We were advised by our CRM to use the API for instances reporting. We need to run a report daily of instances started each day and email a summary to leadership and our team.  This will help us identify if something is NOT right in the tenant on any given day - specifically excessive trigger looping. That being said, we’ve used this API in the past for several workflows and forms.  I’m not sure why it’s not working all of the sudden. Can someone please try and install the Xtension and run it to a US tenant and see if it’s operating as expected? I can’t get it to work and I have have installed it to several US tenants we have to get it to work and I receive the 404 error each time saying resource not found so I’m confused. Nintex Gallery - Nintex Workflow Cloud API v2  

How do I quickly find which workflow belongs to a start event form?have a user that wants to copy one they found, and I have no idea how to find it! We didn’t build it.

I’m not sure yet if I have a need to do this, but I have started building a form where it MIGHT be needed - and in any case I can easily imagine wanting something like it sometime. I have a form that includes a multiple-choice field. The tricky part is that two of the five options in the field need to be mutually exclusive. In other words, if the user selects one of them, the other should no longer be an option. If one is yes, the other must be no. The other three options can be selected along with one of these two.I can’t see a way to do this with a rule, but I can’t think of any other way to do it. Is it possible?

In Nintex Forms for Nintex Automation Cloud, I have text control that, when filled in, a Rule will then display another text control to fill in. But because it was hidden, I guess the tab sequence skips it and the cursor is focused on the next control. Is there any method to fix this? I guess I could try to unhide by default but I had a reason to hide it.

Here is the makeup of my workflow, but I am having issues retrieving the email from a user's list, based a username pulled from the XML file. EX: username JaneD to go lookup that username in the list which has these fields. There is a Collection variable at User Defined variables.At form I want to get nth Index values of that collection.It seems Form Functions does not have Get Item from collection nor similar functions. Is there a way to get Collection value at form variables without using Get Item from Collection everytime? 

At the moment I am working on a concept version of a sharepoint site for my company. In the endstate it will have dozens of libraries. Trying tot prevent it in becoming too confusing, all the libraries start with the first 4 letters of the departement they belong to. So far so good… but the adminstrators still have alot of scrolling to do to select the right library.Is it possible to make a module on a sharepoint page or a list which filters the names of the libraries on a sharepoint site? If I can put the first 4 letters in a filter then the administrator of the department only sees the libraries which he or she should moderate. Our IT department does not allow us to make subsites so we have to stick to the 'main' sharepoint site.Any ideas on how to achieve this? :-)

I have a choice field on my start form that I’d like to make required based on whether or not an attachment has been added to the attachments field. I don’t need to be able to read the attached files or have any data other than an indicator if something is there or not. I have not been able to figure this out.Is it even possible? Help!

With a NINTEX workflow you can create alot of things in Sharepoint. Things like:Sites Pages Lists List items Files Appointments Tasks Folders Etc…Actually I want to create a library by using a workflow. The last time this question was asked in this community is 7 years ago so hopefully today there will be a more user friendly solution available. :-)Does anyone has an idea how to make it possible?  

Hello everyone! This is my first post on the forum and I am still a novice/rookie at NINTEX for Sharepoint.At my work I am building a Sharepoint site which has 2 lists: List_courses: It contains the names, startdate, end date and a date on which to subscribing students should be informed via email (inform_date) List_students: This list contains the name, contact details of the students and to which course they subscribed. The course of this list is connected to list_courses.For the list_students I created a NINTEX form and a NINTEX form workflow. In the NINTEX form workflow I want to put in a pause for duration. The workflow has to be paused until the inform_date from the List_Courses is reached. Somehow I doing it wrong and the action of Pause for duration is not working how it should be.Could you advice me what I should fill in below at A, B, C, D and E? We use NINTEX in the Dutch language so I put a translations next to the letters. A big thank you in return for your advice! :-)

Okay so I have a problem I am trying to go through and a attachment file and make sure that attachment goes on a email. Here is the screen shots that I am using.  

The problem:The K2 database log file grows fast and fills up the partition, causing other systems (that share the same SQL server) to stop working. We have this issue on our DEV environment. Abstract description of our DEV environment:We have separate servers/machines, one for the K2 server and another one for the SQL server.Our setup, is a standalone K2 server (no farm/distributed environment). While reading at the K2 forums, I've stumble some threads suggesting to shrink the log file.Currently the K2 database Recovery model is Full (on DEV environment).(1) What is the correct way/approach/solution to resolve the issue we are facing?(2) If the K2 Server database Recovery model can be switched on Simple (permanently) on our DEV environment, will it be safe? Or the K2 system will misbehave?(3) Deploying our solution on a production environment, how should we handle this?

Hello!I would like to ask for advice on how to manage task assignments for individuals who have not logged in or are not listed in the User Management directory.The issue is that I need to assign tasks to external email addresses outside the company domain. However, when I attempt to assign the task, it fails because the recipient is not recognized, leaving the task unassigned. The task assignment was completed, but it should have been assigned to additional people. Since they are not in the User Management directory, they did not receive notifications, and the instance was marked as completed when it should not have beenHow could I mitigate this? Are there alternative approaches or solutions to address this issue? I’d greatly appreciate any ideas or suggestions that can help resolve this.Thank you!

In a form I have multiple currency controls with a non-USD currency set (as I am South Africa, I have set these to the South African Rand (ZAR)).  However, when pulling these controls in read-only mode into subsequent forms as part of a workflow, the controls are set to USD and appear to have no way to adjust this.

Is anyone aware of a way to change the favicon on Cloud SmartForms? Is javascript and a CDN the best way?The references/articles I’ve found are focused on-prem, so any insights would be appreciated.

I am trying to create a process with 2 separate pathways based off a decision. It’s a process to show people which documents to use when managing a project. I want to have it reach a Decision Point where if it is over $75K, it will diverge and take a path. And if it is below $75K it will diverge and take a different path. I just cannot see anything like that in all of my settings. I feel like this is a very simple thing and should be possible in theory?Also my Promapp looks very different to a lot of the tutorial videos and instructions I have found. I am getting an error message while deploying a package from Nintex K2 Five 5.6 server to Nintex Automation 5.8  server.The error message appears for all service instances either it is SQL Server, Endpoint Assembly or OData.The error message is “Missing Referenced Service” .Any help will be much appreciated.  

Bit of a bizarre one this, but we are seeing a few cases where a person tries to launch a new form, and they are greeted by a broken page as below.I can see that the URL is trying to contact https://formso365.nintex.com to fetch some runtime components. It looks like it cannot reach that location. I, for example, can load a new form without issue. This seems to affect random individuals around the organisation, and there is no discernible pattern or trend and no other related issues are being reported by the user base. Has anyone seen this sort of thing happening on their site?

Hello, I’m bringing in my data into my Excel as middleware file and would like to add a column with a formula. Ofcourse there is no data in my file before running the report, so the #N/A appears in the column. My excel as middleware file:  My Result was the same: How do I create a formula in the excel as middleware file?

Hi!I am a newbie at K2.Today I got into a problem. I created a List View with many columns (the images below).  I want to adjust the width of columns in ListView to fix their title header length and create a horizontal scroll for the ListView. But I can not adjust the width of the column nor create a horizontal scroll. Are there any solutions?Thanks! 

I want to create a SPFx ListView Command Set Extension and provide a button which allows the users to start a specific NAC component workflow of a selected SharePoint-Online List-Item.I will use the OpenAPI of NAC to do so. My question is: If the Token of the component workflow will expire (and you know, we get not a warning!), the Token itself will not change. - Is that correct? - Otherwise, I would need to update my Code… - Just to make sure, I am on the right track.
