VALIDATION Error for wsdl when trying to Add Endpoint WCF

Hi, I tried a few times to add Service Instance for Endpoints WCF but facing a problem with error message "VALIDATION There was an error downloading".My question is how to find what is the actual problem. Anyone got same problem and resolved the issue?
