Error Code

Possible Component Error in the LEDD interface.

The Relationship Tree does not load any relationships.

Resolution

Please test in a Sandbox or Clone the affected DocGen Package to validate changes.

NOTE** If the first lookup is NOT Standard Object or you are using the DocGen Lightning Component see the Solution 2 below:

Solution 1:

If the first relationship is a Standard Object, convert this relationship into a Top-Level relationship. Then add the corresponding Button parameter:

--------------------

Solution 2a:
If the child relationships from the 2nd lookup are Row replicating into Microsoft Word:  Choose either this solution or the one below: Solution 2b.

Note** This solution with require modifying the template(s) by adding a <<ParentObject_Table_Start>> before the child object <<ChildObject_Start>> Tags.

Note** If you wish to NOT modify your templates please see Solution 2b.

1. Convert the 2nd lookup relationship into an Unrelated Data relationship following the article below:

https://community.nintex.com/t5/Best-Practices/Drawloop-LEDD-Component-Error-due-to-Relationships/ta-p/116189

2. The Copy Type must be ‘Table’

3. Update the Template(s) with the new <<ParentObject_Table_Start>> Tag from the field Tagger in front of each <<ChildObject_Start>> Tag.

Save the DocGen Package and verify all the data is coming in as expected.

---------------

Solution 2b:

If the child relationships from the 2nd lookup are Row replicating into Microsoft Word or Excel:

1. Navigate to all the Child relationships which were connected from the second lookup (Parent Object).

2. Modify them (Child relationship) to Unrelated Data and update the following:

Note** Do not delete/modify the unsupported 2nd lookup until all Child relationships are modified. Otherwise, any existing filter fields do not stay populated when editing.

3. Update the replicating child relationship with a filter and tag.

(This will act as the filter from the unsupported second lookup we had to remove)

1. Filter field = Lookup field to the Parent Object

2. Value field = <<Parent_Record_ID_Tag>>  (This tag is located from the first lookup relationship.)

3. Once all the related relationships are updated, if needed, you can update the 2nd lookup to Unrelated Data if any fields from that record are needed.  https://community.nintex.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Drawloop-Unsupported-Relationships-Lookup-to-Lookup/ta-p/118087
