Hi , thanks for telling to zoom but i am still unable to expand the rules pane can i have asitance.

Hi , thanks for giving a solution. But, am still unable to expand rules pane. And since i have modified zoom i am litle uncomfortable with the size. Can you tell me how to change the size of rules pane alone.
