Nintex K2 Cloud

How many of you have been successful with building K2 forms based on SharePoint Lists (O365) with K2 Cloud? The performance of pulling up data for forms has been slow and its been recommended we don't take this approach and instead store data in SQL or a SmartBox. 

I'm trying to update some workflow data fields with values from a SmartForm, without actioning the workflow task.Is there a SmartObject I can use for jsut that simple update? I was hoping for something easier than building a call to the REST API. Thanks.

The current form themes are dated and dull. Does K2 have plans for updating and refreshing themes that can be used by customers? Thanks.

Hi All, K2 Cloud implementation  I am looking for solution to handle export to excel with large set of columns from list view. E.g. I have list view and currently displaying 5 columns in listview. Export to excel is working fine with those  5 columns and 5 more hidden column on list, So in excel i am getting total 10 columns. Now requirement is chnaged and i want to export all 80 column from SQL table to excel. How to handle this scenario in List view(5 column display in list view as previous and when export, i want 80 columns in excel).

Hello, I am using task smo to create a custom worklist into k2 cloud now challenge we are seeing that OOF shared task doesn't appear into task smo. So custom worklist can't see the task into worklist but same time worklist form control works fine.  any idea how we can get the shared task into custom worklist together with other tasks.

i have moved packaged from dev env. to QA env. during deployment i found missing service instance reference. i mapped new service instance which pointing to new QA sql and deployed package. it was successfully deployed. but now smo's are not executing on QA env. and getting below error "serviceObject definition does not contain method" All sp, tables are available in QA.  Could you please help me to solve issue.

K2 workdesk available in Cloud version?  If yes how we can configure in cloud?

Hello,  We have received an inquiry about connecting an on premises (UiPath Orchestrator) to K2 Cloud using a TLS API call over the internet.  1. Is this possible?2. We are working on the best option for connecting K2 Cloud to an premise SQL server or potentially Azure SQL server .  At a high-level, we are designing a process for the client that will engage an OCR reader to extract data from an invoice then a bot verifies the information on the invoice is correct and approves and pays invoice if correct.  If it is not correct, the bot will toss an exception to K2 with data from the invoice along with a pdf copy for a manager to update information or approve the invoice.  We are now looking to leverage an intermediary SQL database where UiPath can enter the data for the exception and then K2 can read the details from there for the manager to update or approve. We need K2 assistance with determining the best approach for connectivity to the intermediary SQL database.  Below are my thoughts/questions on our options for connecting K2. On-premise SQL connectivity options:SDA – additional license fee; we would like to avoid this option if possible Site t

Has anyone done integration of k2 Cloud + UI path? Please put some insight here. Is there any URL to integrate? 

My workflow starts when the edit form is opened. When I submit the form it works correctly and sends an email notification to a Manager. The Manager gets the notification and can then approve the form ok. However the workflow then goes into error. I cannot tell why it is failing. The error message in K2 management in dev just provides the following information. There is no fields mentioned. How can I find out further information to tell where the issue is? When I look at the flow for the process it highlights one of the workflow steps but I cannot see anything wrong with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Service: company_com___sites___documentset_devSeverity: ErrorError Message: One or more field types are not installed properly. We are now building solutions using K2 Cloud and accessing our on-prem LOB data using K2 Cloud SDA, after previously building on K2 4.7. We recreated a service instance & SMO previously built for an on-prem K2 4.7 solution that returned the data from our LOB system instantaneously. However, we are now experiencing a few second delay on the exact same data retrieval with K2 Cloud. We aren't sure if there is a way to optimize the K2 Cloud data retrieval response time or if this is just something we will have to live with. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys! I just wanna ask about how many K2 cloud licenses do we need for this scenario. We have 3 people in a workflow that needs to approve documents via email or the formsWe have 1 K2 Developer I know the developer needs 1 K2 license. But for those 3 people who need to approve documents in the workflow, do each of them need a K2 license? Or they can approve without a license? I wanna verify this to report to my manager. Thank you!

Hi I have a trial account on K2 Cloud, I 'm going to build a sample work flow with 7 stages,I need to know how to add users to each stage, and if that not available in my trail account, what should I do to buy a 7 users to submit this samble work flow,knwoing that, this 's just for evaluating the engene so I'm not going to integrate with active directiry during the evaluation cycle, I will make it as a system accounts for testing. I appreciate your urgent feedback Best RegardsAhmed Shoukry

Hi All, We have a file we need to automatically send daily from our on-premises server to our K2 instance. We'd like to use SFTP from our system in batch (for example using AutoSys). This is not a manual upload. It is a batch upload happening in the early hours. I've scanned the help system here and have found nothing. Hi All I have lots of running processes in K2 Cloud where a certain data field contains invalid value.  There is no way through the workflow to update this information and they are going into error.I need some way to manually update a data field in these instances - how can this be done?Because we are using K2 Cloud there is no option to use 3rd party tools.Is there a way to do it through a smartObject or through K2 Management? thanksPaul

Hi All, We are understanding the process of K2 cloud and its benefits. In our current set up, we have few custom service brokers and soultion build in .NET using K2 DLLs. According to K2 Cloud feature matrix - custom service broker/ Client API (.NET) are disabled. so, is it adviced to migrate on premiese application to k2 cloud and will it work as expected? Please advice me. Is there any drag and drop for attachments for cloud? Clients and users are really pushing for this to be included.

We want to retrieve all roles for a user.In blackpearl the URM service purpose the method "Find role" https://help.k2.com/support-services/kbs100062but this method are not available in K2 Cloud.How could we retrieve all the roles where the user belong without this method ? Regard   

I saw on a video is required Azure AD... for accounts... what about start developing, apps, how to get the SQL maybe Azure SQL ??? Is there a HowTo Tutorial to get started... I'm thinking probably needAzure AD -> AccountsAzure SQL -> For SQL DBWeb Tenant for K2 Designer ?? Will this mean only authenticated people on Azure AD will have access to the Forms or everybody in the world could potentially have access ??
