Is it possible to query another SharePoint list and use returned data in a Lookup column for a Mobile Form

We have created a list with a mobile form layout on our O365 site.  Now I need to add a lookup column that queries another list on our site that can be used in the Mobile Form layout.  I have read How to query a SharePoint list from another list in Nintex Forms for O365., but it doesn't state how to achieve this for a Mobile form.

    If Mobile form you meant is Nintex Mobile, I don't think JavaScript is supported as of now in Nintex Mobile Apps.
