Nintex for Office 365

Apologies, I have found references to using javascript to solve this but in the "New Responsive" editor I can't seem to find a way to make this happen. I have fields that their default is set by a formula based on data entered within the form from other fields. However there doesn't seem to be any way to cause the form to "update" those formula based defaults as their source fields are changed. For example calculating the PST (tax) from two source fields into a third as read only. I've looked at rules, seen java script and "control" settings. But none of these seem to be an option in the new editor. I'm new at this so if I should go back to the old "Responsive Designer" I will but it seems to me this is a fairly basic functionality that should exist in any form system. I'm evaluating Nintex compared to native SharePoint for this.Thanks, Greg

Hi,I am building a Nintex Form with the new responsive form builder.When I click "New" for a SharePoint list, while the form is loading, it just shows a rectangle for some seconds like you see in the screenshot. After a few seconds the form loads.Is it possible to add some kind of text like "Loading" into it to not confuse the users that want to use the form?How can I achieve this?Thanks in advance.Wouter

When you use the #Send an email action to notify #external email adresses, the from address looks something like @neu.workflownotification.com (probably depending on region). The problem with this, is that it often ends up in a spam folder of the recipient. Is there a known solution to this problem using only Nintex? Can you somehow customize the source address? I have a workaround that involves using Azure LogicApps but would prefer keeping it simple.

HiNew to Nintex and have created sample forms.  Clicked on publish and don't get pop with URL.  When I got back into Nintex forms and click on created URL the document opens with pages and pages of code which doesn't make sense.  Cannot see form unless i go back to designer screens

regarding Nintex for sharepoint 365 Javascript. i am not able to see settings button on the nintex form. is this a license issue or 365 doesnt support javascript?

This has me stuck for 3 hours now... I'm missing something!Using "old" responsive form builder, SharePoint Online.I have a mandatory choice field named "Type" - two choices: "Field" and "Inside".When "Inside" is picked the initiator must fill in a name on a "people" field called "Director".  Because that field is not needed if "Field" is chosen, I couldn't make it mandatory in SharePoint.I'm looking to build a validation rule on the "Director" box that stops the form from submitting if "Type=Inside" and "Director" is null/void. Please, someone come to my rescue!

Is it possible to bulk remove workflows from sites? We have hundreds of project sites, and we want to remove the old Workflow from them all. On prem had powershell commands for this, is there something similar in o365? 

When a user is assigned a task they need to attach documents to the task.If the attachment is stored in the workflow task list, does this get deleted when SharePoint does the 'Wokflow Auto Cleanup'.I need this file to be viewable for a long period of time for audit purposes.

How can I find a list of Nintex workflows being used in all my site collections in SharePoint Online/O365 using PowerShell? I have seen a few solutions referenced back in 2015 for on-prem. Do you have an updated solution for O365/SharePoint online? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Using a Query List action in Nintex Workflow for Office 365. The output is a collection. I then use a For Each and a Get Item From Collection. I was expecting text but the output seems to be a Dictionary. I use Get An Item From A Dictionary action but the output is an empty string.  I believe I have everything configured correctly.  In Get An Item From A Dictionary, I have that "Item name or Path" set to "/d:nameofcolumn" which is correct, right? If it makes any difference, the output column from Query List is a multiline text column from an SPO list. PS - I have to do this step because my Nintex Forms is returning only the ID in the List Lookup, even though I specify to return the text column.  Therefore I decided to fix it in Workflow.  

Hello there!I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to create a workflow that empties the SharePoint Online Recycle Bin?  I have a workflow that deletes the list item, but it throws it into the recycle bin... I'd like to either totally delete the item (no recycle bin) or run an action that clears the bin. Anyone?  And thanks!

We are using Nintex Online for Office 365.  I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction on the best way to restrict access to the items in the task list. There will be sensitive data in some of the tasks so I would like only a subset of users to be able to see some of these tasks. I am aware of the limitations, but I was hoping that someone would have a workaround to apply item level permissions on tasks.      

I have final payment approval form for finance and the templet should print with both the  amount in digits and letters word  for example  the total amount is 200$ should be writen two hundred instead of manually writing we need to make it automatic whether using JS or the out of the box.  

I am using Nintex in the cloud for SharePoint O365 in the cloud.My problem is that I have a lookup field in a list linked on another list and I want to fill it using the workflow. OnPrem and in Designer this was done by entry [ID;#Text]. The ID was the found ID of the element in the source. I've now tried all possible combinations, searched half of the Internet and also looked up the field directly in the source, but I can't find a way to update this field in the element.I very much hope that someone here can give me the decisive tip on what to do.

Hi, I'm using the Document Generation action to create a Word document and that's all working fine, but I'm wondering if it is possible to pass in a rich text field and retain it's formatting? The column I'm using is multi-line text set as enhanced rich text. Thanks Jan

Hi All, I have a One Workflow (ABC) that uses Start Workflow Action (Start another workflow (XYZ) that create Item in List).   I have Configure the workflow ABC by User1. When Workflow ABC Start by the another User i.e. User2, then workflow XYZ also start and create the item in List, But Create By and Modified By are coming as User1. Please Help me on this.   Thanks

Hi,I am trying to set Date Time Field by using the Set field in Current Item Action, 1. First i have Create one variable (DateTime) and Use Add Time to Date Action to Add 7 Days in Created Date2. Has anyone come across connection manager not offering any connections?What I get, is what looks like the popup window coming up but not being populated i.e. it looks like it's searching for the data to fill out the form template as shown in the instructions. I've attached an image of what I see which never ends.

I am working on a breakdown repair report. There are 5 departments and whenever there is a breakdown the department fills the form and submits. I configured the workflow, so whenever there is a breakdown the repair team recieves the mail. (Picture attached below)I want to send a "notified mail" to the department whenever repair team opens the form.Additionally, is it possible to change the status of the column when the breakdown team opens the form in another column.
