My workflow is erroring because a Start Workflow action is not working - the workflow referenced is not being kicked off. The status says "Error Occurred" but I am not receiving a notification. The Event Log says "Error - failed to start workflow - the selected workflow is already running." I receive notifications for other workflow errors, so I know my email is correct and error notifications are functioning. Has anyone come across certain reasons why error notifications don't work? Thanks.

I have a multi selection choice colmun in a nintex form. There are over 20 choice so when i publish the form it becomes very long. I would like to add a scroll bar to the column. How do you do that?

Hello all, I am looking for the simplest way to update 30 fields in a list based on conditions in another list (form library), in my change request form different conditions exist, for example I have a total cost field with a default of zero, if the user changes this value then the workflow updates the total cost in the project list, if they leave it at  0 the cost does not get updated and so on. I am converting a SharePoint Designer WF to Nintex. Am I correct to assume I would just place a RunIf action before each Update Item action similar to SPD WF? or is there a more efficient way?

I need to run an approval workflow on certain documents in a document set, in a library exceeding the view threshold limit. As such the workflow action Query List currently fails because of the threshold. Is there an option to include a specific View (by its GUID) to the CAML Query? Or does anyone have an other suggestion how I can accomplish this?The workflow will be started with an HTML button from the document set's welcome page. It documents it needs to run use a dedicated content type.Although a good starting point, the article "Iterate through documents in a Document Set" by ‌ fails because of the large number of items.

I have a requirement similar to cascading lookup filter where in i need to filter values in multiple selection lookup control based on selected value in a dropdown lookup field.

Is there any way i can simulate the nintex mobile view in desktop browser, so that i can easily inspect the form element?How can i hide the top menu bar (blue bar on top)? When in nintex mobile design form it does not show but after publish the form, the bar show in the real mobile devices. I want to hide the bar to prevent user to navigate to other places.

I have a workbook that I would like to populate with some list data.  I only need to populate a couple NON-VALIDATED cells.  The workbook has some validated cells in it, and I'm getting this error : Error returned from server: <soap:Fault xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><faultcode>soap:Server</faultcode><faultstring xml:lang="en-US">This workbook cannot be edited because it contains the following features: • Data validation To edit this workbook, open the workbook for viewing, select Save a Copy from the File tab, and edit the new copy.</faultstring><detail />Are there any workarounds or other ways I can write data into this sheet from the list while maintaining the validation?

Hi, I created a new column, similar to ID, had the workflow assign a consecutive unique number, now i want it to be Linked to Item. in other words i want it to appear as a hyperlink to view or edit the item. Unfortunately Sharepoint Designer is not possible to switch on for this site so i cannot edit the code through there, is there another way to get to the code for the list column to make it link to item or can it be done with Nintex?Thanks

I have a requirement to send a notification to newly added people in several different people picker fields. Heres an example:The Assignee fills out the form and enters as many stakeholders as they may know who would participate with this form. there is a different stakeholder field for each departmental stakeholder. these are people picker fields.When the assignee submits the form it goes to the known stakeholders.Now, lets say a new stakeholder needs added, then the assignee will go in and add however many additional stakeholders per department.there should be a notification that goes out to the newly added stakeholders.I read this https://community.nintex.com/message/60242-email-notification-to-newly-added-people and it doesn't seem to apply to my scenario as I have several people picker fields where this one discusses one.Any thoughts as to how I an get notifications to be sent to just the newly added stakeholders?

Hi Everyone,I need some assistance. We had a vendor build this Nintex 2013 workflow for us. We notice in the Send Notification that it has a form setup design. This form looks like the Nintex Form that is already setup for users to fill out.Can someone explain how this was done Was it built by HTML? How would you take the Nintex Forms design and design it in the Send Notification area? Thank you!! Here is an example:

In SharePoint list have column with Choice column with three selections. In another column, simple text field, want user to enter value if selects any of three choices. Have tried various ways to prompt the user to enter a value in the text field--all without success. ArcherFolders=='Select'&&isNullOrEmpty({Self}), my message box contains brief "Enter Subfolder Name".Most promising was this solution: https://ootbtutorials.com/2016/02/16/validating-or-requiring-fields-on-nintex-forms/ but cannot make work. What am I doing wrong and is there another simple way to get same or better result? Thanks

I have a lookup field in my form. It has multiple duplicate entries. I need these duplicate entries in the list but need to remove to remove duplicate entries from the drop down.Can you please help?

 Symptoms Following errors appear when trying to setup up OAuth connection with Netsuite. ?Redirecting for Authorization. Retry after successful authorization?. Then when trying to pull up the NetSuite web services, message appears ?You have successfully connected to the NetSuite SOAP Server. The Server is operational. Diagnoses When using Appit, you can currently only integrate with AAD or static credentials. Resolution As there is is no workspace in Appit, SSO configuration is not possible. Appit only works with AAD or static credentials. Appit does not currently have out of the box support for NetSuite. 

I may be missing how exactly this is done so figured I'd ask. On my form I have 2 tabs - one for editing and one that displays a View List view (populating from another list - for history details of all changes to that item).  On my View List there is a column using the Hyperlink - Link to Item. Essentially I would like the link to open in a popup window instead of a new tab on the browser.  I saw in a forum post someone recommended using an action for link to but I'm not finding that.  Any direction would be great. 

Have a head scratcher here.So I have a choice field (rendered as a button) connected to a list column, which has 3 options.S, U, N/ADepending on a drop down field, I either show or hide the button.If it's hidden, I want it to default to N/A so I have a placeholder in the list.If it's visible, I want it to default to U and hide the N/A option.Is this possible? It's been driving me insane for about a week now...

Does Nintex support ECMA6 yet? Is there a timeline for when they will?

 The K2 Form Viewer Web Part is a great way to show forms on a SharePoint page. Users can see all the views and controls on a form and interact with the form.   Steps to Add the Web Part Navigate to the SharePoint site you would like to add the Form to. Select Page from the SharePoint Ribbon on the top left. Select Insert and click Web part. Depending on which version of K2 you have installed, you will either need to find the K2 folder in Categories, or you will see the K2 Form Viewer under Parts. Select K2 Form Viewer and click Add. This adds the Part to the page. You can change the layout as needed. Once you have the Web Part where you would like save the page. The Form Viewer looks like a List View now. Search for the name of the Form. Once the form is selected, it will load in the Form Viewer.    

We have a request that to preform stress test on Nintex Form.We use JMeter to capture the request between browser and SharePoint.However, we face a difficulties on capturing Nintex Form with attachment request.When the Nintex form is filled and attachment is added, clicking the submit button will return back to the form instead of back to the list screen. Clicking back to list, there is no record is added.However, if the JMeter capture is turned off, everything works fine. We also tried to capture Nintex Form without attachment, and success.Anyone has idea what's going on?

How to pause workflow for 5 mins in nintex and send notifications...The pause function in nintex would pause for that item..calculating created fieldBut if the items are created using bulk upload (data sheet) view... how can we pause between items .I.e. if 3 items are created at a time....1st time should pause for 5mins ... 2nd items 10 mins and 3rd should be at 15.

hi All,i need to disabled certain control in my approval form, but if i set the control to disabled and approved, the value will save as blank.if there anyway which i can set the control to disabled or read only but then it will not change the value to blank when its approved ?thanks

Is it possible to create a Add-in including Nintex form and workflow? please explain with any example?

I've developed a workflow in SP 2013 and just exported it and need to import and reconfigure in 2016. When I try to save (there is few actions that need to be reconfigured), I'm getting this error. I'm not trying to publish it yet, but just want to save it and start munching on each action that needs reconfiguration. I am running a workflow on 1 item.  As the last step, I am trying to update the next item by using an Update Item Action.Update specifies the same list I am currently onWhere specifies ID = varID (which I previously stored). Then I select 1 field to equal a variable.I keep getting an error, "An error has occurred".  I tried to add Commit pending changes before the Update Item, but it did not help.Any ideas?

Not sure where to ask this question so excuse me if this isn't the right place.  I'm working with Nintex Forms and I have a form with 6 different panels of radio buttons.  I'd like when a radio button is selected on anyone of the panels any other selection will be cleared and am unsure of how to accomplish this.  Any help would be appreciated.
