not exist in the GAC for their Nintex Forms 2013 instance version 2.8.10. We have the latest deployed 2.9.2.20 and based on the folder modified date in the GAC (windowsassemblyGAC_MSIL) of the Nintex.Forms.SDK assembly. It was installed at the time of the Nintex Forms 2013 installations. This is a problem for the client who is trying to register our custom form controls for Nintex support. When the customer was attempting to import the controls using the "Manage Form Controls" through SharePoint 2013 Central Admin, they would receiver the error "Could not load file or assembly Nintex.Forms.SDK..." they attempted to reinstall the Nintex Forms package, but the assembly was still not deployed to the GAC. Since this is their test environment, I suggested to manually deploy the assembly using a PowerShell script I sent them. After restarting the server and attempting to import the custom form controls, they are now getting the error "
Hi,I have created a form that is being used on mobile devices through Nintex Mobile. The "ideal work procedure" for the users is as follows:1) Select value in lookup field A.2) Select value in lookup field B.3) Select value in lookup field C.4) Enter some lines in a repeating section.5) Submit the form.6) Go to step 3 and select new value in field C. The values of A and B will remain the same for the next 47 repetitions. The thing is, that when a form is submitted, the user must begin "from scratch" on the next repetition, and select the values of A and B again.I need a way to preset the values of A and B to the values that the user was using the last time. In the browser I could use cookies (Nintex Forms - Cookies - Vadim Tabakman) but that does not work on Mobile. What to do?RegardsLeif
Hello allI like to have a workflow implemented for a List where users can submit a form (which triggers the WF) but at same time not being able to go back to the form to edit or delete it. Whereas the approvers should be able to approve it but not edit or delete the file. I have created a separate permission level whereby I copied same rights from the Contribute and unticked - Edit Items and Delete items.Downfall is that the workflow will not start if the user does not have Edit Items right. Also the WF will display the following error once the approver approves it:Error retrieving context data. <nativehr>0x80070005</nativehr><nativestack></nativestack>How you workaround this issue ?!How do I make sure that the user's cannot edit or delete the item once they have submitted it ?!I had a look at the Set Item Permission but not quite sure about it.Bearing in mind; the list already got the Members with the permission of "Contributor" and if I implement the above ite
unable to see other rules for same control, and unable to delete the rule , can u help me as soon as possibleÂ
Hi , thanks for giving a solution. But, am still unable to expand rules pane. And since i have modified zoom i am litle uncomfortable with the size. Can you tell me how to change the size of rules pane alone.
I have a form that I'm trying to validate off of a usergroup I created:POApprovers is a SharePoint group. No matter what name I put in, it will not accept the name. The goal is to only submit if they type in a name from this group. Is there another way I could do this or am I going about this the wrong way? I seen where some people say it magically started working for them, or deleting the field and re-adding it fixes it, but not for me so far. Thanks everyone!
HiThe ID field in a list is hidden in a specific view. When an item is edited, this field remains hidden. How would you display it in the Nintex EditForm? Thanks for all your help.RegardsRenee

I have a site workflow that is querying a list, and building and HTML table that is sent via an email notification. The issue is two emails will be sent each time the workflow is executed, which is daily. Adding a pause action to the workflow did not provide a solution.Workflow Overview:Workflow Variables:HTML Start:For Each:Parallel Action:Collection Operations:Math Operation (Advance Index):Build HTML:Close HTML:Send Notification:
Hi folks, documentation for the Calculated value control - property 'appearance - enabled' says "Enable the control to receive user input at run time" Do I understand it correctly to do the following:1. set-up the control to calculate something (e.g. a user profile look-up)2. at runtime (new or edit mode), the output of the above calculation is displayed in the control - but can be manually overriden by the user.If so, I somehow can't seem to get it to work (Nintex Forms 2013 Version: 2.10.0.2, on Prem). If not, what is the option supposed to do?Kind regards,SusanÂ
Hi I have an entry in a calender and I need to check if this already exists. The existing entry is 01/08/2017 13:00 - 02/08/2017 14:00 The new entry is 02/08/2017 15:00 - 03/08/2017 20:00(same day different time)In the workflow a 'Set a condition' action is used for comparing.ExistingEndTime < NewStartTime, but I get the wrong result. In the above example its should be TRUE but its resulting as FALSE. However If I advance the new entry start point by a few hours to 02/08/2017 20:00 then the condition returns TRUE, which I cant understand. I've read on blog that time conditions do not work time related fields ?Thanks
I have a few questions regaring configuring Nintex on the DR farm:Should I create a Workflow config db on DR farm and only set AlwaysOn availability groups on the content dbs, or set HA group for both config and content dbs?If setting HA groups on config db, does the "NWAdmin.exe –o UpdateContentDatabaseParameters" commend work for config db as well?In our SharePoint environment setup, each farm is connecting directly to the SQL server instance, not the listener! so is any update for the connection string required in our scenario? Is setting up AlwaysOn availability groups and database attach supported for Nintex Forms database as well?
I don't receive email from an "Assign a task" in Office 365.This occurs only in one of the tasks, because I have two tasks and in one it sends me the mail..

!We have created a list with a mobile form layout on our O365 site. Now I need to add a lookup column that queries another list on our site that can be used in the Mobile Form layout. I have read How to query a SharePoint list from another list in Nintex Forms for O365., but it doesn't state how to achieve this for a Mobile form.
I'm in the process of trying to get Twilio to work for alerts from a SharePoint list. My requirements:1) send a text message to predefined group based on a check box on the list form2) send immediately to all recipients 3) have it be easy to maintain the list of recipientsUsing Twilio, I have created a web request inside my workflow. Near as I can tell I need a separate web request for each recipients number. This is not ideal. I really need a way to send to 1 number from Nintex workflow leveraging Twilio and that in turn forwarding the message to the group of recipients. I have not been able to find a service or way to do this. I have seen a C# approach to this using Twilio's copilot, but I'm unsure where I'd even use this code inside a Nintex workflow, if it's even possible. Any help is greatly appreciated.Â

Google ÜbersetzerHi Guys,I need your help. In Sharepoint and workflow is quite a newbie and would like to take your support. We have in the Sharepoint a calendar, which we use for our holiday recordings. I have created a workflow with Nintex for this calendar. This also works in the basic settings. Now to my request:The workflow should only be started if the holiday time is longer than 5 days, if smaller than or equal to then just send an email to the GroupOwner and the Approver. How can I start a calculation in the workflow to determine the days from the start date and end date? Also the determination of the group does not work, he always pulls the AD group.I've created several groups with one owner. But somehow, the workflow seems to ignore them.
Symptoms When a user opens a SharePoint integrated SmartForm, the see the following error: Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resources. Failed to initialize the Context: URL: [SP_SubsiteURL] Username: Correlation ID: [GUID] Details: SharePointService.InitializeContext. Diagnoses We discovered that the users trying to open a SmartForm on the sub-site, did not have any rights on the top-level site. When giving the user read rights on the top-level site, they were able to open the forms without problem. This is a security flaw, because you might not want to give those users rights on the top-level site to access a sub-site. Resolution The ticket was routed to LABS and a cold-fix was provided. After applying the cold-fix to the client environment, even without having rights on the top level site, the users were able to open the forms on the sub-site without problem. This fix is available for Appit 1.4 and blackpearl 4.6.11 and should be includ
