Does anyone know how you can implement the following feature in a Nintex form with SharePoint online 2013? I am looking for a more user friendly way of using a multiple select. Any help will be greatly appreciated.‌

I have a task process that is assigned to a group of users. What i'm looking to capture is the date the participant selects on the form. Is there a way of capturing that?

Hi,I’m using Nintex workflow in SharePoint Online, where I’m creating a task and sending email actionable. Here I would like to know following two things:Can I replace top default NINTEX logo with my custom logo? If yes, then where can I do it. Is it possible to hide/remove ‘View in SharePoint’ button at bottom. Any help would be appreciable.  

Working with RegEx Validation on an SSN field in Forms, I am using the following expression ^d{3}-?d{2}-?d{4}$     However, it only seems to except an empty field - and calls any other entry invalid.  This is a generally accepted expression referenced in multiple places and I tested it in RegEx validators.  The underlying field is Single Line of Text   What Am I doing wrong?   

I would like to populate a value in the task list after the flexi task is assigned, but before approval or rejection. Is there a way to accomplish this? The workflow designer does not allow for any action to be inserted before the approve or rejection step.

HiI have a list in SP2010 that is using  3 custom designed SharePoint Designer forms, 1 for new, 1 for Edit and 1 for display.I want to replace the new and display form with a Nintex form but keep the edit form as the existing SharePoint Designer form, is this possible...if so how can i acheive this?ThanksNick

I have a list lookup field in a repeating section. When I run the workflow, I get errer - Coercion Failed: Unable to transform the input lookup data into the requested type.

HelloI am trying to implement the Lookup function by using the calculated value in a form.Somehow, it does not seem to fetch the data from a People of Group field. ?!There is a custom lists named:  Approvers which holds following column names:note: the view is called: AllItems.aspxTitleEmployeeIDEmployeeNameApproverOn the form, I inserted the Author field which shows "CurrentUser".The calculated value holds the following:  lookup("Approvers", "ID", Author, "EmployeeID")However, it does not pull the information apart from #Value!The Author is a People or Group field whereby I use the currentUser function to input the current user's name in.Hint: I also used the "http://domain.com/Lists|Approvers"

I am in the process of writing some job aids form company regarding Nintex forms. Where would I find documentation that does a good job of explaining the individual tabs in the Formula Builder window? I am mostly referring to the Common and Item Properties tabs; I don't use those too often. 

Hello! I am creating required rules for questions on a Nintex Form. There are 6 flows for the form. The line where I am having an issue is in the Member/Marketing/Community Org. flow. When Someone selects MMCO and then for ProjectJobType they select Advertisement the Mass Media question that was previously hidden now shows and should be required. Similarly when someone selects the call or text Automated OUtreach, the formerly hidden question about the TCPA form shows and should be required.   In the below formulas it is successfully flagging as required and is able to determine if the question is completed to move on, but, if someone selects any other job type (than those 3) the Mass Media question and TCPA form questions are still required. Hi All,I'm new to Nintex and i'm having an issue trying to mimic a logic rule on a previous InfoPath form using the StartsWith() function. The old infopath rule is checking to see if a single line of text field named "Pallet" does not start with the letter "P". I've created a new rule and applied to this field on my new Nintex form but its not entirely working as I expected. It does show a validation error when the string entered doesn't start with "P" but it is also showing the message when you enter "P" with any additional characters after it.Anyone know why this might be the case or what I can do to correct it?Examples:Works as expected hereValidation goes away when you enter "P"Any character or number added after P causes it to reappear.Thanks,Chris

When I look at the Workflows by Site report in a SP 2010 farm, I see several WFs displayed as GUIDS and when I click on them, I get 404 errors. How can I remove this obsolete data from this report?

Hello!With all my formula questions it was advised to me to try to break them down and test each part and as they are successful put them together. However, I can't get each part of this formula to work. I have a hidden field - Existing Material Job Number - that appears when the question update to existing job is answered as yes. I want that field to also be required if it is answered as yes. However, I can't find a formula that works appropriately. I've tried all the below and then some. Please help. I started with the Update to Existing Job being a check box and didn't get anywhere so I changed it a radio button and still haven't had any luck. I have created a few workflows using Nintex, but now I have creadted a new one which is running fine until it gets to the point where the workflow needs to Send an Email. I have configured my email within the workflow and published. Ran a test, but the Send an Email does not happen.The workflow goes straight to the next step which is log to History and then completes the Workflow Any Suggestions? I have Start a Task Process, and under the Approved I then have Send an Email.Kind regards Claire Allen

I have 2 lists:1) It contains 100 items called Process (each line item is unique)2) It contains list of 50 peopleNow I need to assign task all 100 processes to each people from list 2. Below is the overview of my logic:1) Query list to get list of all processes and store it in collection. I'm getting ID and Process collection.2) Query all people and store in collection and also store IDs.3) For each people, run another for loop for process collection4) Assign tasks to each people. I need to create dynamic task notification, description, etc.Problem:This approach is doing sequential process, so unless first task is completed it won't run for next item in "for loop" to assign task for next process. Also, I cannot create parallel action because people might get added or removed. HiI'm trying to get a value from the first and last repeating sections in a 2010 mobile app form. Apparently I can number the repeating sections by using the runtime function 'currentRowNumber'. I'm wondering if this can be used in the mobile app form as I keep getting a negative one back for the row counts -1.ThanksJoanne

How would I go about removing the black x to delete rows in a repeating section? I want users to be able to add rows, just not delete rows. Best case scenario, I could use rules to show/hide the delete row x.

 Symptoms  Unable to open K2 projects using K2 Studio on the client/developer machine with the following error message:   Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation   Sample error message screenshot:      The same projects can be opened from another client/developer machine.  Diagnoses  Check that K2 version on the client/developer machine is aligned with K2 version on server. In case it does not uninstall old/incorrect version on the client, perform system reboot and install exactly the same version as on your K2 server. Perform reboot after installation of proper version too.   Other possibilities here is installation of K2 client components on top of incompatible/not supported by K2 base OS or on top of OS with incompatible version of .NET installed.  Resolution Install correct version of K2 components (matching server-side components).   

Hello! I'm in the final stages of the development of my Nintex Form. While the rules have been the hardest to learn for me what's more frustrating is that the fields like to move for no reason. Sometimes I can move/fix them and sometimes I can't no matter what I try. The below is the back in (published) layout that shows the "How will the Logo be used" question next to it's answer. They are in a panel on their own (I've confirmed that pieces are included) and in the overall panel. However when I preview the form before publishing and look at it after published the "How will the Logo be used" question is right above the request status and sometimes right on top of it. I removed the logo panel and re-added it. I don't know what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I currently have a task that is created, there is a person or group field that accepts multiple names. When a single user is typed into the field it works correctly, however when I try to assign it to multiple people it does not send out the notification.
